The check-in staff was remarkable, attentive, kind, well-mannered. We checked-in two hours ahead of time and there was no problem with that - even though we booked our room 20 minutes earlier. That 5 minutes with the staff was enough to know that the hotel would be incredible, and we were right. It was our last day in Spain and it couldn't be better, the stay really made our day - the service was top-class. Room clean, the location and breakfast perfect, the terrace bar great.

We stayed here for 3 nights for my 40th birthday. We were upgraded to a top floor room with amazing views. We were recommended this hotel by my brother and I can see why. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful and it is in a really central location. We didn't eat in the hotel so I cant comment on the food. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing to improve the hotel would be sun loungers around the pool to relax. The pool isn't a swimming it is only a splash pool which was a shame. If you are looking for a looking for a lovely, clean hotel to explore Malaga then it is perfect.

I arrived late at check-in but the lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful. I had asked for a twin room as I was staying with a mate but there weren't any available, however she did upgrade our room. When we opened the door we were delighted to find dual aspect balconies with fab views over the harbour and the town. The bed was very big so no worries about sharing. All the amenities were clean and fresh. We had the buffet breakfast included in our stay which had a decent selection and set us up well for the day(s). The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of everything you could want and the team there made it an extremely pleasant stay. I'm already planning a return visit.

This was our second visit here & can certainly recommend it. It's possibly in the best location in Malaga, next to the marina, shops, nightlife etc. The communal areas in the hotel are beautiful as are the bedrooms. Breakfast was very good, fresh & varied. All staff were interacted with were warm, friendly & helpful. What more can I say?

Room was nice good large comfy bed too. One accessible socket on floor, no shelves or drawers for placing any clothes or other items. Six or so hangers provided overall. Breakfast was quite limited, but apart from the cool/cold eggs and bacon and the low quality fruit juice the food was generally ok. Good location, lovely Staff.

Couldn’t have been better!! Excellently situated at the end of Calle Larios, perfect for exploring the whole of Malaga, 5/10 minutes walk to the lovely port area, with restaurants and bars, then a little further to the many beaches heading up the coast. The hotel was lovely, reception staff very welcoming and friendly. They saw on my passport that it was my birthday so upgraded us to a junior suite with breathtaking views into the city. Breakfast was everything it needed to be. All fresh and lots of choices. We got the train from the airport, very easy and only a few Euros each, 15 mins to Malaga Centro then a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends

We requested non smoking in high floor please. But they give us second floor I requested is it possible to give us higher room, easily replied no because we want to prepare this room for you.( Room was not ready )and I dont undrstand why the did not pay attention to my request.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, very good value for price, wonderful view of the port and the city, well soundproofed, very good and varied breakfast, excellent terrace bar, impeccable service

The location is the best! If you are lucky enough and have room on 11th floor or higher, the view is breathtaking - you can see the marine and the town, all at once. The bed and the pillows are fantastic. The breakfast is OK. The staff could be better trained. And, there can be at least a biscuit or a candy in the room, to feel welcomed, for full impression :)

A wonderful hotel, with marvelous views over Malaga and an amazing location in the heard to this great city. Parking right in front of the hotel, it was a fabulous experience, stepping out of the hotel and being in the main pedestrian shopping and dining area, near the amazing cathedral. Overall, an excellent experience!
