This hotel was a very pleasant surprise to us. From the moment the Butler parked our car through to a very professional reception we felt welcome. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The break was extraordinary with freshly squeezed juices and eggs to order. The best breakfast we’ve had in a long time. Easy walking distance to Larios and to shopping, bars and restaurants. Great value for money and we will definitely be back.

Impeccable stay I had. The reception the valet the room it was a lovely stay . Highly recommended the place the staff were very friendly intuitive welcoming helpful. Concierge clerk was helpful and recommended great spots around town. I wished to stay longer but adios till we meet again :)

What an amazing weekend we had here. The service was outstanding everyone was super friendly and English was spoken by really everyone. Our room was clean and spacious and all infrastructure components worked well. We had a car which the team parked downstairs. Speedy without any issues. We will for sure come back 😎

10/10 if I could! Hands down best hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything was so clean and well designed. The rooms were very clean and room service was quick and always so nice. My favorite part was the hospitality! From the moment my fiancé and I checked in, the staff never stopped taking care of us. We always had their full attention and they were all so kind and knowledgeable of the area. This hotel has an excellent location, it’s Close to many shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. The breakfast was very good and cooked just the way you want. The buffet I thought had a lot of great complete options. It wasn’t random food, well thought out and fresh. The pool was amazing and had many kinds of chairs depending on if you wanted to lay out and tan or sit up and read. The view was great too. It was so cool to explore the hotel as well looking at the “old Malaga walls”. I could go on and on but this hotel was def worth the price and was def 5 stars!!

The location is perfect, and the service and people are amazing. The hotel is very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is that the king bed suite is two levels, with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Also, there is no iron in the room; you have to request it every day. Other than that, everything was amazing! 👍

This is a very nice hotel situated within walking distance of some of the lovely sites in Malaga. The staff at the reception absolutely went above and beyond to help us find a specialist shop to buy antique posters, calling up different shop owners and getting us there before closing time in a taxi. The room was quiet, clean and very modern, though the mini fridge didn’t seem to work, which I noticed after my food went off. Breakfast was nice and varied but my the hotel restaurant was not to my taste at all (except for the burger).

Myself and my wife have just returned from Malaga where we stayed in the wonderful Vincci Posada Del Patio Hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel situated close to the old town and perfect for exploring the old town and the modern port area of this beautiful city.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and staff could not have done enough for us . From our initial contact with Fatima to the rest of the staff at reception(the three sisters we called them)They were so friendly and helpful.

Yolanda the manager was a delight to meet and herself and the whole team were so friendly, efficient and professional.

We also had a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant and again we were looked after superbly by the excellent Jose throughout .

From the concierge right through the whole staff we were treated so well. the hotel too has a wonderful and comfortable feel and modern layout .

We cannot praise this hotel enough and have no hesitation in recommending it . You will not be disappointed and we will certainly be back again .

This hotel is very well located for everything on the old town of Malaga. Conveniently it has a taxi rank at the front door if you want to travel further afield. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to borrow umbrellas when we had some spells of heavy rain. We had a junior suite which was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. A birthday bottle of cava and a cake were an unexpected treat on my birthday as were our farewell little cakes on our last night. It is these touches which justify its five star rating.

If I could give it 10 stars,I would, because you deserve it.

To be honest,I don't have words to describe how delighted I was to stay in this hotel.

In the first place, I would like to thank the hotel team for the excellent job you are doing. What a great pleasure to deal with such amazing people!

Lorena was exceptionally polite and so nice to me and my little son, she went above and beyond to have our room ready before the check-in time, and I found the way she treats the clients absolutely extraordinary. She is polite, very kind and so professional! From minute one, my son and I felt at home and were treated like family.

Our room was picture perfect when we arrived and everything was looking beautiful and clean,thanks to the amazing cleaning ladies.

On our last day I left my scarf in the reception area, and Jose was so considerate and kind to pick it up from there and keep it for me until I arrived to ask about it!

The breakfast area is nice and elegant, food is outstanding and staff members working there are amazing

The hotel itself is an artwork. Impeccable design and definitely outstanding mentality of both the architect and the designer - the idea of keeping the old walls and letting clients visit this little nook downstairs, listening to amazing Arabic music...just so satisfying!

By the way,the location is totally unbeatable. Lots of sightseeings to visit in walking distance, restaurants and shops. It's close to everything, and for families with kids there is a great little playground right behind the hotel.

Great place. The most special feature of this hotel is the service. We travel a lot, and it is rare to find a staff so uniformly positive, friendly and proactively searching for solutions. The manager seemed particularly present and engaged and must have gone out of her way half a dozen times to ask us about our stay, but all the staff were like that. She must lead my example. The only odd thing they might consider changing is their gym policy. They say they require an advance reservation to use the gym, which can get annoying if you are trying to fit in exercise during unpredictable free moments while traveling. (Almost no other hotel gym I have used, and I have used a lot of them, has had such a policy.) The gym is not huge, but not unusually small compared to other hotels that try to squeeze a gym in without going for a full fitness center. There is no reason why more than one guest cannot exercise together in that gym, though more than three might be hard to manage. However, they seemed to apply common sense with courtesy. The first time I came down without a reservation, fortunately no one was in the gym, so I was able to use it. Five minutes later they asked if another guest could join me, and of course I said yes. The second time, there were two other guests in the gym, who were just wrapping up. Again they checked with those guests, who indicated I could join them. This system completely worked. Perhaps there is a way to explain at check in that reservations are encouraged, rather than absolutely required.
