The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was funky and fun, and although the construction noise was present and really wasn’t a big deal - and I’m a light sleeper.
I bet if you are taller the room we stay in might be a bit tough to handle but we loved it. Oh, and the shower was fantastic. Never ran out of hot water and great pressure.
The staff was friendly, and they also cleaned our room once during our stayment.
It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Nice train station.
There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel.

Hotel is close to all major conveniences including tons of restaurants and shopping plus walking distance to the Nice shoreline.
I would not stay at this hotel again
staff member cancelled my reservation without notice and asked me to book the room directly with the reception. Very dishonest. Cheaper to make a reservation with travel agencies online than the hotel itself. I was charged more because of this cancellation. Sound proof in this hotel is very bad. In one night during my stay, Staff used vaccum machine in the corridor at 4 am in the morning
At last, this hotel has a straight check out time at 11 00 am. Check out after 11 15 am, will incur 15 euro extra. Location of this 🏨 is excellent though. Upon check in 50 euro in cash or by card as safe deposit is required.
