Nice hotel with good service and many German speaking employees for those who don’t speak English or spanish!
Amazing view of the City/harbour.
We liked the idea of putting a TV on the Roof so you can watch it whilst laying down in your bed!
Service at the Poolbar is a bit strange… we asked if we had to go to the bar to get drinks which was confirmed by the employee.
Minutes later we saw him serve people at the pool. Maybe just a misunderstanding.

On top of a very steep hill if you are walkers like us. But really friendly staff and great pool/spa. About 3k from old town.

Had the spa and lunch offer, lunch was underwhelming wouldn’t recommend the food such as the burger meet was questionable.
Spa had a wide range of facilities but lacking customer service and cleaning of the dressing room.

We have already enjoyed our stay on the premises several times! It was always a great time! The rooms are great, the culinary offerings are amazing and the staff is amazing! Great overall package! :)

As a client and former temporary worker, one of the best hotels in Palma, if not the best, to relax and enjoy. Enviable views. Beautiful rooms, spacious and well decorated premises, not to mention the pools and terraces. You will be pleasantly surprised not only by the presence of a SPA, but also by the attention and quality. If you haven't been to a hotel wedding reception, I'm telling you, have your camera ready 🎥. Large and elegant hotel, impeccably clean and friendly staff! The food is delicious and fresh, from the rich and varied buffet for breakfast to lunch, everything is delicious! 5 star garden and swimming pools, strategic location, close to the center but in a quiet location, away from chaos. I'll be happy to return!

Fabulous hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa wonderful (Marcia gave a great back massage). The room was exactly what a 5 star should be as was the buffet breakfast. 15 min walk into the centre. Would love to return someday.

I thought that a 5 Stars Hotel is more carreful with the clients, but i am so dissapointed.
The Swimmingpools are great, but You are allowed to swimm only between 8:00 and 20:00, no earlier, no later! And the weather is hot here!!! Nothing for swimming lovers.
No music, No Fun, No Matter where You are. The food is not impressive. So boredom. Unbelievable for Palma de Mallorca where You are supposed to have fun!
Smoking is also Tabu here. Isn't allowed on the terrace, no Matter which on - breakfast terrace or Restaurant terrace.
Also, Check-in and Check Out... Check Out is until 12:00, Check in ist at 15:00. But, they are flexible when You want to leave later. But the Check in, oh, that is Impossible If You arrive at 14:45.
If You want to take a break afternoons and You are sleeping they come and knock on your door, they ask You If You want that they clean You rooms, but they just have done that this moorning. Wir sind keine Schweine!
You have the Feeling that they are watching You, that they are Checking You Up.
The Location is also a Problem, but thats Not Something possible to Change.
Perhaps, i was choosing wrong this Hotel, perhaps this Hotel is for geriatricians patiens. But is not my fault, ist Not written anywhere that You are not supposed to live in this Hotel.
The Problem is that You can't have a great time in this Hotel supposing that You want to spend a day Long or a night long in it.
You are not allowed to have a Holiday Feeling. And is also expensive hier, for about 2000€ i was expecting a netter Service, more Compliance, a Little bit more freedom.
