Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent value for money. Location was great... can walk from the train station, and just a block from the metro, a tram line, and bus routes. The quaint old hotel is nice. There is a public parking lot nearby. It is relatively close. The price is 3 euros per hour from 8 to 21 o'clock and 6 euros at night. There is no discount at the hotel.

Great location, close to the metro and the amazing Parc de la Tête d'Or that is well worth a visit. Checkin went smooth, friendly and service minded staff. Somewhat disappointed to find out there was no real restaurant or bar in the hotel but Lyon is not short of these so no issue. Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.

The room was clean. The girl at the front office checked us in early, that was nice. The housekeeper accommodated us with extra comforter as I felt cold so that was kind as well. I haven’t tried their breakfast as I need a high protein meal and I wasn’t sure they had that. Hôtel definitely needs an upgrade. Everything looks and feels very dated.

The daily cleaning was not carried out on the 2nd day of our 4D3N stay. The bathroom is too small. One of the counter staff, a lady, was quite rude and unable to handle hotel guests requests professionally, suggest to send her to attend relevant training if possible.
