The hotel is situated in the heart of Salou, just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Playa Levante. The hotel is on the same street as Park Salou, is ideal for walks surrounded by pine trees, plants and flowers.
Renovated: 2012
Located on the Costa Blanca, 90 km from the airport of Barcelona, in Salou, in the center of night life.
Consists of one 6-storey building.
The hotel has 390 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 400 m from the hotel, 3 line. Umbrellas, sun loungers by the pool free of charge, on the beach – fee. Beach towels are not.
Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.

Have been to Salou 3 times before & booked this as a cheap short break. Nothing wrong with the hotel as such but we do usually prefer adult only & this is definitely family orientated. (We hadn't expected so many children as we went at the end of September.) Nightly entertainment took place inside the bar area (although there was a stage outside in the pool area) so we went out to local bars & restaurants to escape the noise!
Our room was really lovely & clean, with everything we needed.
Location is good if you want everything close by - in the street outside! It turned out our balcony on the street side was actually quieter than those on the poolside - even with road works going on!
There was no separate adult & children's pools, so both pools were filled with an array of massive inflatables! No chance of actually being able to swim.
Cooked food was a little disappointing, but there was always plenty of fresh fruit & salads available - but not happy to have to pay for water at mealtimes.
We had booked half board but when we arrived at around 10pm we'd missed dinner, (due to our airport transfer bus being an hour late!). We were offered a 'bar snack' free of charge but this was a choice of hot dog, burger or toasties so we declined & went out to eat nearby.
We did pay to use the spa but were disappointed to see children allowed in - despite information saying they weren't allowed in after 5 pm.
No real complaints about hotel or staff but just not for us.

Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want.
The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast. The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well.
Hotel is perfectly located, it’s near shopping street, the beach and some bus stops.

Had a weeks all inclusive here at the end of september. Entertainment was poor, and not enough really.
Staff was pleasant when in the dinner hall. Food was good, best dish was the paella which I felt they didn't do enough of. Focused too much on pleasing the English with nuggets and chips. Room was OK, nothing special.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are on the small size. No tea , coffee, kettle in room. Had built-in wardrobe with a fridge in it.
Not many places to put personal bits.
The food was very surprising good. And there was lots of it to choose from.
Family friendly and good entertainment for the young children.
Was very clean and tidy and kept modern style.

Honestly a few improvements would make this hotel hard to beat. The lifts is a constant battle. Only 2 lifts in operation is just ridiculous! The bar is very understaffed and your waiting around for an awful amount of time. The food is nice enough, I've always found something to eat that was tasty. Supermarket is right across the street. Beds are really conformable and clean. Staff always willing to help. Also the place isn't well labelled have to look about to find your surroundings, doesn't tell you what all inclusive includes. Apart from that nice wee hotel!

Nice and clean friendly staff (especially bar staff) only 3 lifts throughout the hotel.
Food is different in the evening breakfast is the same but they do do nice omelette and pancakes.
One thing we have noticed is the past 2 days someone has been doing there "business" in the smaller pool (jacuzzi)
Though although not the hotels fault at all they say it'll be open in 2 hours and it remains shut for rest of day meaning the main bigger pool is busier.
Food is different in the evening breakfast is the same but they do do nice omelette and pancakes.

Staff are very good, needs few more amenities for kids and families as it's a family friendly hotel, great location. Food was disappointing and trees around pool need to be removed as it ruins the area. Enjoyed my stay in this property.

Small place, too crowded and loud, repetitive, tasteless food
We visited in late August 2024 with an all inclusive package.

Balcony doors cannot be locked in several rooms. Cleanliness is so so, but definitely not clean enough.
The whole place is too small for the amount of people that the hotel can afford. For me it is too crowded… Starting in the late afternoon, whenever we sit down outside, 10-15 people are around us who communicate on a high frequency and then the night show starts which multiplies this feeling 5x more.
After 11pm, there is still a lot of loud music, screaming, shouting and running the floors, both inside the hotel and outside as well. Our room was facing the street but still it took some time to fall asleep every night. The noises usually stop around 3-4am.
There is not a big variety of food (compared to Greek, Turkish or Egyptian hotels), it is repetitive and it is not tasty at all (not even the omelette or the pancakes). Cocktails, beer, or any beverage doesn’t have the usual, restaurant-like taste either.
Pigeons are all over the place, the tables and the chairs don’t look like they’re cleaned on daily basis.
The staff is neutral, sometimes nice, but it doesn’t even matter if you try to speak Spanish. I did not feel welcome.

There are several activities organized by the hotel. Target group are kids bigger than 3-4 years old (I would recommend). There is also a themed night show every evening to entertain people.
The spa was ok, although it is an additional 6 EUR/visit, not included in the package.
I would definitely not visit again or recommend it to anyone. Sorry not sorry.

August 2024, we have stayed here with 2 children for 6 nights and we think that was a lovely stay. Hotel was modern and nicely equipped, rooms clean and food good. Entertainment was great, children loved it and mum as well, especially the aqua aerobic. We would highly recommend it for any family holiday:)

We spent a week there with two 2 years old toddlers. Lucky to us we got 2 cots and an accessible room which was huge.
The staff was okay, the cleaners were very friendly even when they told us that they have no fresh towels for us as they cleaned our room at 3pm and they ran out of it. Towels are for adults only, they don't give towels for children.
We had multiple issues with the room card key not working and having to be recoded by reception.
The food was quite okay, however really bland. The restaurant waiting staff was friendly but they don't speak English and will serve Spanish first even if you are waiting there for 10 minutes with 2 kids for a glass of water.
Expect to spend a significant amount of time in front of lifts waiting as the clueless elderly will press it up/down no matter where they want to go and will not let you in and block the door even if you could fit in.
The bar staff again was friendly but served the Spanish and non-all-inclusive staff first.
The pool was extremely cold, we used it once and then just went to the beach every day.
Overall a decent hotel but we most likely won't be going back.
