Every time I travel to Lyon I stay in this hotel

A hotel that needs renovation If you book this hotel, you must know, that the rooms are very small, the hotel is old and noicy. We had a lot of wind outside and windows and doors were making notice. The service and the cleaning was good and the hotel is close to Lyon center....

Good end results! When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and waited a long time. After ringing many times, an attendant came to the desk (about 30 minutes later). He seemed unprepared for me, and left to find a room. After 15 minutes and me ringing the bell several times again, he came back. He was very nice, appologetic, and assigned a "room with a view"....

nice and friendly, nothing over the top, convenient prices, great neigbourhood!

Outstanding space. A must try if you are in the area. My apologies for not snapping any pictures in daylight. Loved the evening/ night view. A homely, yet very classy decoration. Posh, without being pushy is probably the best description 🤪

The best Desserts on earth, it felt like Heaven. The nuts, the caramel, oh my. Please feed me with this stuff every day!

Very pretty tower, perhaps the most famous and prettiest in Lyon. It is a must see if visiting.

Old courtyard you can enter for free and climb the stairs.

Welcoming staff, tidy premises, inexpensive accommodations. Very close to ampitheatre and basilica, but a fairly steep hike from city centre. Excellent view from the third-floor viewing gallery. Breakfast lacklustre for an extra €6,40 per day.

Great location close to Fourvière Basilica, Chambers provide all needed necessities at a reasonable price. Would consider again for next 1 night stop in Lyon.

You go there for a value hotel. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. But it was clean. And the aircon was well working. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately. They are quiet hard. The rooms need some renovation. The hotel is updated. But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. The staff was friendly. Parking on the street is difficult the hotel has a underground garage...

Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

Hotel close to the train station and the city center.

The room is not big, the location is OK, there is a big market opposite the hotel, it is convenient to eat, the breakfast is not too rich, I would give it 7 out of 10

It's close to the train station, which is nice, and the Pol Bocuse Market is right next door, so it's nice to visit. Transportation is also convenient.

I liked everything, but when walking around the area you can meet some dubious characters.

Warm welcome. Exceptional breakfast. Clean room, well located. We understood that there was renovation work underway. Some frames had been removed from the room, but the screws remained on the wall. No hand soap in the bathroom, but we asked at reception. The toilet area was too narrow. I recommend it, despite a few issues; it's still very good compared to many hotels of the same style.

A few days in Lyon I thought this perfectly adequate, more than that if I’m honest. Okay, it’s not in the city centre but it’s easy to navigate to from either Perrache or Part Dieu. There’s an Italian restaurant a minute’ walk with other options a 5 minute walk including Columbus for coffee. The bed is too narrow, I dare not turn over at night. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station, and the surrounding area should be a residential area, very quiet. There are also many small restaurants

It was clean and easy to use. The location was really good for going anywhere. The bathroom was also easy to use. There were many reviews saying that the hair dryer wasn't that good, but I thought it was fine.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Because they made a mistake in the reservations they offered us the breakfast and the parking. I recommend this place if you are visiting Lyon and you want an easy place to stay not far from the city centre.

Good location, breakfast quite poor

Really happy with this hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. The A/C did not work very well in one of our room but the staff found another room for us, which was super nice of them to do. Everything super clean, comfortable bed (no luxury though), blinders for windows, good fridge, good gym (super hot inside though). It was also close to the train station, making it a great location for traveling from Lyon to Annecy. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious. The microwave on the first floor was also great.

The location is great. The room is spacious, even with a crib. A microwave and kettle are available at reception. Parking is available for €12 per night with secure parking, which is great. On the other hand, there was a major problem in the room, probably due to water damage and humidity. Every morning the window was filled with dripping water. This is a capitalist facility, you can't talk to anyone, especially in other languages then French. But it's a non stop business, so you can book and check in at late hours. The breakfast is a "petit" one.

A basic hotel in a fairly useful area for getting trains and the metro. Some nice cafes etc nearby. Would recommend if looking for something basic in the future.

Very central location. Just minutes walk from the train station. There is a shopping mall right across the street and heading to the old town was about 10 minutes away. Room was spacious and staff was friendly. We had a good stay.

This hotel is undergoing work and needs it. Room very tired, double bed was very soft and uncomfortable bathroom looked recently done though and was great. Tea/coffee facilities. Good breakfast. Handy location with lots of places to eat and the old town c 20 minutes walk away, close to Lyon Perrache station and bus/tram for onward travel. Staff friendly and helpful.
