The location was good, the facilities were good, and it was comfortable for me to use alone.

A very rubbish hotel, located on a Middle Eastern street. I changed two rooms in a row and it was completely uninhabitable. The toilet in the first room was broken, and the air conditioner in the second room was a bit rotten and dirty. Compared with domestic guesthouses, you really shouldn’t stay there

Cheaper than most hotels and it shows. In my first room there were ants, the wall was a bit broken and the bedsheets had some stains. Luckily I was able to switch room, however the switch was not communicated between staff so when I was gonna get my key the staff member at the reception didn't know I switched and was very confused, he also talked very angrily on the phone whilst I was waiting for him to help me. Location was ok, walkable distance to the sea and vielle ville, but also tram nearby.

Very close to Nice train station.
I went into the hotel early and there was a room available.
You can also enter the room early.
The staff are very good and very nice.
It is highly recommended.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Nice Ville train station. Not all the front desk staff are friendly, most of them are nice but one has a relatively bad attitude, but it's not a big problem. The room is clean.

Advise not to use that hotel!
1. My wife's AirPods were stolen there!!!!!
2. Room just terrible and absolutely was not as expected and advertised in Booking. Small, with small windows, dark.
3. Doors to bathroom was with few cm gap so using toilet was not comfortable non for user non for other person who is in the room.
4. Shutters of the already small windows were pigeon-holed.
5. Conditioner was not working. As nights were hot we were keeping windows open but that did not help a lot. Pigeons visited us as well.
After 2 days of shock and living there for the 3rd night I asked to change the room. That was nice one. Unfortunately experience of first 2 nights is so terrible that last night does not help.
Do not now how further travelers can avoid my experience because personal did not see any problem and probably wont see it in further.
Price/performance is totally unacceptable if you do not get normal room with large window. If you get one, your experience will be good.
Advise not to use that hotel to avoid bad experience. Or try your luck....But I would say that it is not worth to try even a luck. You will be just disappointed for the room you are going to get. For that price there are way better options nearby.
After hotel's response to my review I sent them an e-mail. Will see how it goes. Hope to update you soon.

Be careful. Maids steal. A maid stole my cosmetics. When I suggested that he should sort this situation out, the receptionist just waved his hands and said that he couldn't fix anything. He assured me that the manager would resolve this issue in the morning, but no one did anything. No one responded to my emails. I assume that this is normal for them. I don't recommend this hotel. Be careful, hide your valuables and cosmetics.

Don't stay in this hotel if you are really looking it! It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed. It was dirty and most importantly they are not friendly for their customer. Especially the hotel manager and the receptionist!!!

I rarely give hotel reviews as they are usually a one off experience. Here are my notable experiences:
- This is the first hotel I have experienced that does not top up toiletries (only soap, shower gel and shampoo) when they make up your room. If it's once, i can understand as they might have forgotten, but it is 2 days in a row. The first day i checked in at 7am and requested for them to top up the toiletries since i've used them for a shower. They did not and I got to come downstairs to request for them. Nope, they dont deliver to your room like good hotel service. So, depending on how generous you are, it could be 3 days in a row where they dont top up toiletries. No toothbrush/toothpaste is provided.
- Lift functions erratically. Sometimes the lift door will get stuck at level 3 for no reason and won't close. Good luck if you got bad knees and am living on the fifth story. Depending on your luck, you might not experience this. So factor in a non-functioning lift.
- Last day of stay, the door at the main entrance wont work. The receptionist will have to use his force to open the sliding door for you to enter or exit.
-Racist place
