Within a 10 minute walk you find lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The staff were nice overall. The swimming pools are nice, cold for the time of the year (January)

I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

Lovely hotel, facilities are great and there is always something going on around the pool. Food is lovely, big selection so definitely something for everyone

We booked a spa experience here whilst staying in a local town. It was fantastic value for money and the setting was beautiful

Stayed at this hotel over Xmas and new year and we had an amazing time! Claire from entertainment was definetly one of the highlights! My daughter loved the kids club almost every day something she has never done! The team were amazing at getting everyone involved in other activities throughout the day! Xmas was special lots of Xmas spirit and the visit from Santa by the pool was great :) our room...

We will definetly be returning :)

We were offered another apartment but this was overlooking the pool was noisy as school holidays but did have a double wardrobe

The food is adequate although Xmas dinner, which we had to book for, was rather disappointing as served Turkey but that was it. No roasties, decent veggies or gravy!! BEWARE!!! - Route 66 bar below supermarket opposite

New Years Eve went on until dawn but I did manage to sleep by around 4am as was so exhausted by then. We even spoke with other guests who were not on the main course and they also complained about the noise

Great holiday, made better by the families we met and the kids had a great time playing in and by the pool. Could do with a play park as most activities are pool side

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great

The only complaint I would say was the pool did not have a slope to get into only metal steps which are not good for disabled or the elderly, the sun beds the gate was not opened till 10am so no taking them early but to say that we always managed to get 4 together even after our walk in the mornings

The rooms were cleaned everyday accept Thursdays and sundays, towels changed everyday, the alcoholic drinks whoa strong to say the least

Entertainment brilliant out of the 12 days we were there 2 were not that good so 10 out of 12 we couldn't complain brilliant singers, comedians , the mini disco every night was good for little children I'm still singing the songs ha ha

Honestly its a great hotel, the room was spotless on arrival the staff were friendly and informative. Yes it is located up a little hill but it is definitely not the end of the world

Heated salt water lagoon to swim in. Well maintained mature gardens. Easy & close access to sea front promenade & restaurants. Breakfast range to suit all European tastes

Very clean, high standard of decor, enough sunbeds so no fighting, very good restaurant, lots of places to relax, great sea views and heated pool that was a good temperature for October.

It’s so convenient to get there using the rear entrance from the hotel. Then back to the superb sun deck for a relaxing afternoon sunbathing and swimming in the fantastic pools

There is a choice of heated and unheated pools. Our favourite is the cooler pool with the huge waterfalls - so refreshing when it’s hot. The hotel always looks immaculate

This is just the hotel you need for a quiet relaxing worry free holiday. We have stayed here a few times and every time the service from all the staff is friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them

We didn’t go to the sunset bar but I checked it out during the day and it looked very nice. We had lunch at the pool restaurant a few times and it was also great and well priced

Staff were all lovely from reception to the housekeeping to the bar and restaurant area. Room was clean very big with all toiletries. Loved the chocolates and turn down service. Food was all fresh with a huge choice

We received an email from the hotel at the end of April letting us know that the main pool would be closed during our stay at the start of June and we were quite upset about this as if we had known we wouldn't have booked here for our anniversary trip

It includes airport transfers, daily spa access (a highlight of our trip), and access to the Gold Lounge with free drinks, snacks, and always-available sunbeds

I've seen reviews on here previously about the tiling in the main pool being poor, so while it is good that they have taken the time to fix this, I am very confused as to why they are doing it between May - July (surely lots of people visit during these summer months, why not do it in the winter just gone?)

My boyfriend actually cut his foot on the tiling on the bottom of one of the pools, and I noticed it definitely didn't look as appealing as it does in the pictures on the website

Great location in centre of Adeje area. Modern, impressive 5 star hotel. Mainly suitable for families. However there were sufficient pool & sunbathing areas for ‘ Adults only’

Hotel is amazing especially for kids, loads for them to do with water parks etc Breakfast buffet also very good selection and 5 star service Area around isn't so great compared to other places in Tenerife, very busy and restaurants are hit and miss

Best Hotel in Tenerife Family trip to Tenerife was amazing and the GF Victoria was instrumental in delivering a great experience as well as providing a variety of fun experiences for our family

Facilities: The suite hotel has two toilets, a large sofa, and a large balcony, which is very suitable for families with children. Hygiene: The waiters who clean the room are very hard-working

