**Amazing Stay!**

We spent a few wonderful days at this hotel and can't wait to return! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic – a wide selection of fresh products, delicious dishes, and great coffee. The hotel restaurant also deserves praise – the food was exquisite, and the service was top-notch.

The hotel's location is ideal – close to the city center yet in a quiet area. We also had the chance to enjoy the spa area – it was a real treat for the senses. The pool, sauna, and massages were all of the highest quality.

In summary, our stay at this hotel was unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is very good situated out of the city in a quiet place, I found it very clean, good air condition, poor network quality but you can buy from there a SIM card with internet, I personally needed the 45 GB which cost me around 8/9€
The personal is very kind and they always smile at you, you can see that they are poor people but rich in their hearts!
The beach is clean, the laundry sistem is good, the room staff is friendly and trustworthy.
The food I find it ok, a good variety for all tastes.
Enjoy your staying if you ever come here!

Ps. The water in the beach sometimes it goes way off the beach because of the reflux, if you want deep weather you need to go somewhere around 800 meters.

Stayed here with my parents. It was alright with a rocky start.

Here's all my tips in short:

- Don't go to the buffet restaurant late. The earlier you are , the fresher and nicer the food.

- There are two ATMs. The visible Euronet ATM is a scam. Whatever you do, don't accept its currency conversion and avoid checking balances (high fees). Go past the Euronet, through the shop area and you'll find a legit ATM from the bank of Egypt.

- Expect to tip your service personnel. If you don't, don't expect good service. Try to tip them in the local currency (EGP).

- You can also help your servers by changing their coin/change coin tips (e.g. euro coins) into bills, since they can't get coins changed at the bank. They might ask you to change 10 or 20€ in coins for a bill.

- Uber works great in Egypt. Avoid getting taxis from the hotel as they're overpriced. We got a ride to the Hurghada aquarium and back (about 50 mins total) for under 400 EGP (about $8 total). Generally the experiences you can book are very overpriced. Haggle or plan something by yourself.

- Avoid buying the souvenirs ar the Hotel. They'll tell you that it's a good price and that it's good quality, made locally and all, but it most likely isn't (straight from China).

- All inclusive alcohol is hit and miss. Quality isn't always the same, we've had the best cocktails at the blue elephant bar.

Heres a longer description of our vacation:

Check-in was at 2 pm. We arrived at about 1:30, so they directed us to eat lunch at the buffet until we were able to check in. Let's just say it was a rough start. There was no service, we had to ask multiple times to get some cutlery. The buffet was plundered and unappetizing. The tables and floor were dirty. We were immediately disheartened and worried about our vacation, expecting this quality for the rest of our stay. There was a lady making fresh flatbread, at least that was good.

We later found out that the buffet restaurant is good if you get there early. Make sure to check out the outside grill area, that's where I found the good stuff. The dessert buffet was delicious with local treats. Once the person making flatbread knows you, they'll sometimes add butter, cheese or sesame. Absolutely delicious.

After the initial shock, we checked in and got to our rooms. They were fairly clean, everything was working, nothing really to complain about. They could've provided more drinking water, but room service always re-filled the fridge. If you ask/tip nicely they might put more water in your fridge.

They have multiple restaurants across the resort. Make sure to put in your reservations early. We weren't able to get to them all, only two of them were available during our stay: Fish Mint and Aladdin. Aladdin was great (local fresh delicious food), fish mint not so much (just fried fish, didn't seem fresh).

The pools are clean in the morning, covered in a film of sunscreen in the evening. Maybe use the pool early and opt for a cold shower in the evening. The sea at the beach is beautiful but very shallow. You have to go far out to get more than your knees wet. It was also very warm during August when we were there.

There was some animation/entertainment, great for children. Adults might have a better time at a bar or smoking Shisha at the beach.

The hotel isn't very luxurious and at times a bit rough around the edges, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, it's pretty good for the cost. Be mindful of the local culture.

I had an amazing stay at Golden Beach Hotel with my family, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is well-maintained, with beautifully kept gardens and fantastic pools. The food was correct, and they made a real effort to offer variety.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had the pleasure of spending the week with Nagi, the lifeguard, who was just wonderful. He was so kind, friendly, and always had a smile on his face, and he was amazing with the kids.

Chef Mina at the Bansai restaurant is simply incredible—you can dine there without any hesitation, and he even puts on a show! The buffet manager at breakfast and lunch was always so sweet and cheerful, as was the head of the buffet servers.

Honestly, I would return without hesitation!

This place offers many amenities and this limited space may not be enough to express every thing I want to report, almost all positive comments. Great friendly staff, respectful and responsive management, pools, beach, water sports, games, music, dancing, entertainment, multiple great restaurants with different ethnic flavors in addition to the main dining room. All inclusive. Family/ children friendly. I’m planning to come here next time I visit the Red Sea 🌊. Best of all a very reasonable price. I recommend with no hesitation.

For the price, I could not ask for more, super happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the good state of the furniture and gardens. We paid more for this 4* hotel than the neighbouring 5* and when we drove by them we knew our decision was a good one. This hotel was great. A few minor things that Ill mention now.
- the pool vendors are very annoying, everyday like hienas the come and bother you
- the alcohol drinks are way to sweet and without alcohol. (ask for glasses of pure rum to add to the super sweet stuff they make. Also know each bar tender makes cocktails with whichever dirks they fell like at that time.
- they close pools at 17h30 (5:30pm) and push everybody out.
- Kitesurfing - there is an empty plot of land & beach to the right of the hotel. A Cabrinha Kite school which is on the hotel grounds claims to have rights over it and demands payment for you to launch your own equipment. Have a word with USEF from guest relations to straiten out things so that you don't have to pay.

Again great experience for the price :)

It’s a beautiful hotel. the staff was amazing and friendly. Anything you asked for you got.the only concern I had was when I went to all the shops outside , the hotel. It was extremely hot. It was very uncomfortable to try to buy things when you’re ready to faint because of the heat. don’t understand why they don’t have air conditioners. I can just imagine, how the workers feel when they are working under the Extreme heat that can kill them giving them a heat stroke. that was the biggest concern I had. If I want to buy things, I want to be comfortable enough to look through the store without having sweat coming down my face. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience I would come again and recommended the hotel

It is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever stayed at. I can only recommend it. There are different types of restaurants that you can choose from. There is one 24 hour restaurant on the premises called “Grease” and the alcoholic drinks are included in the price. It is very family friendly and has a wonderful pool for people to swim in. They are currently building an adults only section so if you do not wish to stay in the family section that is a possibility. Once again I can only recommend it. They alsp have a diving and snorkeling company on site where you can book great dives.
