We had a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect—right on the beach. You can swim in the sea and then relax on the comfortable sunbeds with a cold beer in the hotel

Both pools open at 10am and close at 6pm so not ideal for everyone. There are too many sunbeds crammed together round the pool, so you have to crawl up them to get on them. Easy solutions is to remove a few

Stayed here for one week with a baby of 10Months. Location is brilliant, right on the beach and short walk from a local shop. 2 minutes walk to bars and restaurants

Towels are changed when left on the floor. The outdoor pool is a good size but really cold. The indoor pool is too small & narrow unless you get the pool to yourself

Hotel is nice, and right on the beach. Standard rooms are ok, but they are missing any drawers

We chose the half-board option but were allowed to swap dinner for lunch if needed, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, with lots of options, including vegetarian choices

Location was fantastic, a short walk away from a selection of good bars, restaurants, shops, a market and a gorgeous beach

We arrived at 11:30 pm, by the time we got checked in it was closer to 12. We were all inclusive so we presumed that we could access food and water on arrival. There was no water in the room and the bar shut at 11:30

But they do make it clear what you’re entitled too. No matter what block you are though, the staff are amazing. there’s arcades, kids entertainment, a lot of different pools everywhere over the resort

We went in September and there was plenty of loungers and space without having to go to the pool too early. Loads to do in La Pineda for kids. 5 min walk from the water park and beach

Easy access to the beach as an alternative to the swimming pool was good. Evening entertainment was nothing special. Probably would go back again if it was cheaper

If your an adult this isn't bad. Kids were a bit bored but we ventured to play area and a few walks to the beach. We could have done with some more entertainment for the kids as haven't been able to wind down at all

Also, while I understand the fear of damages regarding the use of an iron requiring a €20 deposit (which is refundable), not having an ironing board available seemed somewhat excessive

Very hard-working people that work here, always obliging. A big thank you to all the people we met from when we arrived at reception, the cleaner was in every day

The only fault I have and it's probably the same as other hotels is the mad rush for the sun beds! This is more of a fault on the guests rather than the hotel, but possibly there's another solution to the mad rush

Regarding breakfast, we encountered some problems on our first morning; unfortunately, the omelettes were undercooked and the salad appeared to be frozen

It might be more accommodating to check this at the end of the stay or offer one complimentary on request, as seen in other hotels of similar rating

However, I believe there is potential for improvement through some renovation and updating to enhance the overall experience

Great beach, many pools, big and free spa, nice and clean area, modern hotel, good parking also for big cars, friendly staff, good breakfast, good room and comfy bed, nice bathroom

Details: The TV was a bit small and some foreign channels did not work, it would have been great if there had been also soft matrasses around the outdoor pools

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, fresh breakfast, friendly staff and great facilities and very close to the beach - can't fault it from this perspective! However they allowed a company event party to go way past midnight, in the middle of the week, without at least warning any of the other residents (a written warning at the entrance would have been enough)

Perfect location. 1 minute from the beach. Internet/wifi is horrendous. We got a tiny room. No one in the buffet speaks English a bit. Food is alright.

There was a lot of noise and disruption. Management was contacted, but no reply so far. As a paying customer I was very dissapointed by this approach!

What is this???? I asked for a lemonade, not for a 7up lemon! Also a lot of staff don't speak english. Still the food is amazing and the experiences were fantastic!

Recommend this hotel, clean, lovely food with plenty of choice. Big room, lovely beach close by, nice staff, very friendly, many activities during the day and night. Also it’s just 1hr away from Barcelona

Really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was varied and tasty. Entertainment was entertaining. The beach was in view and only a minutes walk.

We didn't stay here, only visited and it was very impressive. A very clean, well laid out and friendly staff we will try to come back fe a linger stay in the future!

