The hotel staff were very friendly we were able to check in early and on check out we left our bags there as we had a later flight home. The room was perfect with mountain and sea views
The walk into all the main streets of the city is just across the river, or walk to the right towards the sea and you’re 10 mins to the main Puerto where all the bars & restaurants are
No balcony but the big window opens, It was good to have a kettle and mini bar fridge (we used it to keep our water cold, not touching the items in the fridge!)
The hotel is very close, less than a minutes walk from Malaga Centro Alameda train station which is 4 stops on from the airport so very easy to get to
I would say that it is a bit expensive for what it is, but the location is hard to beat if you want to be really close to the city centre and also need to take the Cercanias train
The hotel is in a good location. The hotel is old but well maintained. There are many restaurants and shops around. It is also within walking distance to many famous attractions

Fabulous rooms with ice cold air conditioning . Very clean and superb comfortable bed. Easy walk to beach and lots of lovely restaurants . Bus stop outside and easy access to Malaga old town . Staff all lovely friendly .
Perfect if u want to be outside the rush and busy district of malaga. Close by the beach, nice and cosy rooms and especially a perfect price! Very friendly staff en for 10 euros for a taxi u are in the center of malaga.
I spent 10 days in Andalusia, travelling around and this is the only place where I had a good sleep. The bed is really comfortable and the room is very silent. Close by the beach and restaurants
We had a lovely stay at Elcano . We spoke very little spanish. The staff we so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. This is a small hotel. Very clean and tidy
Such a great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were lovely (we only spoke Spanish). Rooms quiet thanks to new windows, showers had great water pressure
Very nice hotel at great location near the bus stop ( 20 minutes bus ride to the center). The host is very kind but they dont speak english.

Having the restaurant next-door was very convenient and the closing the day with a drink on the terrace made our holiday that much better
The hotel is located in a neighbourhood which is a bit sketchy/industrial but there is a closed of parking area so this wasn't an issue. This also made the hotel easy to reach and well connected to the nearby highways
Superb value, authentic Spanish hotel with an interesting design and convenient for the airport. The same price as the Campanile or the Holiday Inn but with much more character, space and better facilities.
Near the airport, some noise from air traffic. But I slept very well. Very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was really good. I would definitely book it again!
We went here after a horrible Airbnb reservation. The hotel received us friendly. Our daughter was sick and the hotel helped us with whatever they could
Thank you for the amazing service!!! Rooms were not our style but perfect for a night

This Hotel is in a great location. The staff were really friendly & helpful. Lovely size Bedroom & bathroom , really clean & very well maintained hotel throughout
Fantastic choice for breakfast with really pleasant & helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again
On another occasion, I would like to sample their breakfast. If the quality of the surroundings are representative of other areas, I am sure the breakfast would have been excellent!
Excellent location, right next to Larios Street. Very friendly staff. Very varied and complete breakfast. Perfect hotel facilities.
Very pleasant experience, comfortable room and great location, near the Cathedral and other attractions, bars, restaurants, shops
Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay in the Petit Palace hotel so comfortable

The receptionist was so polite and helpful in booking in and parking the car. We also enjoyed the self service breakfast with plenty of choice, will definitely return.
This hotel needs some modernization, it's best days has been a long time ago. But nevertheless it's a very good place to stay. The service/night watch was kind, parking was super
The room was lovely and bright and spacious we had a little balcony but there is a lovely roof top terrace with a pool and sun loungers, it also had onsite parking for €15 a day. The staff were super friendly and helpful
We came to do the Malaga marathon, the hotel is close to the start, super welcoming, great staff, simple hotel but enough for a weekend, nice little pool on the roof
Swimming pool max capacity is 6 people, but it is more than enough for a hotel this big. Pool area has both sunny and shaded places
The rooftop swimming pool has a view of the Alcazar Castle, the sunset on the beach, and the bullring. The service is good and helped us store our luggage

The negative was we had a premium room with a pool on our terrasse but it wasn’t hot enough so we couldn’t enjoy it at it s full potential which was shame
They loose one star because the rooftop pool isn't heated. Breakfast is wonderful, served at the table. Staff very friendly and accommodating
Felipe was so attentive and friendly , he made us feel so welcome and gave us all the information we needed regarding our stay in hotel bro. They included a free cocktail with our stay which was extremely generous
Myself and my partner stayed here and from start to finish, it was a 10/10 from us
Great location, room is comfortable - had a great night sleep - not noisy at all. Breakfast is good but more healthier options would be nice
The rooftop pool is a great area to unwind and they offer a food & drinks services which is great for some poolside snacks

The staff was very helpful and promptly solved our problem with our booking which did appear in their agoda system. Wi-Fi connectivity was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Clean and comfortable, cost-effective for Europe, and the room is not small. The location is good, within walking distance to the center of Malaga and Maria Zambrano train station.
We visited Malaga and stayed overnight before catching our plane in the morning. Astoria is well located close to the train station and near the pier. The room was clean and the price really good
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location within 100m of a train station and easy walking distance (10-ish minutes) into town. Room was nice and modern, shower was great
Great location but if you have a car you have to ask the receptionist first, you get a little bit of discount and he shows you where to park
Only downside was that the street-facing room could be quite noisy, particularly due to the rubbish collections at 1/2am

