Breakfast at Casa Fuster was a highlight each morning, with an incredible selection of delicious options that catered to every taste. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, and the dining environment was as elegant as it was welcoming.
A special mention must go to the amazing hotel manager, Omar. He went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue that had been created by Booking.com, handling the situation with utmost professionalism and care. His dedication to ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay made a huge difference, and I’m truly grateful for his exceptional service.
Overall, Casa Fuster Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the impeccable service and fantastic breakfast to the ideal location and the attentive, dedicated staff, my stay was nothing short of perfect. on drop off at the hotel, 2 porters took one bag each into the hotel, leaving all the other luggage outide on the pavement.
there was NO security at the front door.
at reception we noticed that one bag was missing, the porters had no knowledge at all.
the reception staff advised that they did not have security standing at the front door, they do NOT have cameras outside the front door - there was nothing that they could do for us.
it is a disgrace that a 5 star hotel does not have cameras or security at their front door.
we stayed for 3 nights, we often witnessed that they had NO security at the front door.
we had to push management very hard to grant us a discount, on check out, the promised discount was not applied to our bill.
only after i refused to pay the bill was the discount passed.
the elevators do not have secuirty, nor do they have a system where the room card must be swiped, it is possible for anyone to enter the hotel and go upstairs to the rooms - a disgrace.
we will never sty there again, we arn travellers against choosing this hotel.
