H10 Mediterranean Village

We’re family of five and stayed for a week. We are very pleased with our stay overall. We consider the hotel being very pleasant for a family vacation. Pools are great and very well guarded. Also the splash park is very nice. Buffet restaurant had good food for our taste. Kids were very fond of minidisco. The bus to Salou and PortAventura goes right from next to the hotel. Very nice staff and service. Our room was perhaps slightly outdated but AC worked very well and was quiet. We usually have high standards when traveling and we think this hotel is better for families than many other even 5-star hotels we’ve been to before. Thanks a lot!

We have just come back from another amazing holiday! We came last year and this year It has been even better!! We LOVE It here, can't fault the hotel , staff is incredible, foos is out of this world and the staff are so nice and helpful. We Will be coming be back as we already booked for Next year. Another year here in this hotel. Great time as usual, all staff is amazing ,also the entertainment are so kind and helpful! Can't do more for the guests. Restaurant food is great and the service is always amazing. Can't fault it at all. I will be coming back again at the end of the season. Thanks so much H10!

We just come back from this amazing hotel! The animation team was incredibly kind and they put so much efforts to make people happy!! Also the apartments are clean and spacious, the food on the restaurant so much variety and tasty. We are going to come back next year again for sure. Thanks H10 for a lovely holiday.

Rarely do you visit a hotel and the star rating be correct. We had a lovely weeks stay, our room was exactly what we needed and the balcony very large. (1 bedroom apartment). The cleaners were amazing! They do a fantastic job. Reception staff very friendly. Kids club was good but not very well controlled when children in there and no one on the team actually spoke to me as a parent. (Lots of colouring involved- my daughter loves colouring luckily). The life guards although very strict are amazing, best we've had on holiday. Worth noting, no balls and inflatables are allowed in the pool (armbands ect okay). The pool was very clean and well looked after the pool team do an amazing job. the splash park although the water was cold the kids loved it and lots of beds always free. We never ate at the hotel. The supermarket at the hotel next door has more selection then the one in the hotel and is cheaper. Route 66 and mex&co a short walk away do amazing food. Bus to salou is €2.15-€3 each way and bus stop is right outside. Salou is about a 30min hilly walk away (we often walked home but not google maps route). We loved not having card keys and the bands being keys as well as being able to load money onto them. The hotel is cashless but you can pay cash onto your band at reception. Evening entertainment is very loud, we're in 1 of the furthest rooms and it's like we sitting in front of the stage. It would be better if it was turned down that little bit as the speakers do sound like they are struggling. 1545 every day the speakers go off with a dance along so if you have a sleeping little one make sure your not close. Saturday nights entertainment was brilliant. Would I come again yes, but would love to hire a car to venture out more as salou is a little over priced.

Very clean hotel! Staff was brilliant, very polite. Lots of sunbeds! Food was nice too, lots of choice. Cold Water dispenser available to refill your bottle! Not many plugs in the room, we brought extension lead and own kettle! Shop on the complex which was handy for milk, bread ham etc for lunch. Snack bar was nice!

First time staying here,won't be the last either. It is a busy hotel,it's ideal for families really,we came as couple. They did give us one of the quieter rooms that we asked for which was good. But,the time the hotel came into action was when we had the black out! Generators kicked in,the staff carried on as normal even though some areas of the hotel had no power (mainly the rooms) and they even put food on of the night too!So they handled that all very professionally, well done to the staff. My only niggle with this hotel is the food,sometimes it wasn't that hot but most of it tasted good and some of it was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean,there's no kettle but you can hire,there's a fridge and free safe,WiFi is also free. I think you can stay in apartments too?? There's entertainment on most nights and there's regular friendly security outside too. It's close to coves and small beaches,there's a couple of shops nearby and bus stops to take you towards Terragona and Salou. All in all an excellent hotel but as for the food-just turn up the heat!