Service: The service was great. We were compensated for a half-day delay in checking out because the room was delivered to us one hour late. The waiters were all warm and polite

The location is excellent, just steps away from a beautiful black-sand beach, and the hotel also features a spacious and relaxing pool area

The food has improved since our last visit. The new staff are great especially Vanessa. The pool area has lots of beds which are spaced out. Authentic food and excellent music

Firstly a fantastic greeting by the reception. The staff in general are and have always been helpful and friendly. We book an exclusive room if possible. Which are in the best location, modern and well appointed

A short walk takes you to a lovely small bay filled with great restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious food accompanied by stunning sea views. The staff truly make this hotel special

Reception, restaurant and bar staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners were amazing, coming in every morning to make the bed and clean, plus early evening to check bottled water supplies etc

Food in both restaurants was excellent. The One restaurant being a la carte and The food Market buffet style but menu choice also available. The sunbeds booking system works well and plenty of availability

Returned home on Sunday after staying at Princess Inspire in an Esencia Junior Suite, All Inclusive as a solo traveller. Cannot fault this hotel at all

The one restaurant was available for us to book into twice during our 10 night stay (1 sitting for every 4 day stay). The remainder of those appeared on next days buffet

Once again a fantastic holiday at this beautiful hotel staff very attentive and that is all staff

Too many to mention but I must mention Rachel in the food market so young bless her but an asset to your hotel she very often had a chat to my husband who speaks Spanish very well as he did to many of the waiters will definitely return hopefully next year I was unwell on the day we were flying home and Jose the manager sent me a tray of bread rolls etc to our room and reception staff rearranged rooms...

Very nice Hotel, high level of service - beautiful architechture and excellent breakfast. Roof top pool is stunning. Nice and quiet surroundings.

Modern hotel, cool design, didn’t feel crowded. Walkable to La Caleta restaurants and walk along beach front. Property staff were friendly and food & cocktails were excellent.

Great location,near numerous restaurants and easy access to promenade. Hotel very modern and impeccably clean. Pool service could be improved, but a minor issue.

Roof top pools added a ‘wow’ factor and afforded stunning views. Location close to the old fishing village of Caleta was great for an evening walk and drink or meal out, booking a day ahead highly advisable

Although we knew the swimming pools weren’t going to be big they were still a little disappointing in size and a little maintenance around the ground floor pool wouldn’t go amiss

Would we return? Probably not, the lure of the Bahia’s grounds and pools would probably win out

Claire is on his pool by the office a reasonable selection of food and drink, and it is also open in the evening offering a set meal as a price that’s bearable if you don’t want to go out of the complex and explore the myriad of other restaurants that are available nearby

If you have a friend or an acquaintance that can let you use their private department, you will find that it’s a nice complex to stay in, though not massively child friendly as inflatable toys, Lilo’s, or pool frivolity are all frowned upon

Reserving a sun bed can be challenging – before 10 am each morning many regulars seem to reserve their piece of concrete with their towels for an hour previous to the sun beds being unlocked

Had a great stay. Rooms are clean with a great little kitchenette. Beautiful ocean views. Large pools with a restaurant right on site. Located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars and grocery stores.

This is a great place to stay .rooms are spotless and close to everywhere.2 minute walk to shop bars beach etc

The pool earlier is very quiet but spacious. I am so glad that we changed our hotel to this one as this is by far the best hotel we stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Loads of different pools and plenty of sunbeds. Kids are in the hotel but you wouldn't notice them as it is very quiet

40 euro per person to use the thermal suite for 90 mins. - Gym looked good in the photos but I was disappointed when I saw it in person. Just a few basic machines and dumbbells that only go up to 22kg

Well sized, powerful showers with multiple jets, amazing bath. Beds are enormous and very comfortable. - Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. So many options and it is all high quality

I do not get why so many hotel gyms do not have the basics like a squat rack and pull up bar. - We only had the dinner buffet once but it didn't impress us as much as the breakfast

No noisy guests or sounds from bars like other hotels in the more party areas. - Cocktails were great and were reasonably priced. Cons - Spa is an added cost and it is expensive

If you are looking for a more buzzing hotel I would look elsewhere but if you want a peaceful one then this is great. - Hotel is very quiet overall

