Just got home from my second stay at this outstanding hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible—nothing is ever too much trouble.
The food is absolutely amazing—hands down the best hotel food I’ve ever had on holiday. The whole hotel smells divine (I even bought the signature reed diffuser to take a bit of that scent home with me!).
The pool was the perfect temperature, and there was always something to do with great entertainment on offer. The staff were also brilliant at helping us find the best deals for local days out, making sure we had the most fun for the best price.
During our stay, there was a small issue with one of the lifts not being level, which caused me to fall. However, it was handled quickly and professionally, and the care and kindness shown by the staff afterwards really meant a lot.
This was my second visit, and without a doubt, there will be a third. Highly recommended!

Just back from holidaying at this hotel it was beautiful staff so friendly and helpful. Entertainment every day and night.

Unbelievable hotel. The staff are perfect. A huge thank to Receptionist Rita, my son is autistic and we needed to change the room, she went a further mile to make his holiday great.
Rooms are clean, beautifully laid out, everything you need. Great location and the restaurant buffet amazing and reasonable.
5*** hotel cannot fault.

Second visit here, our first was September '19 when the hotel was very young. Then world and personal events took over. We are happy to be back. Rooms are neat and comfortable, though a little ambient lighting would be nice, instead of "all or nothing" illuminated. Beds are comfortable, balcony is enough for relaxing and drinks or snacks. Food is plentiful, though not overwhelming, and refreshed regularly. Choices of cocktails and other beverages if you want them. Lunchtime snack at the bar was generously portioned. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Adults only,so a good place for a relaxing stay.
There is evening entertainment to suit all nationalities. Enjoy your stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s so clean, the pool was amazing & they’ve a rooftop pool and area to sunbathe too. The staff were all lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Each of the rooms have your own balcony which we loved too. It’s only a 30 minute walk from Salou or you can get the bus either. The area is nice and quiet too and the beach is a minute away. Would absolutely recommend and definitely go back.

I have just come back from being here for a week and absolutely loved it here. The staff are so nice and could not do enough for us. The location is perfect, right around the corner from the beach and a short walk from Salou centre.
We went for the Breakfast and Dinner option which worked for us. The food was amazing and very tasty with different options every evening.
The rooftop pool was great on a sunny day with views of the beach, surrounding mountains and even PortAventura in the distance.
We had a hire car so required parking for the week which was located underneath the hotel itself and we were provided our own numbered bay which was secure.
When I visit Spain in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were a good size only problem I found was no dressing table with mirror in room. Had to do hair and make up in bathroom which was a little frustrating. Free water on floors which was a really good touch and welcomed as someone who like to drink a lot of cold water. All in all lovely stay thank you for your hospitality

Had a great 11 nights in the Golden Costa. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent. Staff were helpful and polite. Entertainment staff (especially the Pocket Rocket!) were excellent
Close to the sea but unfortunately too close to the kids play area of the sister hotel opposite our room, and the road was very noisy.
Breakfast was plentiful lots of fresh fruit and tasty pastries. But Coffee machine was too slow and drinks were cold. Toasters were painfully slow, and all the hot food was unfortunately too cold.

Rating 3* is explained below. Good hotel with exceptional and helpful staff, modern facilities, wonderful spa and great restaurant. Location is just perfect , right next to the beach and 15min by car from Salou. Nevertheless, there was a feeling that hotel is not 18+ but 40+.
The hotel may offer different activities, however I have to admit that their entertainment program could be more flexible for all age groups. Every evening there was a show (mostly musical) but it fits more for older and not for young people. During my 7 days stay there were only 2 evening “disco” sessions on rooftop with pool and bar, and the playlist again was more suitable for 40+ audience.
Another pity was the room. It is nice, bright, modern and has a coffee machine but feels too small and with poor soundproofing. I could hear my neighbors talking by phone with loudspeakers.
I have to admit hotel’s spa and restaurant. Spa offers various massage services and it is a great way to relax. Restaurant offers great service and delicious food 3 times a day