Good food, lots of things for the kids to do, sea view from the room, very clean, next to the beach, big pool with slides, amusing shows at night, very friendly and helpful staff

You could not fault the offerings. In the mornings we generally chose to dine out on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Glorious! My room was immaculate with a sea view. Wifi works perfectly and the style is very modern

Just spent two weeks here, the hotel is great with a spectacular site right on the beach. All the staff were lovely, polite and helpful especially the young team who run the bar area who couldn't have done more to help

Easy access to the hotel (although parking in La Pineda is a nightmare), the rooms spacious and clean, right at the beach, and good breakfast (we loved that we could have it in the terrace right by the beach)

I have spent almost 3 weeks at Terramarina as part of a larger group. The hotel is very clean and smart. Location is right on the beach with access to the promenade and all the beach offerings

I swam in the sea although sea was very cold :) i get used to cold sea as i come from 🇬🇧 , uk sea is always cold

And the swimming pool area is fabulous. But the shop needs more items and also the prices at the bar are expensive. Stock up before you go! Receptionist who checked us in really friendly and helpful

Our 3rd visit after summer 2017 and easter 2018. Large pitches wit plenty of space. Good cantine with enough choice for food and beverages. One of the best swimming pools i ve seen on campings

Friendly peope at reception, personal and very good security. Minus: not allowed friends from outside camping. Sanitary clean, twice or trice a day cleaned

I found it very complicated to book online in order to get the advance booking discount, but even with that at 26€ it was a lot dearer than most

Maybe if you want a poolside holiday a larger place would be more suitable but for us it was perfect. The beach is a stones throw away so we went there or walked to another most days

Staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were a good size only problem I found was no dressing table with mirror in room. Had to do hair and make up in bathroom which was a little frustrating

Free water on floors which was a really good touch and welcomed as someone who like to drink a lot of cold water. All in all lovely stay thank you for your hospitality

The food was amazing and very tasty with different options every evening. The rooftop pool was great on a sunny day with views of the beach, surrounding mountains and even PortAventura in the distance

We had a hire car so required parking for the week which was located underneath the hotel itself and we were provided our own numbered bay which was secure

3 times a day we enjoyed various delicacies prepared by local chefs. The only thing, probably for us, was too much choice of seafood, as we prefer vegetarian dishes and chicken dishes

For the price you actually cannot even go wrong, La Pineda as a town is lovely and quiet the beach is seconds from the hotel and it is stunning such a clean and well kept area, sea is super blue and lovely and warm

Located very close to the beach. Clean rooms and friendly stuff. Buffet has a good quality and choice! Nice swimmingpool and there is always an activity for kids

In the evening the minidisco is awesome and kids love it especially for Alex who run the minidisco and the animation and is always very playful with kids, thanks Alex!! A very nice holiday, strongly recommend it

Amazing hotels for families, Modern rooms, very friendly staff, closed to the beach and local shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with any age group. It’s has kids pool and play areas.

The pool kept the kids busy for most part of the day, they loved it. Meals were good with reasonable variety. Location was good very close to the beach

You’re also 10 minutes from Ferrari World and an amazing water park!! We also visited salou there is some unreal restaurants. Lots of fun bits along the beach to do also like arcades

Baby pool is too deep for a baby and not heated. Food is OK but some days it's terrible. Room is nice and clean. Charged extra for baby bed on arrival. Close to beach and busses available into town.

Clean, Modern, Friendly Staff. The pool is quite small and the food is quite good but lack variety. I would highly recommend.

There was also a chill out area and games (pool & ice hockey) in the corridor near our room which was very noisy after midnight. We did not expect to pay for a 4 * hotel and it be filled with school parties

On the day we arrived they was a school party staying and were there for the next 3 days, very noisy teenagers running around jumping and bombing in the pool and taking over the pool area

Last year my family of 4 children aged 19 to 12 and husband stayed here. superb entertainment during the day for teens. apartment clean and enough space. and vg bus service outside door. we went bike riding in mountains

Located between Salou town and La Pineda beach. An all-inclusive hotel catering for British. Staff are mostly friendly. Nearest beach 10 minutes walk.

