Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros ... the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable. But otherwise everything is fine.

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. Our first family holiday has just come to an end and I can't think of a better place to have spent a week. We were delighted with the Golden Avenida. We had the the duplex roof apartments which meant the kids could sleep and we could enjoy a drink on our private (and huge) roof top, pool facing balcony. As a family of 4, we’ve had a fabulous stay. ALL the staff are just brilliant. Nice hotel, one criticism I have is that there was not much choice in the hot food but this is where the issue is.... The food wasn't actually hot. It was barely warm. The all inclusive drinks were amazing though, they offered premium spirits and branded soft drinks. Very good. Location was amazing. Great hotel. Newly refurbished and spotless clean. Food really good in restaurant with something for everyone. Staff very helpful. Rooms are lovely with two queen sized beds. Everything great except very slow and unstable WiFi. Room is a bit small but adequate. Very nice big screen TV. Food is mostly good but repetitive and most dishes were oversalted but still better than average.

Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. Food in the buffet was nice but not out of this world. Pool towels are not included in this hotel so bring your own or you'll have to fork out 25-30€ per towel at the shop.

Rooms are quite small. We was a family of 4, 2 teenage children. 1 room with 2 double beds. It's sufferable but this would put us off from staying again. Hotel was immaculately clean.
