If I could give service 10 stars I would. Sure, the hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is amazing, and the rooms are clean, beautiful, comfortable and extremely well kept throughout the stay. But the service… the service is the best we have had around the world BY FAR. This team works so well together to make sure your stay is perfection from start to finish. My daughter is 8 months and was treated like a little celebrity. For a couple who flew with their new born 9+ hours to get here, this was everything we could have hoped for and than some. Thank you Serras Team for making this stay as memorable as possible.

Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!

We stayed here 1/11/25 to 1/13/25 before our Viking cruise. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this beautiful boutique hotel is!!! We didn't even have our door open from the taxi, and we were greeted by one of the staff who literally treated us like we were royalty. The staff were just perfect, happy, and seemed truly excited and happy to see each new customer. The welcoming drink, the chocolate, the personal tour, everything... was just superb!! I wish we were there longer, but if we ever do get back, this is where you will find us! Serras has set the bar really, really, really high!!

Centrally located hotel, right in the heart of the Gothic District and El Born. We originally were scheduled to only be here for 2 nights, but canceled our other hotel and stayed 3 more. Walking distance to so many sights. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop bar is a remarkable place to take in the harbor. The space was quiet, clean, and amazing! Would 100% stay here again and again!
