The hotel owns one of the largest conference halls in the region, with high ceilings (10m) and direct sea views. The corridors of the main building is decorated "marine" stone, preserved imprints of coral and fish. Near the beach are 2 natural sea pool, lined with a special stone tiles, which are cleaned daily by divers. Recommended for respectable travelers and families with children.

Everyday they offers same food with the same ingredients. Low quality food but even it's not tasty.
Also I feel sick after having dinner.
2. Racist
Most of employees are racists especially to Asian people. They are proud to be racists.
3. Facility
- Key is not working frequently.
- Rooms are not clean but architectures look nice.
4. Room assign
- They will give you different room from what you actually make reservation. Especially if you are Asian, it's for sure.
The heated pool was very nice
There was not varieties in food but most of it was with nice taste
Very long walking space but there is shuttles available every 15 minutes

You can't get better view than Pickalbatros Citadel ever.
I met a serious problem in check in after the cheerful welcoming form every one of stuff.
The problem was that my reservation rate from trip.com was not for Egyptian people and I have to pay a difference fees to the hotel about 15 USD, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed Rashed from the reservation team told me that issue and asked me to contact with the customer support team of trip.com .
Once I contacted trip.com customer support team they solved the problem in only 5 mins and covered the difference for me. I payed the hotel and trip.com compensate them for me.
