We had a lovely three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which made things easier with two adults and three kids. For many years we used to spend a week at Gran Palas Hotel every year and always had a great time. Sadly lately the quality of services has been deteriorating. Easy access to the hotel (although parking in La Pineda is a nightmare), the rooms spacious and clean, right at the beach, and good breakfast (we loved that we could have it in the terrace right by the beach). Lovely little hotel. Good location with great space and seating area. Dinning area is clean with food and food items easily reached and identifiable. Good varieties in food and menu only downside is that food cooked are more bland without much kick to the taste buds.

This is a lovely park, with lovely staff and it was such a shame that it was nowhere near full. I found it very complicated to book online in order to get the advance booking discount, but even with that at 26€ it was a lot dearer than most. Please, please join ACSI and let others experience your site and La Pineda. Facilities immaculate and easy walk into town.

Arrived with camper today. Our 3rd visit after summer 2017 and easter 2018. Large pitches wit plenty of space. Good cantine with enough choice for food and beverages. One of the best swimming pools i ve seen on campings. Friendly peope at reception, personal and very good security. Minus: not allowed friends from outside camping. Not all bad, generous sized rooms, buffet type food was reasonable. Given the price can't really complain. Area where it is is a bit quiet though but it's only a short bus ride to into the main party of Salou. It is a family hotel so lots of children on the pool e.t.c.

Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros ... the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable. But otherwise everything is fine.

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

Stayed here about 3 weeks ago and could not really fault the hotel at all. We didn’t catch the names of the staff, however they were all so kind and polite especially those in the restaurant and on reception. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Can't fault this hotel. We stayed for a football tournament, it was clean, food was decent and the staff were very friendly. Check-in was a little slow, but for a 3-star hotel, for the money, it's great value. I get some reviews talk about noise but we were there when the hotel was fully booked so I'd expect a bit of noise.

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. English is sometimes a bit of a problem.
