What a great evening here! The staff really are the best part. We loved the service and atmosphere! We had chicken, steak and a burrata starter! The wine list was comprehensive
First good stop in Nice and this one does not disappoint! Right on Promenade des Anglais, this restaurant offers a good location, great food, and a nice atmosphere
My first michelin star restaurant experience and was blown away! Superb service and staff were very accommodating. Had the roasted celery and tasted delicious
All sorts of croissants and other tasty pastries, great coffee and tremendous service, especially by Amira who is not only quick on her feet but also able to propose the best breakfast options tailored to my preferences
Staff was also impressive and on point and more than made up for even the slightest slip. Special mention has to be made for Hoyat, Steve the bartender, and the manager who were truly outstanding!
What an absolute amazing meal we had at La Rotonde today! The food was fantastic, better than four of the Michelin star restaurants we had earlier last week in Paris, at a fraction of the price

The hotel ticks all boxes which one needs for a perfect holiday with family. Great view(sea), Great location (centre of city), Fantastic staff(always ready to help), Good rooms and everything else. Highly recommended.
Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful! Great location walking distance to Old Nice and the beach clubs. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and rooftop restaurant / bar
Pictures simply do not do justice to the breathtaking panorama. What's more, the hotel's location is perfect – within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach both the port and the charming old town
The rooftop has amazing views, a fun pool, and a good restaurant (make reservations in advance). They also have a nice spa with an extensive menu with different options
I Recently stayed at this absolutely beautiful hotel and had an incredible experience. The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views from the pool and rooftop restaurant
Shower is the standard European one with half a glass wall so naturally I got water on the floor every single time. Shower floor is very slippery so be on your guard

Location, rooms , breakfast everything’s good. We had a junior suite room with stairs and 2 toilets. Staff was friendly, breakfast had lots of options both cold and warm
Lots of good restaurants around and the beach just across the road. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Nice!
They even went ahead to have our room upgraded and prepare the room for my son’s birthday which was a surprise for us too. Spacious rooms and also fabulous view from the balcony
I reserved a room on the top floor with sea view. These rooms are modern here and with more space. The hotel is the first hotel on the promenade des Anglais, so prepare yourself that it is old style but I adore it
The hotel is within an easily walk along the coast to the Nice old town or take a bus ride with 2 to 4 stops. There is also a tram station not far with the L2 tram goes directly to the Nice airport terminal
We booked a standard room for our vacation and although it was a little underwhelming, because of the yellow wallpaper, red, white and grey striped curtains and brown paint, it was fine for our stay

The beach is made of rocks, so different than our Florida sugar sand. I would suggest that if you can get an ocean view room splurge and go for it. The water of the French Mediterranean is a beautiful milky turquoise
It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring
The staff found it and had it shipped to our home. Our hotel room was enormous with a gorgeous view of the coast. Any request we had for more waters, wine glasses, blankets, etc. was answered promptly and with a smile
We enjoyed drinks overlooking the sunset on the Mediterranean at night. Great for romantic getaways to families. You can rent e scooters and bikes in the hotel lobby which was an added surprise
This is probably the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I've stayed at their resorts in multiple Hawaiian islands as well as Barcelona, but this was the best. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
One of the children in our group was tearful and a female staff member got all of the kids popsicles unprompted to pacify the situation. My daughter forgot her baby blanket that she has held dear for 5 years

I felt compelled to share my experience, especially after reading so many negative reviews about the service / spa availability - let me take you through it all and I advise you, disregard some of the less intelligent reviews you might have seen below
Took the best ocean pic in my life Highly recommend sea view room Tiny teeny old room, but I didn't mind it cuz I was out all day! Had breakfast buffet, with baguette, ham and butter, made my own jambon buerre and that was just the BEST sandwich
We stayed just one night but was a positive experience. Room seaside is a plus! Breakfast is delicious and with all kind of food. Restaurant offers tasty seafood and the service is perfect
You must understand that you are in France, therefore avoid coming with attitude that “they must speak English”; in fact, my French is at most quite basic / intermediate, yet on every attempt, I tried to communicate in French and staff tagged along, allowing me to practice the language
We also used the SPA with a pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The hammam was not working but the waiter discounted our fee (appreciated)
Now, to tackle the negative reviews: - spa must be reserved in advance and it is available for an extra fee and you are warned about it at every stage during the booking and at the check in, so any reviews that mention “I was surprised to find out …” - no, you were just not paying attention and it is not the hotel’s fault, it’s yours, - yes, there are no beach towels available - so what? Take what...

