Consists of a main 4-storey building (reception) and complex 2 - and 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 462 rooms.

Beach: own sandy beach in 30 m from the hotel, pontoon, sandy entrance to the sea, next to coral, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. The length of the beach – 500 m.

This place offers many amenities and this limited space may not be enough to express every thing I want to report, almost all positive comments. Great friendly staff, respectful and responsive management, pools, beach, water sports, games, music, dancing, entertainment, multiple great restaurants with different ethnic flavors in addition to the main dining room. All inclusive. Family/ children friendly. I’m planning to come here next time I visit the Red Sea 🌊. Best of all a very reasonable price. I recommend with no hesitation.

Its a nice hotel with great staff, the restaurant is abit basic although they are offering various plates daily but the facility is not helping. If they are to change something as well that would be the mini disco DJ guy..

For the price, I could not ask for more, super happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the good state of the furniture and gardens. We paid more for this 4* hotel than the neighbouring 5* and when we drove by them we knew our decision was a good one. This hotel was great. A few minor things that Ill mention now.
- the pool vendors are very annoying, everyday like hienas the come and bother you
- the alcohol drinks are way to sweet and without alcohol. (ask for glasses of pure rum to add to the super sweet stuff they make. Also know each bar tender makes cocktails with whichever dirks they fell like at that time.
- they close pools at 17h30 (5:30pm) and push everybody out.
- Kitesurfing - there is an empty plot of land & beach to the right of the hotel. A Cabrinha Kite school which is on the hotel grounds claims to have rights over it and demands payment for you to launch your own equipment. Have a word with USEF from guest relations to straiten out things so that you don't have to pay.
Again great experience for the price :)

It’s a beautiful hotel. the staff was amazing and friendly. Anything you asked for you got.the only concern I had was when I went to all the shops outside , the hotel. It was extremely hot. It was very uncomfortable to try to buy things when you’re ready to faint because of the heat. don’t understand why they don’t have air conditioners. I can just imagine, how the workers feel when they are working under the Extreme heat that can kill them giving them a heat stroke. that was the biggest concern I had. If I want to buy things, I want to be comfortable enough to look through the store without having sweat coming down my face. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience I would come again and recommended the hotel

It is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever stayed at. I can only recommend it. There are different types of restaurants that you can choose from. There is one 24 hour restaurant on the premises called “Grease” and the alcoholic drinks are included in the price. It is very family friendly and has a wonderful pool for people to swim in. They are currently building an adults only section so if you do not wish to stay in the family section that is a possibility. Once again I can only recommend it. They alsp have a diving and snorkeling company on site where you can book great dives.

Not good experience at all!! Started with happy vacation and end with worst vacation!!
Two bad situation with hotel service!!
Having an injury on my leg from u-shape aqua, and didn’t receive the expected support from the guard or stuff.
Firstly, waiting for doctor hotel for long time without any help, after that going to Gouna hospital for support with Uber, hotel didn’t offer any support or offer any ride while we trying found a car!!
Secondly, after getting back from hospital while my leg is tied, and can’t put it on the floor the hotel gate stuff tell me that I can use the golf car to take me to my room which away from reception 15 min walks, and I can call it tomorrow morning while I am leaving since I can’t walk.
And when I call the reception next day to take me to the gate they told me that the two golf car are off, and there is no any car to take me to the reception, and when we ask them to have a wheel chair instead, they mention that someone from my family to go to reception to get it and no one from the stuff can get it to my room, and they was very rude and they mention is normal that my old parents to walk for 3 times 15 min each time!!! And after 2 min when we go out from the room we found thar the golf care taking bags from other room and they are not off at all as they mentioned!! Which they are lying!!!! After getting an injury from hotel aqua that what I receive at the end!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't entirely pleasant due to an unpleasant incident where someone stole our AirPods while we were in the sea on our fourth day. Despite efforts from the beach staff, security, and hotel manager to investigate, no success was achieved. Disappointingly, there was no effort made to improve security, leaving us feeling unsafe.
The front office staff were very poor in their assistance from the first day and displayed unfriendly behavior. The worst experience was with the lady from guest relations, who was exceptionally rude and displayed a very unprofessional attitude. If you have any issues, I wouldn't recommend seeking assistance from her, as she only responds with aggressive behavior.
As someone who works in a hotel, I understand that unpleasant situations can occur, but it's crucial for the hotel to handle such incidents properly to reassure guests and prevent future occurrences.
Also, the buffet fell short in terms of variety and quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner compared to other hotels.
Despite this, the hotel itself is nice and hotel lobby is clean. On a positive note, I would like to mention a few employees who were very kind. Especially Sameh Ibrahem, Mahmoud, Saad from the beach bar, provided excellent service. The beach staff - Mohamed Ibrahim, Yousef very friendly. Special thank you to Karema Mohamed, always with a smile, deserves special recognition for the cleanest beach toilets I have ever seen. She truly deserves appreciation from management.
Always kind and helpful was also the staff near the pool and at the towel station.
We highly recommend visiting the spa during your stay. Sherifa, the best salesperson, promptly arranged a treatment for us within two hours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. While the Beer Garden offers a nice atmosphere, we suggest that the waiters receive better training for improved service.
Additionally, we truly appreciate that this is the first hotel in Egypt that we have visited with many female employees.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Staff spoke very good English and food was top, always fresh, with a good selection at the buffet. The staff went out of their way to help us with a problem we had with an excursion and helped us solve it. Highly recommend.

If u like all inclusive resorts full of Europeans then this is the place for u. The food was actually pretty good. The wine and beer less so. Rooms were nice. Just not my sort of place.