Pleasant affordable stay here would return! Staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was chilly (early February) so didn't see the pool in action but the rooftop is nice
There is a pedestrian street for shopping and dining right outside the door. The hotel cleans the rooms every day and is very clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is also very nice! It's worth staying
Found it well situated for city sights, it was 15 min walk to the marina. I definitely recommend the hotel but would like to point out this is in no way an endorsement of the artwork choices?
Needs the rapid closure of their doors to bedrooms and corridor to be adjusted and quietened, as the constant slamming shut, operated the door closure mechanism is too fast, and shuddering
Exceeded expectations for a very nice hotel in the center of Malaga. The room was clean and comfortable, and the team working at the hotel is very hospitable and does a great job
Very central and great hotel. Very clean and very friendly. Breakfast good but cheaper and more authentic right around the corner x

Perfect wee place We stayed here one night as it's close to the airport but still just a short walk to the beach. Nice room. Nice people. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Helpful and friendly staff. Very reccomended
Super chilled out place with a awesome pool and hottub, coffee and soap in the rooms as well as a mini bar. My personal favourite the TVs are connected to the internet and they serve a great breakfast
I love this place. The rooms are next to the Jacuzzi and Swimming pool. It's quiet and at ten minutes from the beach. Everyone here is very kind with the clients. This place is pure relax.
Nice neighborhood, very beautiful nature! The rooms are spacious, and like I said very clean, the service is really good, the receptionists were fluent in English, and that helped a lot! I'd only recommend the hotel to think of a better web-page and photos, because those right now are not showing the real beauty of the place! The breakfast was delicious and the place is full of paintings and art!...
Lovely chill out place Beautiful place to stay n chill out. Very quiet and clean, close to the beach and a few places to eat. Only 25 min walk or 5 min drive away from Torremolinos busy beaches n streets
Lovely place! Very clean hotel, next to the buss stop, you can easily reach the center of Malaga

Once I’d ditched the satnav, and with the help of a taxi driver, I found my way to the ayuntamiento and followed the route through the restricted pedestrian areas provided by the hotel and parked the car right outside the hotel entrance
I was only staying overnight so that I could take some time being a tourist the following day and I chose Carlos V due to its location, car parking and value for money – a great combination of what a city tourist requires
Our impression is very goog value for money; nice hotel, friendly and service minded staff, excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Can't ask for more of a hotel in this price category
I checked in, was handed the key for the hotel's garage (50 metres away), parked my car and was sitting in Uvedoble Taberna opposite the Teatro Romano with a glass of Ribera del Duero in my hand within ten minutes
The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, my single room comfortable and clean and the ensuite had lovely powerful hot shower. Located right in the centre of old Málaga, Carlos V was indeed a gem of a find
It’s an 15 minute walk if you want to go to the beach. Our room had A/C and was a good size and it had a huge bathroom. Twas very quiet although central. Continental breakfast was good with a nice spread

In my opinion people there gives it only one or two stars, they should be better prepared or have a better look at what they’re booking, compared to Spanish standard, it’s not bad at all this hotel, you get a good service
Everyone was warmly welcoming, and the atmosphere was truly inviting. The lady at the reception had a warm, heart-melting smile and was exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel right at home
But it doesn’t bother us, the location is perfect if you want peace, very nice staff, good cleaning and even that it’s old, it’s still in a good condition, from our experience in there biggest room with king size bed and tower
The manager was so very kind: he even opened up the kitchen, prepared us food and offered us a bottle of wine and did the phone call to our Airbnb. The hotel was fully booked, except for a room for two
It's close enough to drive in, yet it's in the middle of nature. We did manage to get one short hike in whilst we were there and the area is incredible. The room was rustic, clean and comfortable
Loved this hotel, will definitely stay here again. We came to Málaga to see the Christmas lights, so only stayed a couple of nights, I don't like busy cities so thought this hotel looked ideal

We spent the whole afternoon searching for the castle and cathedral and finally realised it was ony down the road!! Definitely coming back, we missed a lot due to the weather not being too good at the time, but was expected
Requested the room cleaning on day two and sadly towels weren't changed as hoped but didn't impact stay. Perfect location and would happily stay here again and recommend!
We were greeted by very knowledgeable, friendly staff. She gave us several suggestions and designated on a map highlight for local attractions. We found our room very comfortable and clean
Stayed for three nights over a long weekend and highly recommended. Great location, warm welcome and all you need for a city break. Bedroom clean, adequate and comfortable
From the check in till now everything perfect, the staff are very friendly the smell and cleanliness of the hotel is great, good breakfast, daily full amenities
Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Málaga. Comfortable rooms, plentiful breakfast offering and friendly staff

