Lovely location, a very short walk to the beach and to the heart of the town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were absolutely amazing and very kind even though we didn't speak French, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation was terrible waste of money , we didn't spend a any day there because they cleaned us with a dangerous health damaging cleaning product which wasn't good for our health. We reported it to the staff but thely did nothing to resolve the matter. The staff are awful and arrogant, old equipment, overpriced accommodation which is not a hotel. They don't reply to letters and only care about money but if there is a problem they won't help

Horrible service and impolite staff. Our room was cleaned with extremely smelly chemicals which is dangerous and harmful to health. We asked for an other room but they said no and ask for the police or anybody else because we can not prove this. Not recommended at all. Needed to book another hotel. Refund process is still in progress via booking.com.

I stayed for five nights in early November and loved it. It feels like you are in A Room With a View, with a single shared dining table for breakfast and the small number of rooms - mine looked out onto the garden. Also, amazingly quiet. My only concern was that reception closed in the evening and I could not find anyone to help with a very loud man in the room next to me yelling into his cell phone late in the evening. He confronted me in the hallway after I tapped on the wall and I was quite uncomfortable. Fortunately he was gone in the morning and the rest of my stay in this lovely boutique hotel resumed untroubled.

The good: the hotel staff are very helpful and the location is great!
The Bad: When we stayed in the double room we were immediately greeted by a stench. We didn’t say anything at first assuming it was just an odd cleaning spray would soon go away. Later that night, when we were about to fall asleep, we heard a lot of scampering and scratching noises in the walls (Most likely Mice). The hotel staff came right away, but said they were fully booked and couldn’t switch our room. We believe the
incessant smell to be from the mice urine in the walls.
There were also a handful of spiders, moths, and other bugs. I think the moths came in from a light fixture that had been pulled out of the ceiling and left to dangle in the air.
“3 stars” is a bit of a stretch. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
I would not stay again despite the great location.

Very friendly staff.
Hotel situation is great near the promenade des Anglais and walking 10 min to place Massena.
Very calme Street and the hôtel at night as well.

The staff here was extremely helpful. The room was very nice. Breakfast in the courtyard was pleasant. The reception staff was very kind to us. They were able to help us with some problems. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay and viist. 1 minute from the beach 10 mins from mainline train station. Rooms are lovely and spacious and staff friendly

We found this hotel to be absolutely delightful. It is small, and family run with obvious love and care. Our room was extremely comfortable and, like all rooms, faced away from the busy, noisy Rue de Congres. Sleeping was therefore peaceful and uninterrupted. A feature was the small and lovely garden, quiet and private and a marvellous place to take breakfast in. We would go there again any time!