Amazing hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms spotless and spacious. Good variety of food. Plenty for children to do, they are entertained from Morning until night..we will be returning

Usually do all inclusive and the food is amazing, with lots of choice. There is a bus stop right outside which gives easy access in to Salou, Portaventura, Cambrils, La Pineda and Tarragona

Love this hotel, feels like home as we've been so many times. The staff are really friendly and helpful. This year, due to covid, it was self catering but didn't stop our enjoyment

We just wrapped up a 9-night stay at this resort - the room was nice (comfortable beds), the pools were great for our 6-yr old daughter, and the staff was helpful & friendly (especially JohnJoe at the front desk, who helped me find a new cord for my laptop)

The hotel is so central especially to the beaches, nightlife, shopping and Portoventura. We really like that they provide sustainable products

the staff always smile, the hotel is clean, in the right position, with 4 or 5 beaches around with walking distance, and the public bus station is right near the hotel

Booked this accomodation last minute and so glad i did the Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff so friendly and accomodating the food catered for everybodies needs so much choice , maid service every day and the location was perfect mix of being in a quiet location but within easy reach to all other attracations , regular bus services right outside and taxi service if needed

Not many restaurants around, but the hotel had a great shop for snacks etc, the hotel food was very nice, pool area was great, the kids loved the kids pool with great water features

There are two beaches that are absolutely beautiful, they are a 5 min walk, beautiful soft sand

The pool area does not get any sun until mid day which is annoying and most people come and claim beds with this towels which is frustrating and the hotel needs to put in place a rule to stop this

The sea and pool views are both beautiful, the hotel is located almost right at the beach and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm

Views from the front of the hotel overlooking the beach pools and sea are great, but side rooms, and you ll get a stone wall, beautifully clean, amazing foyer, leading to reception, and an open through floor view point to the executive bar - that still over looks the beach and the pool, lovely quiet location, plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, water sports on lots of near by spaces ...

We had full board and were happy with this choice since the food was tasty and mostly diverse. All of our wishes concerning baby necessities were also satisfied. All areas are accessible with a buggy, including the beach

Nice beach area but could do with deck chairs, pool area was nice and clean,but a little quiet for our liking, could have done with a bit of music playing in back ground, hotel shop sells rubber dinghys and other pool inflatables, but be aware these are not allowed in pool , so don't know why they sell them 🤷, food ok but evening tea not so good, entertainment hit and miss,but we made our own entertainment...

Food: The first two days the hotel did not have good options for vegetarian food. At first the worker said that you can have salad. I said that I want hot food, I can not eat only salad

The corridors are covered with old, worn-out carpet. It's good that there is a swimming pool with slides for different ages on the territory

Beautiful, clean, classy place. Only thing that could be improved is the pool bar closes the 1st week in October even though the hotel is still at capacity and the temperatures are still at 25°

Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

The restaurant area is large and beautiful, there is an outdoor terrace with sea view where we loved having dinner and lunch. The food is always varied, quality and in abundance

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules

The evening entertainment is okay but the entire decor of the outdoor seating could be revamped to make it more appealing as it’s quite overcrowded and low cost, sitting on old plastic chairs and tables

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it

The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic

The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it isn’t the greatest, if you was a very plain eater you would find chips and occasionally pizza but again the eating area is very overcrowded and if you are someone who enjoys a range of food you would be disappointed, of the 7 nights I enjoyed one main which was paella, the rest was very underwhelming...

The rooms were tidied daily and an excellent size for the price. I highly recommend opting for a sea-view room for the sunset alone. They were clean, modern and contained a good range of amenities

The local area is quiet and the new promenade makes beach walks a must. The sea is clear, clean and a good temperature (we went in September) with respectful beachgoers

An absolute delight - this hotel exceeded our expectations by miles. Despite visiting towards the end of what we assume was a busy summer season, the staff made us feel so welcomed

The drinks are also varied and a good strength - I recommend the sangria with every meal! As a gay couple it can be difficult to travel to other countries as you are unsure of how other guests will treat you, however the staff made sure we were always welcome and we felt very safe in their hands

We occupied beds in a hotel near the pool, and went swimming in the sea. 50 metres away there is a small beach with sandy entry into the sea

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. The reception, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff were fantastic

The facilities are brilliant and there is so much to do or not do (depending on what type of holiday you want). It is €9 in a taxi to the centre of Salou or €2. 10 on the bus just up the road