The staff at Hotel Soho Boutique Las Vegas we’re brilliant nothing was ever to much and we’re extremely helpful with request or question. The location is perfect near the beach and a short walk to the town centre
pool doesn't open til 10! Additionally the hotel car park - it is very small and difficult to navigate. Even with a small car we found it challenging. If you are renting a car please take this into consideration
Hotel is situated in a perfect spot for the beach and walks into the old Town. Buses also outside of hotel that can take you to many local attractions. Very clean and staff always pleased to help
My room was very comfortable, I especially liked the heated bathroom floor and ocean view balcony. I only had breakfast one morning, they had a large variety to choose from and the bar also serves a few food items
They also have reasonable bike rentals outside the front door, just scan your card and go, can’t be any easier. If you’re planning to use the bus get a 10 ride pass at a nearby store to make your travels simple
Inside bar very pleasant and relaxing in the evenings. Easy reach of centre of Malaga. Have been many times and will come again!

- Coffee Machine in the room and a very big TV screen. Hotel was sold out but still seemed like we are the only ones staying. Cons: - Pool is small and is not heated at all
The check-in staff was remarkable, attentive, kind, well-mannered. We checked-in two hours ahead of time and there was no problem with that - even though we booked our room 20 minutes earlier
And then when you step out, you’re at the center of all attraction on either side! You’re literally one street away from the cathedral, shopping, restaurants and all the fun things! I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back here real soon!
That 5 minutes with the staff was enough to know that the hotel would be incredible, and we were right. It was our last day in Spain and it couldn't be better, the stay really made our day - the service was top-class
Parking right in front of the hotel, it was a fabulous experience, stepping out of the hotel and being in the main pedestrian shopping and dining area, near the amazing cathedral. Overall, an excellent experience!
The hotel was immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful and it is in a really central location. We didn't eat in the hotel so I cant comment on the food. I would definitely stay here again

One of the best hotels we have ever been to. It is decorated with taste, has beautiful views, rooms are great, and service was amazing (some of the best service we have ever seen in a hotel). Overall great.
From the moment we arrived we felt cared for Everything about it showed quality. Our room was fabulous, the setting amazing and the staff and gardens wonderful
A wonderful old hotel full of Iberian charm. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Manuel at reception is a true gentleman, most of the staff are very good
The efforts and gestures of people we had never met before, in a city we had never seen, to make this moment perfect, were simply incredible
We would like to thank everyone at this hotel for making one of the most important days of our lives truly unforgettable

Good location, 10 minute walk to cathedral- car park just down road - discount for parking - Beds comfy, with coffee facilities Had courtyard room - no view but quieter Lots of rooftops and street bars around! Left bags with hotel following day whilst we walked to port
Hotel Soho Boutique Malaga is a fairly good boutique hotel, especially if you stay in Malaga for a short time. Although the location was good, it was a little crowded at night
They arranged with someone to pick us up at the airport after midnight when our plane got in and dropped us right off at the front door of this hotel where someone came out to meet us and help us with our luggage
The room was nice and on exactly the floor I wanted with palm trees and parakeets right outside the window. The bathroom felt sumptuous with a nice rainfall shower and the bed was big and comfortable
I got it for a good price too and felt well looked after. They watched over our luggage after we checked out so we could do some sightseeing and called us a taxi when we were ready to leave
The hotel is located right near old town and was easy to get to the things we wanted to see within a 15 minute walk. Decorated nicely, I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Been there 4 days and enjoy every minute! Super friendly owner and all workers! Nice location, few min to the beach, not far from the center . Wish them all the best and hope to come there soon again
Enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, specially considering the bikes you can borrow to smoothly get around town. The pool is great for cooling off on hot summer days
Villa Lorena is a very elegant and intimate hotel situated in the quiet up scale neighbourhood of Limoner, surrounded by other outstanding villas, it is without doubt one of the prettiest area of Malaga and just a few minutes from the beach! Operated by Frens and Jerome two very friendly Dutch men who made my extended stay a very happy experience with their efficiancy, knowledge and genuine interest
Couldn't recommend this place more. it's beautiful, great neighborhood and especially the service is amazing. The owner is willing to help with everything, and really treats guests with care
The suite is beautiful and extremely comfortable, as are all the common areas. After being here twice in 2016 and 2017, we'll definitely return whenever we're in Malaga! :)

The brunch in the morning (not included) was delicious and again the staff was super nice! I took the Line A bus from the airport until Alameda principal for 4€ and then just walk through the beautiful Old City to the hostel, if you don't have too much luggage
Helpful staff, very nice dorms where all beds had curtains (a bit of privacy), the bathroom had very quietly closing doors... basically a really nice place where you don't easily disturb others or get disturbed by them.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in the female dorm which was very comfy and air conditioned. The bathroom is a bit wonky but fine for a dorm. I arrived super late and the night shift was soo helpful and nice
I could get my key from a keysafe
I only had a coffee there, not stayed at the place. Looks good and local people stop there for a nibble
Amazing hostel. Stayed there for 2 nights and the breakfast is delicious. Very centric location and near to everywhere. Only issue is if you have light sleep, then at night it could be a little noisy.
