I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

Stayed in Room 807. Lovely hotel, facilities are great and there is always something going on around the pool. Food is lovely, big selection so definitely something for everyone. Only downfall is that the aircon in the room isn’t particularly great and doesn’t really keep the room cold. But other than this, would definitely return.

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great. Firstly, I would say this hotel is on the lower end of 5 star and isn't on the same level as some of the other nearby luxury hotels. Just back from the Newly opened and refurbished Aluasoul Costa Adeje (Formerly Be Live La Niña). Our room was lovely and the service was excellent. Most common areas have been refurbished to a very good standard and I do like that it's now adult only (16+).