Well located 10 minute walk from city center and 5 minutes from the promenade Also close to the train station If you coming from the airport there's a tran 5 minutes away Great breakfast Nice and clean Staff speaks English Nice and available to help
Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing
She was attentive, friendly, and made me feel truly welcome. Thanks to Brenda, my experience in Nice was truly special. Finding such genuine hospitality is rare, especially compared to other places I've stayed
From our arrival (group of 10) and being greeted by Avetik, who was friendly, informative, and jovial. To the service on the rooftop by Ines and Pat. They really made the stay at this hotel fantastic
The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount
From Denmark, Copenaghen, I traveled to my holidays in Nice. I visited the pub in late July and was blown away by the incredible view! Brenda, who worked there, provided exceptional service

Great location, probably the best of various places we have stayed around Nice. On the edge of the old town, but still a short stroll to the new town. Even a zebra crossing to the promenade right outside the door
Excellent shower, in a nice room which was perfect for a 4 night stay. Friendly staff, took our bags pre-checkin and had the key ready when we returned, always smiling and welcoming at the desk
Our room was well equipped and modern, air conditioning worked perfectly, beds were comfortable and breakfast had a great selection with a lovely lady working it
Hotel is next to the old town and on the Promenade des Anglais. Ideally situated for exploring on foot with excellent public transport links close by
Rooms are on the small size but well furnished and the shower was excellent. There isn't a lift available and the bar area is quite small
Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is literally across the street from the promenade, sea and endless restaurant options

Excellent 👌 I’m very glad I picked this hotel, it was just want I needed. Very comfortable rooms, convenient facilities and the location is excellent and oddly enough not noisy despite its central location
Very comfortable king size beds and amazing views of the city. The only problem is there’s no parking, and the area is a tourist center with a lot of traffic
Amazing stay, super comfortable bed and excellent location! A very quality and luxurious hotel that we highly recommend! I would like to also specially highlight and compliment the exceptional hospitality and service provided by Maurice when our luggage was delayed and for making our stay extremely comfortable! He is an asset to the hotel and should be rewarded for his great work:)
Staff was great from the minute a walked in to the minute I walked out. Houssein was great, friendly, and professional, he is the one I interacted with for a long time while I was checking out and he was great
The location is extremely nice, just beside the SNCF train station and the tram station, very convenient. Also lots of food choices, McDonald, KFC, and some fast food restaurants are just around the corner.
The hotel location is very good, close to basically everything. The AC was very good, the room were clean everyday with fresh new towels. Price was also great compared to the service level

Nicest staff I encountered in a while! So attentive and genuinely friendly! Free coffee and quality tea all day at the lobby, super clean, great breakfast included with fresh french croissants, pastries, eggs, cheese and more
The location is great, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes. We liked exceptional service from the staff
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully designed in a charming retro style, and included a lovely balcony - perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea
The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and walking at distance from all the main sites There's a Carrefour downstairs and an induction stove in the room, so you can also cook for yourself
Alain and the rest of the team were personable, helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Alain remembered our names as we came and went which made us feel welcomed
For a 4-star hotel the design and the attention to detail is so good and soothing. Even the plates and mugs at breakfast are the same color scheme as the lobby and the rooms

Great minimalist hotel for a stay for those who just want a clean place to crash and look to explore Nice and surroundings. The hotel is located in the city center and around a 10-min. Parking available on the street
My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Hotel is strategically located in Nice
This hotel is a very nice ibis hotel. We travel for longer lengths of time so a do it yourself laundry location is important to us. Laundry at this hotel is right across the street. Location is great for getting around
The location has easy access to train station, grocery store and the beach/sightseeing area. There is no camera in the elevator
The location is good. The rooms are clean and modern. I enjoyed the breakfast and also the popcorn provided in the evening. But the real reason to choose this hotel is the staff: everyone was kind and beyond helpful.
We stayed in the hotel while visiting Monte Carlo for the ATP tennis tournament. The location, a short walk from the central train station was perfect for us. We also walked easily round Nice itself from the hotel

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable beds. As it was October, the heating was set to “heat” so we had no air con and had to leave the windows open which was very noisy at night
I think it is one of the best options if you like to stay in centre. In the beginning they didn't provide a baby crib (although i mentioned it in my reservation notes), but after doing some pressure they arranged it
The rooms are alright, comfortable beds, the traffic noise isn't too loud. The breakfast is alright as well, but we thought that 12€ per person are a bit too much, 8-9€ would be more appropriate in our opinion
The only set back is that the toilet doesn’t have a ventilation, so the only way for it to ventilate is through the bedroom out the balcony, which is not quite ideal
It's about 25 minutes by train from the airport, 10 minutes from the train station and even less from the beach. The recepcionists are friendly and speak English
However, most things in Nice are a bit more expensive than elsewhere and we enjoyed the comfort of having breakfast directly at the hotel

The fabulous breakfast kept us going for most of the day, and we cannot thank Georgia enough for her kindness and professionalism. A thank you too for the lovely welcome we got from John and Jenny
I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine in the afternoon. The hotel is in a very busy area yet the room was very quiet, we didn't experience any issues with street noise
We had a generously delivered sized, well appointed room with balcony and pretty views across rooftops. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfasts. Super location. Highly recommended.
The staff were so kind and helpful, especially when our outbound flight was cancelled and we unexpectedly had to stay an additional night
Superb hotel, very well located, very friendly staff & regular prices. Very good buffet for breakfast as well. See you soon!
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel from start to finish. The room was clean and well prepared

