Don’t stay here!!!! The staff are so rude! I had to ask them for everything about the hotel. It was like pulling teeth. They were so sarcastic. My room was so hot and they said air conditioning can’t be turned on until it is 27 degrees outside. There is garbage in the halls!!! Never again! I fly all over the world for business and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!

It was the worst experience of my life to come here..
When I arrived the location of the hotel was bad everywhere buses or metro departing from nearby were 10 to 15 minutes away we had a hard time trying to find it. It is quite uphill.

It was not worth paying that much money for this hotel small rooms and small bathrooms
I made a big mistake coming for 9 days
Moreover the big prices that do not include breakfast at this hotel.
When you go to the hotel, you pay the tax of the Republic of Catalonia, there is a special tax system only for there.The noise from the neighbors in the hotel was terrible, there were very disrespectful people there.

My other problem is outside the hotel
My bag was stolen 2 days after I arrived! Nobody warned me! Your bag should never be on your back, I didn't think of that, maybe if I had been warned by the employees, maybe I would have been more careful.
Sunday morning at around 10 o'clock, while there were cameras everywhere in front of the museum, my bag, cards and money were stolen, the police did nothing. Even the hotel didn't help.
I don't recommend this hotel or Barcelona to anyone. Because even though your money was stolen, they didn't even offer you breakfast.
It's a city where you should be very careful.
If you are coming, I recommend that you have a holiday with a reliable company and insurance, be very careful, they take your bag and phone from you and nobody helps you.
The city is so expensive that if you are 2 people, you will easily spend 1000 euros in a week. I am very regretful and sorry that I went. I hope nothing bad happens to anyone because we all work hard to go on a holiday and when the result is bad, that holiday becomes torture. The days dragged on until I returned.

There was a cockroach in our room! This place is unhygienic, and the manager claimed it was a flying one, which was not true. The room was dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom with an overwhelming smell of chlorine everywhere.

The place was freezing cold, and the broken heater didn’t work at all. We wanted to move to another hotel, but the manager charged us for an extra night due to the cancellation policy.

This place looks nothing like the photos online. Additionally, the hot water didn’t start immediately — we had to wait around 10 minutes for it to work.

Absolutely horrible experience!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. I knew it was a 2 star hotel but ot was way worse than expected. Noisy, not clean enough and our room had humidity spots on the walls and spiderwebs on the ceiling.

The room contained a lot of moist. Clothes become damp and did not dry at all. moisture spots on the curtains and lampshades. Al lot of mold on the walls. a lot of dust in the lampshades. and a very small room for 3 persones. Bathroom was very litlle. No room to put your stuff.
Due health reasons (astmatische, allergie)we decided to leave the hotel earlier. when we checked out they did not even asked what the reason was. They only told it is payed so it is ok.... However one plus point is that the was shower powerful .
