We had a lovely three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which made things easier with two adults and three kids.
It was also on one of the separate residential areas so not everyone had access to the swimming pool which meant it was less busy than the main one.

Easy access to the beach as an alternative to the swimming pool was good.
Evening entertainment was nothing special.
Probably would go back again if it was cheaper.

We had an apartment and it's spacious sleeps 7 with two bathrooms kitchen with washer and AC, I can't mark the rooms in hotel not been in one , and has 4 floors , I don't like hights so would not have one. This apartment shares its own pool with a few others

A nice hotel, though a little run down in parts. Rooms were cleaned every day. The adult area was a dream. Kids club was basic but my little one seemed to enjoy it.
The service was fine, though it felt the hotel catered for the Spanish primarily. A few staff were exceptional but it didn't feel like the majority welcomed you.
The food was good, though if you're going for a dining experience I would suggest the sister hotel in Cambrils, which was much more pleasant.
Location was fantastic, a short walk away from a selection of good bars,
restaurants, shops, a market and a gorgeous beach.
A bus runs directly outside, which goes to Tarragona and Barcelona and bus tickets can be purchased close by for a good price - avoid booking trips through the reps as they are expensive!

Our first impression when we checked in, was exactly what we expected. A slightly outdated, but friendly and spacious Spanish hotel. The rooms are a bit overdue for a renovation, but meet our needs. The only issues we found was the lack of wall outlets (only one available) and the beds are very stiff. The latter is a common issue in Spanish hotels, and was promptly solved by the hotel staff by adding a topper.

After a few nights, we started noticing that the rooms are very noisy. Especially when there’s noise in the hallway. The fact that the hotel also offers an all-inclusive package and for some guests this means drinking alcohol all day results in some very noisy guests until late in the evening.

We experienced some issues with the cleaning of our rooms. No new towels (solved after contacting the reception), no cleaning at all, or sub par cleaning. We spoke to the reception, our room was inspected and “cleaned” again, but still not clean. We gave our feedback to the reception and advised them to keep an eye on their housekeeping personnel. In the following days, cleaning improved a bit.

The pool is crowded, as expected. The animation team is really trying to offer all guests some distraction, which gives a nice atmosphere. The free towel service is very convenient.

We booked half-board and decided that was more than sufficient for our needs. The hotel offers upgrade, which would have cost us almost 100 euro per day extra for all-inclusive (family of 4). Both the breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent. Lots of different options to choose from, plenty of variations during our 13 day stay.

Location is perfect, the beach is just a short walk and so is the bus stop to go to Salou, Reus or Tarragona.

I had the best holiday ever! I booked a random holiday on new year's eve.

The staff are amazing, its got a lovely atmosphere at the hotel.

I slept well and i ate well!

My room was beautiful!!! No view but perfect to relax.

Close to the beach.

I have looked into returning 😊

This hotel has taught me that the Spanish don't like foreigners. 99% of the staff are rude and not in the slightest bit accommodating, including the supposed manager who was literally grabbing kids mid air as they jumped in the pool, then got inches from my face when I challenged him on his dangerous behaviour. Pool staff (mostly just one obnoxious individual, repeatedly) being overly aggressive with young children and threatening to take property from them, favouring any Spanish people's wishes over the masses of other guests, and constantly changing the rules on what is allowed and what is not - it's either a rule or it isn't. You can't enforce a new rule just because a Spanish couple complained about kids having fun. One staff member told us to jump in the 1.2m deep section instead, whilst the Spanish couple were there. When I said that's dangerous we should be jumping in the 2m bit, she said "not my problem". When I asked the manager for ID (simply wearing a grey polo and trousers) he said "manager don't need ID". Very unprofessional. We went to Cyprus last year and I thought it was good, but we now realise it was absolutely incredible compared to this place.

The quality of the food is average at best, often undercooked and they obviously use very low quality ingredients. Been here a couple of nights so far and both myself and my son have had bad tummies since we got here. "All inclusive" actually means the very basics, anything even remotely 'fancy' like a Pina colada is charged for and all inclusive only runs between 10am and 11pm. Like I say - cyprus they couldn't give us enough of whatever we wanted, here you get a small glass of beer and anything else is paid for and weak. Outside of those hours you are paying for everything you order and it isn't exactly cheap (£3 for a half a pint). You also have to pay for any extras like a kettle, iron, thread and needle, etc.

Very few English speaking staff which makes communication difficult, and most ignore that you even exist, even if you say hello/thank you etc. The pool tables and games room have mostly broken equipment. The showers are either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Fantastic location close to the beach with great local facilities, but the hotel really is shooting itself in the foot with management and staff's attitude towards foreigners and kids.

Edit, responding to the manager's reply: look at your reviews, my comments are echoed by others. Speak to your staff, and yourself. Show some consistency, decency and manners and folks might have a better experience in your hotel. It's either a rule or it isn't. We argued for 15 minutes before you agreed to what I'd originally said - that the Spanish couple could sit in anywhere that wasn't next to the edge of the deep end of the pool, and the kids jump into the deep (safe) end. If you're going to be aggressive with kids and physically manhandle them, you're going to get some push back from parents. If you have an issue, speak to the parents, not the kids. When you speak to the parents, be respectful, have a conversation (like I repeatedly said to you) and don't attempt to intimidate by getting in their faces and asking about room numbers. I'm here alone with my son, but I won't tolerate you being aggressive towards mine or anyone else's children. That member of pool staff needs firing, and you need to have a word with yourself about your attitude.

Appart from the food poisioning, which they tried to blame on the pool (never went in it). Rooms where mixed up, so ended up with a studio for 3 adults and a baby. The coach that dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Entertainment was OK, if it was not for the above it (which should put you off) would of been a decent review

This place is amazing and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the food was very good as they have plenty of options to chose, I'm a big eater and not fussy at all so easy for me and surprised to how much, in regards to the food I would just say that over the 6nights I've been here the drinks machines were covered or not working most of time making it difficult to drink anything whilst having your meals. Pools are great, staff very nice apart from the lady on snacks bar in hotel 2, you can say good morning in any language but she won't reply or even look at you. Apartments clean and they were coming every day to clean, I personally don't think they should be cleaning the same apartment every single day. Maybe this is why check in is at 5pm? This was about the only thing I didn't like, with 3 children, one being a special needs we booked a flight to get there early to enjoy the day and settle in, instead we had to wait about 6h for our apartment, this left me quite upset as tired after a long trip, 3 kids wanting to go swim or play. They do hold your luggage if you want but still this is not good, no costumer should be waiting for their room this long, also maybe change the breakfast hours and add one more hour or start later instead 8 to 10 and then lunch at 1pm I think is a long time. The animation team were great, shout out to Ellie and all her colleagues, my girls loved them. Every night there is entertainment going on and i loved it.I think for the price this hotel offers you a lot and in great location. I would definitely return.

I'm currently in the hotel, have visited many hotels in Spain and Portugal, this one is the worst experience I've ever had. First of all if you happen ending up in this hotel NEVER ever book all inclusive, most of the services are payable and all inclusive is barely fore dinner and coffee. The staff working there are weirdo type staring at you all time and grumpy when you ask about anything in english, they don't Speak that language. Food is below average and to access the restaurant you need to be in a long queue waiting, a jail like experience, when eating staff are next to you starting at you. I don't know what to say more but AVOID because it's a time and money thrown to the bin.
