Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful! Great location walking distance to Old Nice and the beach clubs. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and rooftop restaurant / bar

Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip

Shower is the standard European one with half a glass wall so naturally I got water on the floor every single time. Shower floor is very slippery so be on your guard

Nice hotel, with views of the Mediterranean. Good service, polite attentive staff. Room, at least ours, was a bit on the small side but was fine

The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location

Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable

Perfect location for exploring Nice

Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). There were also a lot of bed bugs

We called a lady from reception and showed her, took pictures, but nothing helped us. We were told to stay in the room anyway because an unexpectedly large number of guests were arriving for a conference

The interior is modern and white and it feels glamorous, with the hotel rooms following suit

We stayed for several nights, under a low season (starting Nov 1) deal. The hotel was very quiet except for Friday. The outside is very grand indeed. Inside it has been modernised, but not perhaps to everyone's taste

She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station

A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious

They have nice little finishing touches like macaroons as a welcome treat. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk around Nice. Highly recommend for your stay here!

This hotel is located right on the best section of the Promenade des Anglais. Those rooms facing the sea has 180 deg view of the Nice coastline and our corner room has even more expanded view

Had a wonderful visit in Nice at this hotel. Wonderful location on the promenade. Able to walk all over Nice, restaurants, old town. Had a garden room looking over the museum

CONS: I had booked it because they advertised with parking available, but when I showed up they said I had a big van and it would not fit on their parking and recommend to park at Parking Meyerbeer, which is around the block from the hotel but had to pay €42 daily rate

The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants, shops and attractions (walkable). We recommend the West End Hotel for your stay in Nice. Merci beaucoup staff at the West End Hotel

They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. The guest room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent—a nice variety to choose from

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We met Anne and Andrien (management of the hotel), whom were professional, friendly and helpful

We did move due to noise issues. this is not the fault of the hotel though, due to central location there are early deliveries and refuse collection… after 5 nights we asked to be moved

The location is perfect, easy to get to the market place, restaurants and old town, plus easy access to the beach/ front line🏖. We Definitely enjoyed our stay☺️

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty

My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Hotel is strategically located in Nice

The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection

Great location, minutes away from the beach & all the great restaurants. The room we booked was spacious enough for 2 people. They provide shampoo, body wash and additional grab & go towels for your beach day

Room is simple (no fridge and no safe) but location is superb and very convenient. The housekeeper did a thorough job cleaning up the room and found an earring left by a previous guest on the floor probably

Where do I start? Me and my father arrived and were greeted by fantastic staff member at the reception, Jerome, who was happy to help us and was able to give us an upgrade to our room, as well as offering help for whatever we need

The location of the hotel, and the hotel itself is amazing, everything is by walking distance and if you do not want to have breakfast in the Hotel itself, there is a huge option near the hotel

She left it on the table and i passed it to Ms Salwa at the reception. I am impressed with the housekeeper’s honesty and diligence. I think she takes pride in her job

Lastly, the room was also very good, with two bathrooms and a balcony. Overall 10/10, will be coming here again if I am back in Nice!

Pros: You can see the Nice coastline when you open the window. There are many people running and walking in the morning. The scenery is nice! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station in a straight line

If I had stayed another night, I would have asked for another room. FYI: my room with a small balcony and partial sea view faced the street. Other than that it's a simply good hotel and I would consider coming back

The hotel is close to the shopping district and next to the famous brand street. It is very convenient for shopping. You can see the beautiful Angel Coast when you cross the road

The surrounding accommodation is very convenient and the CP value is very high

There are many restaurants downstairs, most of which allow walk-in dining. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but they will only give it once

Premium experience, nice and spacious rooms, beach 2 minutes away. Breakfast is served in a large selection and in a wonderful milieu. Great cleanliness and all the staff are very courteous and kind

My parents stayed overnight for a couple of days. Neat and clean, very central in Nice

The location is unbeatable, with the shopping mile right in front of the door, the beaches and the old city in short walking distance. For a family with a young child, the hotel is very suitable

We asked for the aircondition, but were told that it could not be used before May, so we just had to open the window (we stayed there from april 27th to may 2th)

The room is clean, there is an elevator, the kettle needs to be borrowed from the counter, the soundproofing is a bit poor, but everything else is good

Outside it was very noisy from the tram and all the people and cars. The temperatur outside was 26˚ C plus the sun and inside the room it was 28˚C

