Love this hotel the staff are so nice it’s a wee walk from the main town but that’s not a problem. The suite we have is a great set up for us as a family of three. The lounge is great for food and picky bits during the day. My only issue is as we are looking onto the pool there were 8 men golfing during the day then in the pool being rather loud and drinking for 3 days back to back so if coming with small kids ask for a room away from the pool. My daughter was a little ill and the house keeping staff dealt with it promptly which I appreciate. We will definitely be back here!!

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean.
They even wrote a welcome letter for us.
It's easy to get to the city by bus and the beach is very close.
The parking lot is paid, so we parked nearby.
We came to Mallorca for our honeymoon and felt great from the first accommodation.
If I come to Mallorca again, I'll stay here again.

we arrived late because our hotel we booked in first place hat issues with the water. we got the last room on the level with lounge. parking was easy and safe, the rooms were very modern, no carpets… hallelujah and the breakfast in the lounge was gorgeous. the best of the hotel, however, was the staff. everybody without exception was just amazing. many thanks to Esmeralda and everybody else. you are doing a great job!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes by bus (€5 per person) from the airport, a short walk (over the busy road) to the public beach, and only 15 minutes on foot to the old town and the cathedral. We booked a suite, which was very spacious and very comfortable, ideal for our family of three. The rooms were cleaned daily, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, there was enough variety to suit all our tastes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I wanted to love it, I really did.
I've given 3* which let's remember is average. And I think that's a good word - average.
For me it's the small details that make me think "I won't stay there again...". Firstly, the coffee in the breakfast is truly unforgivable. It's those machines you get in free business centres where the coffee is always sour and acrid tasting no matter if you choose an Americano, cappuccino or anything. Just weak nonsense. You get better coffee brewed and put in thermos jugs to serve yourself.
Secondly is that the TVs in the rooms aren't Smart TVs, so no apps, no casting (which for a business hotel especially is an issue for me)... it's 2025, smart TVs are not expensive, especially when the Melia could negotiate a wholesale rate.
Again this is a small detail, but they matter to me in a competitive market - no USB only charging outlets. I just... I've stayed in worse hotels that have this sorted. It's not even a new concept, it's been around for years now. And again a business focused hotel... You'd think they would be up to date with these tech developments.
The design of the hotel, whilst beautiful, does mean it's incredibly noisy. In your room, you can hear clearly conversations outside in the corridors, and people aren't even shouting. They're just talking normally. You also can hear every door thudding closed and being opened. If people are coming back late at night a little bit drunk, or children are screaming and laughing running around, you hear it all. As I say, you can hear conversations being spoken at a normal level.
Look, the staff were all very nice and friendly, and the bones of the hotel is nice - good design etc... it's just those details that make life in a hotel so much easier were missing. Because the hotel looks so modern in design you'd think the details would be, but no.
The beds were large and comfy and the Rituals toiletries were lovely.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, and there's also a bus stop right outside so if you're looking to go into Palma proper, it's not an issue, it's connected. It's also very convenient for the airport, being one stop away on the A1 bus.
