4 day trip in sharm. Our rooms were very clean. Typical all inclusive buffet but is better than others I’ve tried at other Egyptian resorts. The grounds for the hotel are very big. There is a golf cart to take you from the main lobby/restaurant to the beach. Didn’t do any excursions because it was way too hot but the pool and snorkeling at the beach was very nice.

My name is Berk, from Turkey. Our confirmation number is: 6051375189, the room number was 1329

Dear Sir, we arrived at your hotel with great excitement and high hopes. It was our first vacation after getting married, and we tried to choose the best hotel within our budget. We found you. Because we were visiting several cities, we couldn't arrange our arrival times, so we arrived early. We arrived at the hotel around morning, and they told us to wait. Thank you so much for welcoming us in the lobby.

We waited in the lobby for about seven hours, we paid for breakfast and then... around 9:00, a friend came to the reception desk. He told me the room was ready, and we started making the payment. I told him (politely, with a smile) that I wanted to pay through the app because my bank charges a high fee.

I paid with my phone, went to the receptionist, and told him I had paid. I was still excited and smiling. He yelled at me and scolded me, my wife was sitting in the back. I was shocked. I couldn't understand what was happening. He gave me a stern look and shooed me away.

It was my first vacation with my wife. I couldn't go back home from there; I stayed at a hotel. I'm leaving today; I actually wish I could stay here longer.

The incident occurred around 9:00 AM on August 12, 2025. Please check the cameras and watch the incident. Can someone treat someone this way in front of their spouse?

The hotel isn’t very big, which makes it convenient and comfortable in every way.
It’s close to the sea and the pool. There’s an electric cart driving around the property for those who find it hard to walk.
At the restaurant, breakfast is relaxed, with few people since it’s served from 7:00 to 10:30, and there’s always plenty of everything.
Lunch is from 13:00 to 15:00, but it’s also not too crowded and feels comfortable — no need to stand in line.
There are several bars by the beach, the pool, and in the lobby, so whatever you’d like to drink is always available.
You can grab ice cream at the pool bar after lunch.
Dinner is the same — you can easily come at 21:00, and the whole selection of food will still be available.
The rooms are cleaned every day. They provide water, shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, clean towels, and fresh bed linen if needed.
I like everything.
You can get towels either at the beach or the pool, no need to carry them around — you can change them even five times a day if you want.
The grounds are very green and beautiful. In the evenings, everything is nicely lit up.
It’s a 7-minute walk to the centre, Soho. In the pharmacy there, prices are reasonable — Pantogar is $5, toothpaste $1, shampoo $2.
It’s better to buy Nefertiti oils at the shop in Soho — they’re $5–15 cheaper than at the factory.

Just back from a 10 night stay, what can I say, great location, not far from airport so no hanging around. Staff are very courteous and welcoming.Buffet restaurant had a variety of foods for everyone, but chips for breakfast was a new one for me.Mumtaz in the restaurant along with all the hard working staff were super. Pool bar worker was fab, along with the pool guys and the beach guys, so very courteous and polite. Only bugbear that got me, not enough toilets around the pool, one block with one toilet in each, beach toilets had 2 in each but again only one block, more was needed. Be aware the lobby bar closes at 12, if you want more drinks other than soft, you have to pay.
Soho square is a must for everyone, it’s so sparkly with all the lights, good walk around and fountain theme with music.
Queen Vic pub, fantastic food and staff. The pool is very busy, music was a bit loud after lunch, so beach is a must for the snorkelers, lots of colourful beautiful fish to see, along with water sports if desired.
Be aware, not a lot of English were at this hotel, mainly Russian, Italian and locals.

Our room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. We were lucky to have a standard room with a large balcony and an incredible sea view.
All the hotel staff was kind and helpful. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of options, with different themes every night.
However, the highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel reef! The coral was in pristine condition, and there were so many colorful fish swimming around. We actually found the snorkeling experience here to be better than our boat trip at Ras Mohammed National Park!

The Grand Oasis Resort offers a stunning location with a private beach and vibrant spots for diving. Rooms are cozy but could use some updates. The food is varied, with plenty of choices to suit all preferences. The pools and beach are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had 13 Day vacation in this Resort, it was really good experience! Hotel is located in beautiful place near the Sea. Our room was big and comfortable (no 7110), everyhing we needed, were there. Ahmed, who cleaned our room was real wizzard of making towelanimals to surprize us every day. Our warm Greatings to him! A good Hotel is nothing without the stuff. The best sample for this was the hotel restaurant. Every day, three times a day, all visitors went to eat. Food was delicious and the service was class! All stuff was friendly, proffesional, fast and helpful. There was no problem with what they did not help. Our best regards to Moataz and he's team for all the help and understanding!

This is a 4 stars hotel but I think that it has at least 3 stars too many.
The staff working in here is not the most helpful or service minded.
In the hotel there is a shop selling fake goods.
The room we had was super dated, the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was not clean at all.
The tiles in the bathroom were dirty, on the bathroom floor and tiles there was some debris, it looked like they did some work in the bathroom but they didn’t bother to clean properly.
When we went to eat we used the sanitiser at entrance of the restaurant but it had so much of bad perfume in it that when I was eating some bread it made the bread taste awful. The food was mediocre.
I saw the staff cleaning the tables with some very filthy sponge.
My partner wanted to have a bath but the bathtub didn’t have a plug so we went to the reception to ask for one but they did not have any and did not even try to help however when we went back in the room we discovered that we wouldn’t use the bathtub at all cause the water coming from the tap did have a bad look, it was brown.
At the checkout the receptionist asked to wait a bit cause the housekeeping would check first the room, I think they should send a housekeeping and a manager before the guests get in the room.
Overall the hotel is pretty cheap but that doesn’t justify the dirtiness etc.

Just spent a week here, and would absolutely return. The food was your typical all inclusive style meals, with plenty of choice, although I would imagine after two weeks, it might get pretty boring, however SOHO square is very close and has some good choice of eateries at reasonable prices. It's a 10-15 min stroll from the hotel, or you catch the little shuttle bus that the hotel provide, which was great. 3 pools and a pool bar, plenty of sunbeds, and towels provided, which was a bonus. The hotel also has its own beach which is down a fairly long hill within the hotel, they also provide a golf buggy shuttle service up and down the hill which is fab. There is a beach bar and snack bar. Highly recommend bringing your snorkel, not much of a beach, but a pontoon you can access deep water straight into the coral, the amount and array of fish is amazing. The hotel itself is fine, it looks like the whole place could do with a coat of paint, but it didn't spoil the holiday or our experience. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom, good sized balcony overlooking the pool, and cleaned to a high standard every day, two double beds which were comfortable, and aircon that was efficient. Room could potentially do with a coat of paint or modernisation, but again, this would not stop us returning. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially Girgis, who worked at reception. The proximity to SOHO Square really was a bonus, as although there was some evening entertainment and the team worked hard to round people up, it wasn't really for us, and if it hadn't have been for SOHO square, we felt that the evenings would be quite boring.

I stayed at Grand Oasis during my first trip to Sharm and I loved my decision to stay there. Rooms are nice and decent. Staff is very helpful and service is amazing. They serve the best food so it would be best if you go All Inclusive and have meals at their buffet. Grand Oasis has its own small private beach which is nice and not crowded. Their staff is very hospitable and let me have lunch at their buffet after I checked out and was waiting for my flight. Small gesture but they win a customer ♥️ Will definitely stay at Grand Oasis on my next trip. Love from Pakistan ♥️