The hotel should turn the AC on according to the weather and not the calender! The breakfast was average in a very small room

If I had to mention one improvement point, it would be air conditioning, as it is really gentle, so you must remember to shut the balcony to keep the heat out - during the night, it was perfectly fine though and temperature was just perfect

Bring shoes that you can use in water, because the stones are going to hurt your feet. Our room felt a little bit dated. Bathtub was not built for me with broader shoulders. AC worked quite well at start

Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and shopping! Our room overlooked the sea and you are able to open your window. The view in the day and especially in the evening is incredible

The staff found it and had it shipped to our home. Our hotel room was enormous with a gorgeous view of the coast. Any request we had for more waters, wine glasses, blankets, etc. was answered promptly and with a smile

The beach is made of rocks, so different than our Florida sugar sand. I would suggest that if you can get an ocean view room splurge and go for it. The water of the French Mediterranean is a beautiful milky turquoise

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring

One of the children in our group was tearful and a female staff member got all of the kids popsicles unprompted to pacify the situation. My daughter forgot her baby blanket that she has held dear for 5 years

This is probably the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I've stayed at their resorts in multiple Hawaiian islands as well as Barcelona, but this was the best. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We enjoyed drinks overlooking the sunset on the Mediterranean at night. Great for romantic getaways to families. You can rent e scooters and bikes in the hotel lobby which was an added surprise

The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The personnel is very friendly, all the time at your service for whatever you could ask for. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute. We had a room with a large terrace (203) that had a wonderful view of Nice and the sea that enabled us to enjoy our breakfast and the sunset outside

Be aware that the hotel is up on a hill overlooking Nice so that if you are planning on walking and you have any issues with climbing, you may want to give that some consideration

We were able to park our car on the street in front of the hotel so that parking was free. Finally the neighborhood where the hotel is located is very elegant, quiet and safe

Maison Durante is right across the Nice ville railway station proximity to the tram line to visit the old town, sea side and café, restaurants, sightseeing, etc

A good place to explore Nice. Only a few minutes walk from Nice Ville Station and the town centre. Nice clean rooms.

It is an extraordinary boutique hotel with lovely courtyard with flowers and trees. The staff, Chloe, Julie and Emma hosted us like at home. Breakfast is elaborate and excellent

The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible

As a celiac in France, I was starving! And when I said gluten free, she personally surprised us and baked me a gluten free breakfast cake at the impressive home cooked breakfast the following morning

This is a 3 Star property! No a/c to speak of … it’s so hot in the room, I can barely sleep or get dressed. To blow dry your hair you can’t do it in the bathroom you need to do it in the dark room

No power on blow dryer whatsoever. Asked about a new one told they are all the same. They updated the showers but that’s it! Staff all very nice, breakfast meh

The real highlight is the location - centrally located, a short walk to the beach, Colline du Château, and the Old Town, and close to transit for a day trip to Monaco or Eze

Ending the night at the rooftop bar was nice. The area was safe with some nice restaurants nearby in case you don’t want to go to the old town

Close to old town and city center. Very convenient for walking to the beach. Variety of cheese and bakery in the breakfast. Nice coffee. We like our 2 day stay. Highly recommended.

The staff are wonderful; helpful without being intrusive. The courtyard with the fountain is a real gem; having our morning coffee there was such a treat. Definitely saving this place for future trips to Nice

Super comfy, spotless, and perfectly located. We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being in a busy, touristy area

Weve visted Nice quite regularly in the past and this Hotel , although smaller than most weve stayed at- gave us a lovely time, and will definitely be returning

The only downside is that the bedroom was a bit too small, and the tea and coffee making facilities a bit sparce- they don't provide milk so we had to buy some

Suburb location and service! My daughters and I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable with the most beautiful balcony with view of the bay

The public areas of the hotel are a little dated, but the areas that matter - restaurant, pool and rooms were great for our short stay here in Nice

It was not until we found that the room facilities were broken and strongly requested to change rooms that we were given another double room, which was three times larger than the previous one!!! There was also a bathtub, and the bathroom and washbasin were also in the normal star hotel format

We enjoyed using the garden area both for breakfast and for evening drinks but there had been a bag of litter and empty bottles left by guests near the fountain and remained there for a couple of days

While the Wi-Fi connection could be stronger, especially in the rooms, the exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff more than make up for it with their warm hospitality and attentiveness
