We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the beginning, we were upgraded to a higher category room. The service was perfect, the staff was super friendly, and they always helped us with any questions. The food was fantastic, very diverse and tasty. The location is outstanding compared to noisy Salou, the beach was very nice and clean, with amazing landscapes and refreshing pine air. We are absolutely sure we will come back.

Spent 10 days here. First, the good: great location, a couple of miles outside Salou, close to some beaches, in a quiet spot, but close to the bus stop for the frequent and cheap buses into Salou and other nearby towns.
The food was excellent, and there were lots of choices every day, along with different themes. Drink prices were reasonable, €3.40 for a half-liter of Estrella, and other drinks at a similar level.
The staff were generally polite and knowledgeable, maybe a little overworked at times.
On the not-so-good side: no real issues. The room was nice but a little tired, with a few niggles, such as a loose tap. We didn't get a great view, but we only intended to sleep there.
Dinner was a little late for British tastes, and so the entertainment started late at 10 p.m., again a bit late for some.
In conclusion, a good hotel with great food and a nice location.

Had a fab stay but just a few little niggles! Room and overall hotel kept quite clean. There could be a bit more variety on pool snacks for all inclusive. I saw most of the same staff every day for my 9 day stay which unfortunately showed on most of their faces of the pool staff! The restaurant floor staff I have to have were amazing - always smiling during breakfast, lunch and dinner and yes it was the same staff for the nine days for each sitting! Also it has to be said that I know the location is a bit out but very easily accessible to town and most places by bus. It was a very relaxed quiet spot 😎😌

Had a lovely 5 night stay in this hotel. The all
inclusive package was very good with lots of drinks and a variety of food choices at each meal time, with good vegetarian options. The pool area was also very clean and always plenty of sunbeds available. The rooms were very clean and good size and we had a great sea view. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and spoke great english, especially the reception staff, they were so kind and helpful! Would definitely return.

Stayed here about 3 weeks ago and could not really fault the hotel at all. We didn’t catch the names of the staff, however they were all so kind and polite especially those in the restaurant and on reception. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Only takes roughly 10 minutes on the bus to Salou, if that and bus stop is located just at the top of the road. I would recommend more for adults and couples looking for a relaxing holiday rather than a family holiday, only as entertainment is limited, so the sister hotel opposite may be better suited as they do have entertainment for kids, however guests at this hotel are able to use facilities over there too. Around the pool was calm as the bar just play some music, although it is quite quiet. We did take a little speaker to use by the pool as we were unaware of any music by the pool. We had it at a low volume and there was no problem. We loved our stay here and had an amazing holiday visiting Salou for the first time.

Unfortunately I have to address some positive and negative things from our vacation (all inclusive). The following about our Hotel room:
- When we arrived in our hotel room, we saw some lime stains on the corners and edges of the shower.
- Under the glass pane in the shower in room 2215, it is not properly sealed under the glass pane. When you take a shower, the water flows underneath the glass pane, which will float your bathroom.
We then spoke to an employee at the reception and the employee said that he would send a technician over. But since day 1 (13.9.23) until today 19.9.23 when we left, nothing has changed.
- The towels that we got changed (not every day) were not washed properly or had hair in them. Some towels still had hair from the previous owner, which really disgusted us as guests.
- At the end of the complaint I have to say that in room 2215 there is a huge green to black mold formation on the inside sliding door of the bathroom, which is definitely not the hygiene measures for a room

- A nice hotel with a quiet environment and a beautiful ocean view
- Beautiful shows for entertainment, every day to every 2 days

Excellent hotel! The view from the balcony is wonderful! 2 pools, one for kids and one for adults. Superb sunsets! Lovely staff. Clean, daily room cleaning. Very tasty! Seafood for dinner every day. The beach, with sun loungers and umbrellas, is very close, no more than 2-3 minutes on foot. There are closer beaches, but they don't have sun loungers. Relatively quiet and cozy! We had a wonderful time!

Nice hotel, very nice stuff very good food, top location on Cap Salou. The hotel is very close (by foot) to the first nice beach ( Platja Larga). There is no problem to change dinner for lunch, if you want, we appreciated this a lot. The only - is the parking place, almost impossible free parking on the street, the hotel itself owns a garage, but for 20 Eur on day! For the restaurant it would be nicer if it wasnt in underground floor, but anyway, it is nice and bright. We enyojed the stay and recommend it!

Wonderful hotel! Exceeded our expectations for sure. Perfect hotel for a relaxing week away, about a 30 min walk on the beach front to centre Salou so is great for a peaceful trip. Pool and sun beds were perfect with a great sea view. Service was friendly and was always made to feel comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view with no extra costs which made us feel extra special. Room was clean, modern and very spacious for families. View from balcony was stunning, and the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

Overall nice hotel with the majority of the staff being kind except for one receptionist named Jonathan.Extremely rude.We had a big leak come from the roof of our room which he did not care to help us with at all and eventually offered a smaller room to us.We then left our luggage in the luggage room and came back to the lock broke and he didn't care to help which resulted in us nearly missing our flight.The rest of the staff were very friendly but this one man in particular ruined the majority of our time there.