Highlight being the stir fry freshly made for you! The drinks have a brilliant range, you can do some self serve (beer/sangria/pop/water) if not you are served very quickly for anything else

All the staff are so lovely and helpful, special mention to Adrian! The food is really good and so many options to choose from, we had something different every day

Out of all the hotels we’ve passed during our time in Salou this one is 100% the nicest on the outset and brilliant from what we’ve experienced the past week

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service

The hotel is not so far from main town if your looking for a great meal in town you must Visit Tim and Jane at the Old Brown Cow near the Dolphin Hotel the Pub Resturant caters for every possible needs the beers and cocktails are excellent and refreshing the locals visit there as well Sunday Dinners are really tasty and yummy so if your look for a Sunday Roast Visit Old Brown cow closed Tuesdays

The food is really good one such guy at breakfast who cooks the eggs will cook my eggs as I want them the guy who cooks the omelets is helpful as well he will make them as you like them plus he makes the pancakes as well over excellent

The pool area was clean and tidy and getting a sunbed wasn't a problem so long as you were up in time (snooze you lose)

The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them

At meal times you are escorted to an available table instead of having to search for one. Free safe in each room - no deposit required. Beach towel hire - €10 each, fully refundable on return

All very good and quickly seated at the table. All the staff in this hotel are super friendly, from the waiter/waitress to the life guards and reception desk. My family are coming to stay in this hotel next month

Lots of pools, indoor pool feels a little unclean, perhaps. Buffet food was good with some interesting courses, and plenty of choice. Main entertainment area gets a bit stuffy and is loud but you'd expect that

They keep the children entertained throughout the day and evening. The children love them and they have so much patience with them. I only had the breakfast, didn’t go all inclusive but cannot fault the breakfast at all

Kids club had plenty of activities. The smaller bar had very good entertainment and was a more chilled vibe in the evening. Location is fine, 2km to walk to Portadventura, 500m to shopping road and 1

Lovely hotel though a bit dated in areas. Good animation team that worked hard. Lovely food, had to use microwave at times to heat it up though. Given free water with meals and free water fountains around the pools

We loved the balcony and the exceptional seaview from it. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (except for the cleaning equipment). The environment is very calm. There is a tiny beach in front of the building.

La terraza es fascinante, la cocina muy cómoda y el salón y comedor muy amplios, magníficos para un grupo. Las vistas desde las terrazas lo mejor que hay, y las pequeñas calas cerca del apartamento muy agradables

Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast

The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well. Hotel is perfectly located, it’s near shopping street, the beach and some bus stops

Food was good, best dish was the paella which I felt they didn't do enough of. Focused too much on pleasing the English with nuggets and chips

Location is good if you want everything close by - in the street outside! It turned out our balcony on the street side was actually quieter than those on the poolside - even with road works going on! There was no separate adult & children's pools, so both pools were filled with an array of massive inflatables! No chance of actually being able to swim

) Nightly entertainment took place inside the bar area (although there was a stage outside in the pool area) so we went out to local bars & restaurants to escape the noise! Our room was really lovely & clean, with everything we needed

It's also a short walk to the beach sea front as well as a 25/30 minutes walk to the theme park. Staff were all helpful and friendly thanks very much for the stay

Kids clubs in the day, plenty of play areas (pools and playground, small indoor pool, arcade, pool tables, darts, cinema, softplay etc). All staff friendly and great at their jobs

Had a fantastic week here with the family, the hotel and pool area are lovely and clean and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful

Stayed here for a week, and have to say the staff are amazing, especially the staff who run all the kid's activities they really go out of their way to involve all the kids and are so enthusiastic and kind, the staff which run the kiddies discos were amazing! The staff at the bar area especially the servers were so nice! Can't recommend this hotel enough! 🫶 I did find one member of staff quite rude...

Food and drinks for all inclusive was really good, we went for the Golden all inclusive upgrade which was really fantastic meaning we could order pretty much any food or drink we wanted from the restaurant/ bar as could the kids such as ordering ice creams and snacks during the day

Hotel is excellent for the family (It's a family hotel just in case that's not clear to anyone). Food was good pancakes in the morning especially. The entertainment staff give it there all to keep the kids entertained
