Savoy Sharm El Sheikh

Lovely week well spent in Savoy in the best view room 2217. Receptionist trainee Ahmed Ismail was very friendly and helpful and Lena also was very supportive and clear with her communication. Food was good and spa massage also.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Egypt really nice location and variety of things to do. Special thanks Ahmad Ismail for being very hospitable and kind and made our stay even better

Absolutely COULD NOT fault this hotel at all! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we greeted had a smile on their faces and they couldn’t do enough for you. The lobby was grand and impressive and the smell throughout was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily to perfection. My parents were staying in room 2211 and mahmoud from the housekeeping team was an absolute pleasure throughout our stay, ensuring all of our needs were met. Mahmoud was a wonderful asset to the hotel and a delight in every way possible. The view from the spacious balcony was superb and lovely to sit, relax and enjoy one of the hotels cappuccinos bought up to the room. The buggy service was brilliant, the staff happily took us around the resort and to other parts of the hotel as well as the main square. Again, nothing was too much of an ask for the them. The pool areas were fantastic, the man would lay the towels out for you and escort you to your lounger. The gentleman even kindly cleaned our sunglasses. The pool near the bottom of the hotel was heated and had a nice private feel to it. The range of different drinks were brilliant, with the staff constantly coming round asking if we would like anything and how our stay was so far. The pool bar staff were very helpful, such a delight and a pleasure to be around. We have someone in our family who loves to drink redbull and this hotel provides them for you wherever you are free of charge as well as any other drink you can think of. The lunch restaurant situated near the pool was impressive with plenty of choice to eat and drink all served to you by the wonderful staff. Another great credit to the hotel were the gardeners who worked tirelessly throughout the day ensuring the grounds were kept pristine and looking immaculate. During the evenings, the safari bar was lovely to sit and enjoy a range of drinks. When we stayed in may, We sat outside on the terrace the service from Ahmed in particular as well as the rest of the team who made us feel extremely welcome and were very attentive. Each of the restaurants were tremendous with a great selection of delicious foods. We couldn’t fault them at all. We normally go to Dubai on holiday, as we love the service and the heat, this hotel is definitely up there with the standards and the level of hospitality. We will be returning in November! In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception manager, Mr. Ahmed Sayed, along with his colleagues Mohammed and the rest of the front office staff.

Their dedication to providing excellent service made my visit exceptionally pleasant. They were not only efficient but also went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their efforts reflect positively on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

They were nice enough to upgrade our room as we were newlyweds. Our four-day stay was problem free which was all i could ask for. The overall vibe was nice and the hotel was pretty cozy.The staff were friendly and professional however i'd give the breakfast included a 1 lol, the food was not fresh and kinda smelled funny

The staff are super friendly especially Mosaab, he helped us a lot and gave us a tour around the place and used to pick us up by the golf car. Food was average but the interior designs of some of the restaurants were super cool! The beach is great and the water is crystal clear. Pools are nice too. Overall location is very good and there are nice views plus the hotel is located in soho square which was also very nice. Rooms aren’t luxurious at all and the furniture seems a bit old though.

Don't get me wrong, this place is fantastic. The staff absolutely and most definitely make this a hotel to stay at. The only downside is having the local branded drinks included as part of the all inclusive category, they just aren't the same, when other hotels I've visited in other countries include label brands at no extra cost. Also, although the food is fine here, it's not top notch. All in all though, a great place for a short break away, and one I would recommend.
