服務很好，房間也挺不錯，乾淨舒適，位置很方便，去哪兒都挺近的。我們租了車，酒店提供免費停車，特別方便。還有泳池和免費的SPA體驗，非常加分。最驚喜的是前台在登記時得知是我老婆生日，還特別準備了小禮物，真的很貼心。整體體驗很棒，下次來還會繼續訂這家！

前台不熱情，並沒有介紹酒店的設施比如健身房游泳池spa之類的，酒店設施比較老舊，而且極度不隔音，晚上十二點凌晨的時候外面有人經過説話聽得一清二楚，非常吵鬧！還有陽台門也不太膈音，還好在半山腰上沒有太多車流（ps如果不開車來這個酒店，日常出行很不方便，但是停車位比較少和小），也沒有門僮在門口幫忙拿行李。
入房後發現房間有味道，而且景觀並不符合攜程上的展示圖，還有桌面沒有放水，然後打電話給前台問有沒有水，但是電話收音是壞的，前台餵了兩下就直接掛了電話。
隨之打開櫃子找到了mini bar，但是價格不透明（衹有二維碼掃，但是搜完二維碼衹有room service，比如叫餐服務之類的並沒有mini bar的價格表。第二天問前台的時候，前台還説二維碼掃一下就有，並沒有double check）。
第二天問前台為啥沒有水，才知道是漏放了，而且免費提供的衹有兩瓶水，五星級酒店衹有兩瓶水都不免費補水，但是我在這裏不止住一晚。ps之前在廈門華爾道夫住，他們發現我第一天喝水喝完了第二天直接給我補了四瓶水。

一晚3000+的價格完全可以在palma市中心住到更好更新的酒店，純屬沒必要住這裏。

We were not happy until we met Alicia. She provided us with the best hoteling experience ever. She was excellent and ensured we had the best accommodations. Alicia always assisted us during our stay and made sure we arrived safely at all our destinations with the best hotel arrangements. She was always helpful and supportive. We highly recommend recognizing her outstanding service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

They stole 3.500 euros from our friends room and the wallet with credit cards and all his documents!! Without any violation of the room door or the balcony door!!! Dangerous hotel to stay !!!!!!!! DONT CHOOSE IT !!!!

We had a nice stay. We made use of the spa. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean, but as others have mentioned, the rooms are not in pristine condition, and the hotel is a little bit far from the city centre

Beautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included.
Room are spacious and beds are comfortable.
I would go here again with my family.

Nice hotel with good service and many German speaking employees for those who don’t speak English or spanish!
Amazing view of the City/harbour.
We liked the idea of putting a TV on the Roof so you can watch it whilst laying down in your bed!

Service at the Poolbar is a bit strange… we asked if we had to go to the bar to get drinks which was confirmed by the employee.
Minutes later we saw him serve people at the pool. Maybe just a misunderstanding.

On top of a very steep hill if you are walkers like us. But really friendly staff and great pool/spa. About 3k from old town.

Had the spa and lunch offer, lunch was underwhelming wouldn’t recommend the food such as the burger meet was questionable.
Spa had a wide range of facilities but lacking customer service and cleaning of the dressing room.
