When we got here was slightly disappointed as we was put into an apartment on 3rd floor (no lift! Steep stairs) with our baby. Not good with a pushchair. We had a lovely three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which made things easier with two adults and three kids. It was also on one of the separate residential areas so not everyone had access to the swimming pool which meant it was less busy than the main one. After reading the reviews, I was anxious about staying here. However, all the negative reviews were unjust. My recent stay here was fantastic. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were first call. I would definitely stay here again.

For many years we used to spend a week at Gran Palas Hotel every year and always had a great time. Sadly lately the quality of services has been deteriorating. Especially the treatment at the reception desk isn't worthy of a five star hotel. The food (halt board) is still very good but the variety has decreased a little.

Perfect location. 1 minute from the beach. Internet/wifi is horrendous. We got a tiny room. No one in the buffet speaks English a bit. Food is alright.

However they allowed a company event party to go way past midnight, in the middle of the week, without at least warning any of the other residents (a written warning at the entrance would have been enough). 5*. Great beach, many pools, big and free spa, nice and clean area, modern hotel, good parking also for big cars, friendly staff, good breakfast, good room and comfy bed, nice bathroom. Details: The TV was a bit small and some foreign channels did not work, it would have been great if there had been also soft matrasses around the outdoor pools.

What is this???? I asked for a lemonade, not for a 7up lemon! Also a lot of staff don't speak english. Still the food is amazing and the experiences were fantastic!

Super hotel! A huge plus is that there is a spa and it is included in the hotel price. The prices are not expensive, considering that spa and breakfast are also included in the price, perhaps depending on the season. The room has bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee. Gorgeous view of the sea from the room! Beautiful, cozy. Near the sea.

Recommend this hotel, clean, lovely food with plenty of choice. Big room, lovely beach close by, nice staff, very friendly, many activities during the day and night. Also it’s just 1hr away from Barcelona. We flew from Gatwick, short flight to get here. You have 5 stars from me. Well done, Palas Pineda!

The rooms were new and clean, needed to pay extra 10€ per day to change for a room with the sea view. No iron nor kettle in the room. 10€ deposit to borrow a kettle. Lovely little hotel. Good location with great space and seating area. Dinning area is clean with food and food items easily reached and identifiable. Good varieties in food and menu only downside is that food cooked are more bland without much kick to the taste buds.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was varied and tasty. Entertainment was entertaining. The beach was in view and only a minutes walk.

I have spent almost 3 weeks at Terramarina as part of a larger group. The hotel is very clean and smart. Location is right on the beach with access to the promenade and all the beach offerings. Very satisfied. Easy access to the hotel (although parking in La Pineda is a nightmare), the rooms spacious and clean, right at the beach, and good breakfast (we loved that we could have it in the terrace right by the beach). Only negative side was the elevator… there was only one, very small and slow… we ended up taking the stairs all the time.

Lovely site, well maintained. Showers super clean. And the swimming pool area is fabulous. We would definitely return. But the shop needs more items and also the prices at the bar are expensive. Stock up before you go! Receptionist who checked us in really friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely park, with lovely staff and it was such a shame that it was nowhere near full. I found it very complicated to book online in order to get the advance booking discount, but even with that at 26€ it was a lot dearer than most. Please, please join ACSI and let others experience your site and La Pineda. Facilities immaculate and easy walk into town.

Arrived with camper today. Our 3rd visit after summer 2017 and easter 2018. Large pitches wit plenty of space. Good cantine with enough choice for food and beverages. One of the best swimming pools i ve seen on campings. Friendly peope at reception, personal and very good security. Minus: not allowed friends from outside camping. Sanitary clean, twice or trice a day cleaned.
