Hotel Litteraire Le Swann, BW Premier Collection

The location was superb and was closed the subway stations to travel around the city. Our room had a really nice balcony with a great view, which was very very enjoyable and we loved it so much. The bathroom has an excellent set up and the bed was really comfortable. We really love the coffee machine and having pods available for our morning coffee, and the breakfast that was provided at the hotel for the price was pretty pretty good.

About everything I’d really loved interacting with the staff. They all have been extremely helpful and friendly and really manage to make me feel like I was at my home. I specifically want to thank Karim for all his help throughout our stay. I’m definitely staying there again when I visit Paris in future

The room was tiny but perfectly sufficient, a comfy bed and the bathroom with a tub for soaking after a long day on foot. The balcony is such a nice touch as well.
But by far the best is the kind and accommodating staff, who did nothing but facilitate my stay in Paris, from recommendations, providing options, and always with a warm and professional touch.

My favorite in Paris. Great location close to metro and trains to get anywhere, close walk to the lovely opera area with many bars and restaurants. Well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast, and most importantly absolutely charming employees at reception that make you feel very welcome and help out when needed.

Amazing design and theme We'll have to get back to this quickly

Nice welcoming hotel. The rooms have names associated with Marcel Proust, this adds authenticity. Very good location - everything is nearby, within walking distance. The rooms are not so small, balconies. Quiet. Breakfast is available separately. Everything is very convenient)!

Excellent hotel for reasonable money, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, two shops, the train station is a 6-minute walk away. One downside is that you have to get to the attractions by public transport.

Hotel ticked all our boxes for our first trip to Paris. Hotel is close to the metro, there are restaurants close by, there are a couple of shops /small supermarkets a couple of minutes walk from the hotel on both sides.
We had a suite for 3 people and it was perfect size wise. Small mini bar in the room which we didn't use, it was expensive enough but we bought out own snacks/drinks from the shops. It is handy if needed. Coffee machine and kettle in room also. The water in the room was welcome and free to top up anytime you needed in the lobby, air conditioning in the room was a delight as it was very warm while we were visiting. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel in a great area of Paris which was close by (30 minute walk) to areas like the Arc De Triumph /Champs Elysees but not touristy at all. Lovely and attentive staff. Had breakfast one of the days and only comment there would be it would have been great to have more options for fresh fruit (cut up as opposed to whole fruit which looked more on display). Aircon was an issue in our room but in fairness we didn’t report the issue (although you’d expect this not to be an issue at a four star hotel). Overall, it was a lovely hotel in a great location in Paris and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Paris

I had a great 4-night stay while in Paris on business. The hotel is an easy walk from Gare Saint-Lazare and Europe Metro station. And good access to the main sightseeing areas. Lovely vibe and decor around Marcel Proust, and I enjoyed learning about his life and work. The room was nice though the bathroom was somewhat small. The air conditioning was essential as it was absolutely blazing in Paris for the first 3 days of my stay. Excellent selection of hot and cold items for breakfast, good coffee; I enjoyed the cheese. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit.
