Great short stay in a beautiful city hotel
Amazing staff and the hotel is very clean the suite was lovely and the cocktails were amazing. Thanks to Miguel and Omar and Xaivi for great service appreciate all the support and help in the local area.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location for exploring Palma; calm peaceful environment in the middle of the city; comfortable, well-appointed rooms; friendly, attentive staff who go the extra mile; all with the added advantage of a stunning Michelin-rated restaurant. Rarely contribute reviews – but Convent de la Missio is special – you won’t be disappointed.

10/10 perfect stay
10/10 stay. Would highly recommend. We travelled as 2 friends seeking a relaxing city break. Comfortable rooms, ultra clean, stunning old building which is a former convent with a ton of history, beautiful (small) pool & terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, beautiful ambience and very calm & peaceful throughout this hotel. Very walkable to all of central Palma. We loved the breakfast and the focus on being eco friendly /sustainable. Joan @front of house was a fantastic representative for this hotel, super knowledgable and welcoming - as were all the staff. Would return in a heartbeat and think it would be great for solo travellers too.

My first time in Palma and I’m traveling solo. This hotel was fantastic! From arrival till checkout, everyone working there made me feel welcomed and catered to all my needs, which was a lot. I arrived early and got a room right away. It is in the Centre but off a safe quiet street. The Convent has so much history and you can feel it. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light, bed is comfy and I love when there’s a bathtub, robe and slippers. I also had a late flight on check out day and they offered me a later time to enjoy the room. It meant a lot to me that they were so kind.
I travel very frequently and never leave reviews but I had to highlight this special hotel in this beautiful city! Will definitely return.

The room was very modern. The hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and gave us champagne. In addition, the private sauna, water bed and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel can be reserved separately and used for one hour free of charge. It was very good.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. The property is beautiful and in a converted monastery with so much of the original architecture preserved. It’s just stunning. On top of that, the breakfast is served in their Michelin star restaurant and is amazing too. The private spa you can book is complementary and just incredible (private pool, king size water bed, sauna, rainfall showers). Most importantly, the entire team at Convent is the kindest and most professional I’ve ever met. Special shoutout to Daniel who was such a huge factor of what made our stay so great. Daniel made us feel so welcome and taken care of from the recommendations he gave us, to the valet parking experience and overall friendliness throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to be back another time here!

INCREDIBLE. The hotel itself is perfection, and the staff are so caring, kind, helpful and friendly.
We stayed here for my partner’s birthday and I’m so glad I chose this hotel to celebrate the occasion - I didn’t tell the hotel it was his birthday but they noticed it in his passport and went the extra mile to recognise the celebration.
