Villa Saint Hubert

a hotel just how I like it: old school, simple, well maintained rooms, which still have a soul. Beautiful villa, small patio, intimite atmosphere. From the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone was very polite, sweet and respectful. Even with bad french, or english, you get taken seriously and are welcomend. Prices are more than fair, tram station 2 min away. Can just recommend!

We loved this hotel! It was quaint, clean, and perfectly situated near a tram stop but in a quieter neighborhood than the city center. Sophie was a wonderful host- very kind and attentive!

Very good service with great roms and a perfect working air-conditioner. Very short way to the tramway that goes right to the beach and the old city in five minutes. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sophie!

What a lovely place in Nice! I highly recommend it.
Peaceful hotel with nice surroundings. Just 25 minutes walking from the old town, and just 2 minutes far from tram. You can have a cheap and tasty breakfast in its terrace. So grateful for spend those days at this place.

There is free parking available a ten minute stroll from the hotel and the area felt safe at night as a solo traveller.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and pretty.
Sophie is an incredible host. We tried to explore all the places she suggested to us and they were all great places . We loved staying at her place and we would go back there for sure

Great Hôtel. Not big. Friendly. Confortable. Remember that late check-in should be coordinated with the staff.

Such a lovely B&B, with a great cat and amazing garden, and a unique tranquil location in the bustling Nice. It is quite a hike from the city but there is a tram stop right in front, so it is easy to get everywhere.