Such a shame as restaurant was such an unwelcoming place and let down the lovely front line staff on desk and door. Several days they forgot to make our room up but this did not matter to us
While my overall experience was pleasant—the majority of the staff were courteous, and the spa facilities were exceptional—my final interaction with the front desk staff left a lasting negative impression
Good thing about the bedroom was that it had good covering curtains so you could have it fully dark if you wanted to. But overall It did not give me a sense of luxury The massage at the spa was not the best
I approached the desk to check out and told him I'd like to shower quickly (~10 min) before coming back down. He suggested I use the spa area for my shower, to which I agreed
Such a chique hotel with great style. The rooms are so spacious but the tv is a bit dated. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and keep everything clean
This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and the charge appears entirely unwarranted given that I was a paying guest simply preparing to vacate my room

Very good location in a central area walking distance to everything. There was a great cafe across the street. The biggest issue for us was the horrible smell in the bathroom coming from the shower drain
This hotel was just perfect for our 5 day trip to Nice. On the whole the staff were very helpful particularly the 2 ladies on reception who managed to change the 2 booked rooms so that they were right next to each other
One of the rooms was for my 94 year old mum and it was really helpful that she was in the room next to me
In my opinion This hotel was a 3. 5 but we had a pleasant stay for 8 days They accommodated us in our need for 2 rooms with connecting doors Was big and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat
From there, you can walk pretty much anywhere in Nice. The hotel bar doesn’t have anything to eat, which is a minor minus. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Overall very good 4-star hotel
Fresh towels were supplied daily and we were happy with the cleaning service. We had breakfast included which had a good selection of hot and cold options

We did not have the hotel breakfast but it did look good. The location is perfect, walking distance to the city centre and 20 minute walking to Old Nice. The beach is also close by, we did almost everything by walking
Central location, polite personnel, very peaceful atmosphere. However, there are options that offer more amenities for a €300 stay per night - something like complementary breakfast would have been appreciated.
The hotel is in the center near the bustling streets, and quite close to the sea. There is parking at the hotel at a cost of 20 euros per day. It is mandatory and advisable to order in advance
This hotel is conveniently located, next to the city center and all amenities. The rooms are clean althoug not very big, personally I'm not a fan of the carpeted floor
Smells lovely and staff is friendly and very helpful. The outdoor area in back is super cute. Rooms are very clean and neighborhood is quiet. Close to nearby restaurants and walking distance to train station

I decided to experiment by staying in this hotel as seen through a modern lens. The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful, they were courteous, well mannered, with a lovely smile, welcoming, professional
The service was exceptional!! The location is good for shopping and closeness to the train station. A bit far from the centre and the beach (but very easy public transportation)
It is quite old building hotel but the location is perfect for travelers. Quite centered and accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is WiFi. It is very often disconnected.
The room was clean, had good space and had a beautiful balcony with gorgeous views of the street. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - always ready to give us advice and recommendations
Staff and facility top notch. Room characteristically European efficiency sized. For safety’s sake, need a non-skid mat in the showers to counter the slipperiness of the newer liquid soaps.

Excellent place, nice and helpful personell, I lost some items in the room and all was returned when I came back to pick up my luggage. Delicious food as well! I recommend it for short and long stays in a great location.
You can leave your luggage here if you have a later flight which was good. Be aware of a city tax as well, an extra payment we weren’t aware of. There is a safe and a mini bar in the rooms - this was expensive though
We arrived in Nice at roughly 11am and obviously we weren’t expecting to get into our room
See attached photos! Also the blinds were coming off and one side only had one blind? The alley way next to our room has a lot of noise of drunken people too and a brawl spewed out one night
very well located, and rooms are ok if you don’t intend to spend a lot of time in the rooms. Cleaning is not done well, and the rooms are old. Our shower had some moldy corners. Overpriced for the quality you get
We explored the town and came back at 2pm asking if the room was ready (again I understand it’s before check in) and the original girl said she would confirm with a colleague

I chose the hotel due its proximity to the train station - 3minute walk to be precise. I didn’t have high expectations, but have the say that the rooms were clean, equipped with a hair dryer, fridge, shampoo, soap
Awesome location about 1-2 blocks from the train station. We came for the Formula 1 race, and it was an easy walk to catch our train every morning into Monaco
The staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage in their storage room if you want to enjoy the city luggage free after you’ve checked out
I even had an outdoor balcony, with outdoor seating, as the room was on the top floor. It would be good to have a kettle/coffee maker
It is also another 1-2 blocks walking to the main street with the tram as well. I could definitely see coming here again
The rooms are nice and clean - including the bathroom. Liked that my room had a balcony. Didn't feel safe walking around the neighbourhood as a solo-traveling female.
