Firstly, I must commend the beautiful main entrance and the well-maintained outside area; it truly sets a lovely tone for guests upon arrival. Additionally, Nuria and Anne Marie were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcomed and supported.
We found the rooms to be very clean, and we appreciated the huge, comfortable beds that made for restful nights. However, I believe there is potential for improvement through some renovation and updating to enhance the overall experience.
As a four-star establishment, I felt that providing a kettle with cups and tea bags in the room would have been a nice touch. Also, while I understand the fear of damages regarding the use of an iron requiring a €20 deposit (which is refundable), not having an ironing board available seemed somewhat excessive. It might be more accommodating to check this at the end of the stay or offer one complimentary on request, as seen in other hotels of similar rating.
We also experienced significant issues with WiFi access during our stay. Regarding breakfast, we encountered some problems on our first morning; unfortunately, the omelettes were undercooked and the salad appeared to be frozen. Addressing these points could greatly improve guests' dining experiences.
Despite these concerns, we genuinely enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend your hotel with just a few adjustments in mind. Thank you for your attention to this feedback; we truly appreciate all that your team does.

Not a 4 star hotel.
Pools were freezing all week, no entertainment during the day. Food in the restaurant was very limited, breakfast seemed to partially consist of some leftovers from the night before, mixed veg for one! Most of the food was usually cold. Omelets were lovely as these were made fresh but due to the lack of staff - because only one member of staff making omelets and one was cooking toast over a fire, instead of a toaster!! Only things that were hot were the show cooking which usually consisted of pork/fish and within 5 minutes of these being taken off the grill these were going cold due to them not being kept on hot plates but just under lights. Service in restaurant was not good. Took a long time to get a drink most nights and was never asked if we wanted a second one at all.
Mini disco was good but didn't start until 9pm and then the main entertainment at 10pm, which we thought was quite late to sy this was supposed to be a child friendly hotel.
The children's water area would have been good however this was so cold, some of the children were refusing to go in it and they had that many different things squirting water that it was not enjoyable for them to play on the slides etc.
Not a great deal to do in the area either, around 20 minute walk to some shops and a few bars but not enough for the full week if you like to go for a walk on an evening.
My husband wrote a review during our stay and it was clear that whoever monitors them is copying their reply as it was very rude and was irrelevant to the points we had made. It was also talking about us trying to demonish the reputation of the hotel, which is not right we just want to make sure people are not disappointed like we were.

Currently here and wow where do I start. We arrived here on Monday and got into our rooms to unpack and left to go explore came back to the room to find the door card not working. Went down to reception they “fixed” it didn’t work had to go back down wait in the que for the same thing to happen. We went back down again a said that someone needs to come and look at it. They did and the door was broken. The first evening we spent in the room while the door took two hours to fix and. Still having problems with the card. No compensation or apology has been offered I am gluten free so not many options in the actual buffet. So can order from a separate menu. Which turned out to be frozen microwave meals ! Everything seems to have addition charges. But rooms are clean and hotel staff are friendly enough. Not so lot to do here as it’s raining so just stuck in the rooms

Very hard-working people that work here, always obliging. A big thank you to all the people we met from when we arrived at reception, the cleaner was in every day. The restaurant was full of hard-working people they were always busy but always smiling.

The food was really good and always something to cater to everyone.

The only fault I have and it's probably the same as other hotels is the mad rush for the sun beds! This is more of a fault on the guests rather than the hotel, but possibly there's another solution to the mad rush.

We had an amazing week and will be looking forward to going again.

Today we came back from a 7 day vacation at this hotel and for the last 3 days of our stay they were saying to themselves "I will definitely write a review when I get home". We had booked our holiday through Jet2holidays and our package included entrance to the water park. We were also on half board. After we booked our holiday back in January, I started reading reviews about the hotel. Most people were unhappy - either with the food or the base or something else and I started to worry that I had not made the right choice of hotel. Until the moment we stepped into the hotel. The food aka I have to rate I will give 7 out of 6 points. Delicious, plentiful and varied every day (I really wondered what other people didn't like). The hotel base is clean. Rooms are modern, well furnished, spacious and clean (and here I wonder the people who didn't like the rooms). Staff friendly, although they speak limited English. Unfortunately, the staff seems to be understaffed for this huge hotel base and sometimes they can't, but although I was angry with them that I had to wait sometimes for them to pay attention to us (out of our 7 nights, three of our evenings we had a problem with the card to enter the room and we had to go to the reception to they change our card with a new one), we realize that it is not their fault that fewer people work. The pool is clean, the water slides are fun. The location is very good - near the beach, next to the main street, next to the water park and at the same time at the beginning of the city. Definitely my rating is 5 out of 5 stars for this hotel

Chose because it is a 4 star and was the only place with availability. Photos looked good but on arrival it is clear that they were carefully chosen. This is a 2 star with odd extras at best. Food is buffet style, but always cold. Always. You have to microwave it. There is a wide variety of meats and vegetables but which have been cooked earlier then warmed the left to go cold as they don’t put heat lamps on. Cold chips, cold meat, cold scrambled eggs… you get the picture! Boiled eggs on the morning are hot - but.., they have been cooked earlier, refrigerated and then reheated!!! You can tell this by the green colour around the yolk and the rubbery texture. Why would you do this? Pool opens at 10, shuts at 8 which is good… but no pool towels or cushions. You must pay a deposit for the towels if you want them. You must pay a deposit for the safe too. Beds are comfy but just look rubbish… old bedspreads and all the hotel shabby and needing a paint and repair. Doors don’t lock in pool toilets either and it’s busy so you always have to slam it shut while using as someone always try’s the door! Looooong queues for drinks in the evening and you can strictly only get 2 at a time and as it takes 15 - 20 minutes to get a drink that’s unacceptable. Cheap plastic old tables on patio in room, similar on the bar terrace - never been to a 4* that hasn’t got a bit of comfort and this has none. Nothing about this place is 4*. You can’t just put a bag with a plastic comb and some other junk in the bathroom on arrival and call it a 4*! Place is filthy too, floor not swept in days (someone broke a glass our first night and glass still there 3 days later!) bins always full and wasps buzzing. Public looks absolutely disgusting - wet floors and paper and all stink of pee. Broken toilet roll holders and door locks and lights go off whilst you are in there. Just generally not what you expect. Not that I want it, but to give you a picture no towel art, welcome drink, info guides, personal service or luxury in any way. Considering Covid - you wouldn’t think I’d have to wipe splatters and marks off the headboard with antibacterial liquid myself… but I did. Sometimes you go to a place and feel safe. I disinfected the whole room and handles as it was all grubby. Not good.

great hotel, best family option foro sumner. great meals and drinks. Big pool and animation every day. rooms are ok. it's a tree star hotel, but not four.
05.06.2020
Looks very beautiful hotel. But inside and in the rooms somehow posharpanny. The food is delicious, they even pasta and macaroni ruined. And yet they have no sangria.
This is a great hotel but the beach is bad, sand with stones.
The General vicinity and I did not like. Salou is much better.

Barely pulls on 3 stars
01.06.2020
Overall good place to stay, but there are a couple of drawbacks:
Stated that a 4 star hotel. In fact it is 3 stars.
Wi-Fi is artificially restricted to very low speed.
Nearby is a refinery, the morning is an unpleasant smell.
Close to the beach. Like all the beaches in the area are municipal. Clean sand, have a place to shower after sea

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
