Hotel Praktik Garden in Barcelona

We had a decent stay at Praktik Garden, rooms were clean and nice, we had a nice balcony and the staff was great. Location is perfect! Cons were that the elevator was out of service most of the time, and sink is outside the bathroom, it’s in the room right across the bed. Also it would be great if we had a little bit more space for storage. In the morning, you can get coffee and muffins in the lounge which is really nice, although it’s only until 10 a.m., would be great if it would be extended until at least noon. Overall, a nice hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Praktik Garden Hotel in Barcelona. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It was a bit compact, but never felt too small or uncomfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is stylish yet cozy.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. When I first arrived, my Apple Pay was not going through because of a delay in funds transfer, and the front desk staff were gracious enough to let me check in and settle into my room first, with the option to return and pay later. That gesture really set the tone for how welcoming and understanding the team is.

The lounge and workroom areas are beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or getting a bit of work done. The Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay, and the hotel also offers laundry services, which was very convenient. The outdoor deck is especially lovely, filled with greenery and softly lit at night, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Overall, Praktik Garden is a charming and comfortable stay in a great location. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Barcelona.

Room service was excellent; our room was always clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient post check-out service, which allowed us to store our luggage and enjoy our final hours in the city without worry.

What a wonderful, special and unique place this is. If you like to avoid large bland characterless hotels, and prefer somewhere tranquil with heart and soul then this is the place for you! The staff are wonderful and welcoming. The place is beautiful with plants and books. There is a wonderful tranquil terrace to relax. The common kitchen/sitting area is lovely, with some baked treats and coffee machine for breakfast in the morning. My bedroom was very plain and calm and had everything I needed. It was great to have the doors and little balcony out into the street. The doors were well sound proofed and the air con was very effective. So it meant it was cool and peaceful with doors closed over night. The standard of room cleaning service was excellent and kept it lovely and neat and clean during my 4 night stay. I was sad to have to leave and would definitely love to stay here again.

The room was modern and tidy, and the hotel had a neat artsy vibe. We also loved the garden area for enjoying a morning coffee! The water filter in the lounge area for refilling our water bottles was also a plus!
The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, and there are several metro stops within a few minutes’ drive all as well.
The neighbourhood has lots of quaint brunch spots and tapas bars on every corner. Highly recommend Cafe Alfonso for some truly delicious Catalan cuisine!

Very close to everything, hotel was clean, provided the basic hygiene stuff. Receptionist and housekeepers were friendly. Loved the garden terrace.
