We stayed at Hotel Neri for 10 days in September 2024.
The entire hotel experience in this small boutique hotel was excellent.
The hotel is a historic old palace that has been converted in 22 luxury hotel rooms over 4 floors.
The hotel was impeccably clean. All of the staff from the front desk, to the restaurant waiters to the cleaning staff were friendly, polite and responsive. A special shout out to the very friendly Tomas who went out of our way to make our stay great.
The hotel location was also excellent being right in the heart of the very historic Gothic Quarter.
I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to visit Barcelona.
One small suggestion I would have would be for the hotel to set up an urn of water with glasses so you could have a nice glass of water when you come in from touring. Even though they would bring as many bottles of water to your room as you need, a lobby water station could also have bottles of water available to simply take back up to your room.

Fabulous rooms, fantastic staff, wonderful food. Great place to stay in Barcelona right across from the Pantheon.
Thomas is the best to provide you with anything you need. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and German. He can answer any questions you might have. Extremely helpful. Best Place In Barcelona, hands down. They have WiFi.

The Hotel Neri is the most unique and interesting hotel we have ever stayed in. It’s in a 1200 year old building, so when you enter it’s like being in a medieval castle. The exposed untouched stone is both amazing and beautiful. The rooms are large clean and modern. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and lounge along with a beautiful rooftop deck, and they bring drinks up there. The real heartbeat of this hotel is the people, we received 5 star service every step of the way. We want to thank Miranda, Tatiana, Julian, Jose Ris and the ever helpful Tomas for making this a most wonderful stay. It’s rare that you find every member of the staff so dedicated to your comfort and happiness. Strongly recommend

Our stay at Hotel Neri was perfection. The hotel is gorgeous, the beds are divine, and the staff goes above and beyond. Tomas was wonderful and so helpful with anything we needed- restaurant recommendations, city suggestions, and even scheduled a free virtual doctor’s appointment and took us to the pharmacy to pick up the medication that was prescribed. Many taxis are reluctant to drive to the front of the hotel because of the narrow streets in the Gothic quarter, but rest assured, if you call ahead, Tomas and staff will be waiting wherever you arrive to get your bags for a seamless check-in experience. This is our second stay at Hotel Neri and we will return for any of our future trips to Barcelona. 12/10 recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time at Neri Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel’s vibe is chic and modern & the location couldn’t have been better! Our room was very clean & full of all of the essentials. The staff were able to guide us to food recommendations and were available for late night snacks and early morning coffee & food. It was a very personalized & enjoyable trip. We will be sure to return again when we are in Barcelona!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Neri for 3 nights in August. The hotel is beautiful and well-appointed. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Where the hotel really shines though is its staff. Thomas, Mauro, Fernando, and literally everyone we encountered were kind and helpful. Location is perfect as well. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Location is hard to beat for this high quality of a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful also helped to give us a good insider view of the city. The bellman, Thomas is very helpful, friendly, and energetic. What a great face of the hotel!!

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. We decided to stay here for a night as a splurge and it was an absolutely gorgeous hotel with a perfect location.
The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, the room was VERY comfortable, the rooftop pool and views were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious.
In short, the ideal location, our positive experience with the fantastic staff, and the combination of beauty and comfort of the hotel made this the highlight of our trip to Spain.
The hotel even sent us recommendations for tapas restaurants nearby prior to our stay, booked us a dinner reservation, and hired us a fantastic babysitter for the evening.
If you come to Barcelona and want to treat yourself, this is the place.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Barcelona The staff is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent. Staff members Thomas and Fernando went out of their way to make our visit special. All staff all the time were amazing. We stayed in two different rooms and each was unique and special. The rooftop lounge and pool are great places to hang out. The location is right in the heart of the city, walkable to all the major attractions. Very Nice!
