Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain Paris in Paris

There’s a lot to uncover in this review, but I’ll keep it short and simple as possible. The hotel is very nice 4 star almost could be a five star but the management and the people working at the front desk and the bar sadly is very unprofessional to the point where they make their guests staying feel uncomfortable.

For one we were at the Terrence, enjoying personal time with family and friends, and the bartender was drunk screaming down from from the front to come and hang out when we realize that it was the bartender from the hotel five minutes later we’re here. I’m not at the door and it’s the bartender asking us if you want drinks we didn’t open on where who was knocking when we find out it was The front desk he tells us that he was married but continue to flirt with everyone there trying to kiss some of our hands saying this is how the French do it. then continue to make drinks for us as if it was free, but had a tap going playing loud music in the lobby, making people that are coming in and out of the hotel uncomfortable even some covering their children’s eyes so they wouldn’t see, made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Offered us drinks and try to charge us at the end for everything. It wasn’t professional for this reason I give this hotel three stars. As it seems that some of the workers were leaving because of the unprofessional staff if you choose to stay here, please be advised.
