The hotel is well located in close proximity to the sea and to the city center and all entertainment. It is located opposite Tiran island and close to the famous Park of Ras Mohammed National Park, in the best place for diving in the world. In addition, there is a beautiful private Aqua Park with numerous water sport.

Great place.
The staff cannot do enough and they are very attentive to your every need.
Food is excellent and the 3 signature restaurants.
We preferred the Italian as it suited our own taste but they were all excellent
We even went to the Steakhouse that was not part of the all inclusive package. This was quirky and again the food was lovely and the staff were excellent.
The sea is lovely and calm - even warm.
The entertainment is good.
We loved the silent disco.

The exercise bikes were really really old.
2 spin type bikes would be loads better.
Also there was no Cross Trainer.

Fantastic hotel! Beautifully designed with excellent rooms and top-notch facilities. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

I will find it hard to put in to words how fantastic this hotel is for us. We are treated like royalty by the team here. This is our third visit and the way that we have been looked after by Sherif for our stay has been nothing short of incredible. I have been a manager in hospitality for 22 years and he is one of the hardest working waiters I have ever seen. Our favourite time of each day has been listening to DJ Miami on the terrace during Fizz Hour; He has taught our 7 year old how to mix songs and spent time talking with our family, he is an ambassador for this hotel, and an asset to this business as a whole. All I can say is we will see you in 6 months because I would never want to holiday anywhere else.

The hotel is stunning, relaxed, spacious. No running for sun beds. Staff are helpful, if not a little too pushy for tips in my opinion. I have no issue with walking to a bar for my own drinks.
The issue for the whole holiday was the airport. It's barbaric and medieval. The soldiers are British, power tripping thugs who often refuse to speak English or anything other than Arabic. They are threatening and intimidating whilst totally unwelcoming to tourists. Ironic given that the sole income of the area is tourism.

2nd time around for us and it was still superb. Highly recommend to all. 12years ago we came as a couple and now as a family with two boys ages 11 and 9. It's still an exceptional hotel. The coral and snorkeling opportunities are amazing, the hotel and food was as ever excellent and I think the evening entertainment has gotten even better since our first trip. The hotel staff still all work incredibly hard and the place is beautiful.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced. The food was disappointing, consisting mainly of various types of potatoes and sausages. I spent time in four hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, and this one had the worst service and the worst food.
A particularly frustrating incident happened with the lunch buffet. Our accommodation didn’t include lunch, so I asked the staff at the restaurant entrance about the buffet price. She told me it was 300 Egyptian Pounds. I confirmed this because it seemed unusually cheap, but she reassured me it was correct. After we started eating, another staff member informed us that the actual price was 700 Egyptian Pounds.
We felt accused of trying to avoid paying for the meal, and the girl who initially told us 300 Egyptian Pounds denied ever saying it. The restaurant manager was unhelpful, insisting the girl spoke perfect English and could not have made a mistake. This claim was unreasonable because even at the front desk, only one person spoke good English, while others spoke broken English or just a few words.
This experience was infuriating and ruined our holiday. The staff's poor English skills, combined with their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes, made for terrible service. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation. The food is awful, and the service is even worse.
Stay away from this hotel if you value good service and a pleasant vacation experience.

Hotel is amazing. We are half way through our trip, but DJ Carleto is amazing. We have a swim up room overlooking the beach and every afternoon he starts playing some amazing house tunes. We’re a family of 5 and I genuinely wait until his set is over until we go to dinner. I wish there was more of this music throughout the day :)
All the staff are so courteous, friendly and great with the kids. Shout out to Ahmed and Sheriff, who are incredible gentlemen. Your service and demeanour were top class!!

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Amazing! The staff are the best, very welcoming, friendly and working hard.

I injured my heel and couldn’t walk properly and they offered me room service, cars that could take me where I needed, even on the last day they let me use my room with all the service which I didn't ask for it. And all of these for free. it was a pleasure and meant a lot to me. Thank you very much Coral Sea!!!

What an amazing hotel. If I could give more stars I would.
Our room was perfect. Plenty of space, plenty of storage. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, kept the room temperature as we needed. The view from our room was directly onto the beach and out to sea.
Plenty of choice with food, multiple restaurants and bars.
The entertainment was first class with different shows and styles of music, something for everyone.
What really makes this hotel special though is the staff... from the room cleaners , bar staff and waiters, the guys around the pool and the beach, the restaurant staff.. all of them are great and make sure you have everything you need .
We can't wait to return there for another holiday.
