When we arrived at 2 a.m., sadly, the receptionist was disappointingly unwelcoming at all. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the service was amazing.
The location is also good. You’re close to most of the things or public transportation.
This behavior is unacceptable and feels exploitative. I urge others to exercise caution when providing payment details to this property.
We had our 5 month old baby in the room with us (a fact of which the hotel was aware) in a room where the temperature was 26 degrees (with a fan and the windows open) - which was patently unsafe. Staff were incredibly, unhelpful, unsympathetic and this resulted in us cancelling our second booked evening. Despite the hotel manager agreeing that he would refund us for this second evening (via our agent), he is now claiming such an agreement was never reached.
We have stayed in numerous budget hotels during our trip through France and Spain and chose this one as a treat but it wasn't worth it.
It could be a great hotel if they cared a bit more.
