The facilities at the resort are really great. We loved having access to several pools, which were all very clean and relaxing. Getting to go to the Aqua Park was also a huge bonus and added a lot of fun to our holiday!
The animation team was fantastic. They were lively and offered so many fun things to do every day. We enjoyed activities like water aerobics, yoga classes, and the entertaining shows they put on in the evenings. They really added a lot of enjoyment to the whole experience.
When it came to food, every meal was delicious. The restaurants offered a great variety of dishes, and we noticed the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. Crucially, the restaurant service was excellent—the servers were always quick, polite, and very helpful during every meal.
This is truly a place where you can relax and have fun. We made some wonderful memories here. It’s a resort I will definitely be happy to return to soon.
The food is also very good, lots of variety, and the snack bar is good too.
The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails and the bar staff here are wonderful too.
The waterpark has sooo many slides and the staff here are also super.
A special shout-out goes to the animation team, who are simply fantastic. They are energetic, kind, and always find ways to keep everyone entertained, whether it’s through daytime activities or evening shows. Their positive energy creates such a fun and inviting vibe around the hotel.
Overall, Jaz Aquaviva exceeded all expectations — amazing waterpark, excellent service, great care, and an unforgettable animation team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a joyful and relaxing holiday!
The grounds are impeccably clean, everywhere you look something is being cleaned or maintained. (Thank you to Al Nouby for looking after us and making us feel so welcome)
The food was fantastic, there is something different every day and a wide variety. There is a BBQ every night with different food on the grill, the snack bars serve great food, waffles pancakes and ice cream.
The pools are all heated bar one small one, the aqua park was so much fun with most of the slides having heated water as well.
We normally try somewhere different every time we go away, but this is the first hotel we’ve been to that we know we are coming back next year because there just isn’t anywhere better.

Unfortunately, I’ve got an acute intestinal infection from the all inclusive buffet and as I’ve heard about super high charges from the hotel doctor (even of thousands of euros for examining kids and prescribing antibiotics), I needed to take care of finding the medicine on my own. I recommend checking the pricing for the doctor services in advance or using the hospital if needed instead. I would also wish for the hotel to offer mineral and not filtered water, to avoid belly issues for the Europeans used to different bacterial flora.
Great having the water slides on site and the beach is accessible via the shuttle bus- if you’re wanting some beach action.
This time round, I found the beds a little uncomfortable and the bedding used, albeit fresh, was bobbly.
The water park is great, very clean and safe! Staff at the private beach are amazing and you get free drinks and food for guests at the Jaz hotels. My partner broke his phone early on and the man behind the bar and the manager were able to get it fixed for us which was very kind and helpful! I would recommend booking excursions privately through locals as it is a lot cheaper! Orange Bay, snorkelling and riding the horses in the sea was amazing! Also the entertainment is okay they threw a great white party! The food upstairs in the adults only area was amazing!
