Terrible bed, uncomfortable and sheets are lose all over the place, blanket not cozy cold all night and sleepless

From the start Marina at reception was amazing, such positive energy and so professional. Really helped us feel welcome and supported during our stay.
Amman at reception was equally helpful and very kind with our requests and tried to accommodate us. Thank you!
At the rooftop bar/lounge Leo was awesome with so much energy and so fun whilst being professional. He makes an amazing Mojito and was very welcoming and hospitable.
Overall the rooms were comfortable, clean, no sign of aging, and the staff were spectacular.