First visit back to Laguna Park 1 since Dec 2019. We felt that in 2019 the rooms were homely, pool area was great where sunbeds were always available, food and entertainment were absolutely appalling

*Pool area is still very good. Sunbeds available at any time of the day. Pool bar is fine although could sometimes do with more staff

need to mention Rumpot, Beer Garden, Harleys, Scallywags, Wali Haii, Starbar and a recent new bar Boom Box Music Bar down near the Ibrox. All great bars, great cocktails, great staff, great entertainment

Friendly welcome, spacious clean room, lovely food. The entertainer was lovely, it was very nice around the pool - chilled atmosphere

Stark white walks, skirting boards that let it down as they need replaced, beds and sofas are very comfortable, rooms need more bedroom storage, also needs bedside tables, small kitchen is adequate

The pool are has been completely re-moddled and is nicely laid out although It has reduced in size since the refurb and I think is a bit small for a hotel with over 220 rooms

Hotel is in a fab location with the beach on your doorstep and water parks. Lastly I’d like to mention Eidel, for his creative energy and patience making character pancakes in the buffet

Love adeje but very very disappointed with accommodation. No way a 4 star. Reception staff lovely rooms very very clean but very very tired and basic….pool area very shabby needs a good overhall.

Impossible to drag suitcases to hotel room. Shower in bathroom poor, no power. Night entertainment poor also. No porter to help with suitcases

It seems the Brits have overtaken the Germans regarding overtaking the sun beds. The pools do not open until 10:00, but still the towels are down and not used until hours later

The hotel is spotless and the staff work very hard to keep the place nice and clean. The rooms are comfy with daily cleaning and fresh towels etc. The food was excellent with something for everyone

You really can’t go wrong with this hotel at the cost it is, it’s extremely clean (rooms are cleaned every day) the food is good and theirs plenty of options for everyone, good entertainment (shout out to JonnyCircus) I would return

But after nearly 5-6 days of using it was told by one of the lifeguards it wasn’t allowed as too big (older guy) thought bit mean wasn’t overly busy in the pool and been using already for the majority of our stay! Food- we thought it was ok! Lots of bad reviews

But was sooooo annoying and very persistent. The hotel grounds/gardens were well looked after kept relatively clean. Did have to put towels down about 730-8am to get a decent spot

Jose on reception let us borrow one for the evening (although we didn’t use in the end- it was pretty disgusting but nice never the less) he helped us with our luggage to the room. We were room 048 with a jacuzzi

From about night 3 we could hear what we can only assume was a bug somewhere in our apartment. My partner kept saying sounded like an electrical arc. We searched high and low couldn’t see anything

Room spacious, huge double bed in bedroom and 2 single beds in main living area. There was a really bad drain smell on arrival although it quickly went and wasn’t smelt again during our stay

Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the Italian restaurant

But please do not be put off , I couldn’t recommend it more brilliant in every department so pleased with everything no complaints they must of been reviewing a different hotel because I can guarantee it wasn’t the one we stayed in … Thankyou playa real for a wonderful stay

The location is good if you like to walk, but if you have mobility issues, you may find the walk from the hotel down to the main area a little bit much

Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them

But, there are lots of options such as taxi's, scooters and mobility scooters for hire

The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier

Unlimited beach towel exchanges. Guests do leave their beds unattended for >2 hours, not so nice. Overall: The area is very commercial and loud with many hobo’s and street sellers, which is not our thing

Second time at the hotel and had a lovely time again. The staff are what makes the hotel. All are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has instigated a sun bed booking policy which we found to work really well

There was always a staff member at the pool to help with bookings if needed assistance and we never had any trouble finding a bed - Carmella gets a special mention!!! The food was good and varied and the alcohol and soft drinks free flowing

Fantastic location, very central. Loved that you could book your sunbeds a couple of days in advance, so there were no sunbed wars at 7am, and you could choose where you wanted your sunbeds

Although you do have to book quickly as soon as the booking system opens each day to make sure you get the sunbeds in the area that you want. Staff were all really friendly and helpful

We only one issue throughout our stay where something was charged to us by mistake. Within 30 mins of reporting this it was all resolved and we were given a free lunch as compensation. We couldn’t have asked for any more

Been recently for the memories here of previous stay but wouldn’t go back. There are other places nowadays with better service, noticed many major brands hotels built around which wasn’t there before
