Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Best location, Great room, mediocre toilet, staff that get into arguments with customers everyday. Location which other hotels dream of but service is non existent. Those who come here not reading the fine print will be punished. Didn’t bother talking to the reception after seeing other customers getting into bad situations in the reviews. Not great but ‘Livable’. Could’ve gotten higher if it was a rental.

You need luck for the view. Basically deal with the devil.

Disappointing stay. The service was poor and the staff are uninterested. We had to change rooms on arrival as someone had been smoking in our room, but we were moved to a worse room, much smaller, without a view, or amenities. We asked the staff to change rooms again
but they said no despite telling us other rooms were available. The rooms themselves are fine. Our first room had coffee pods, milk, and bathroom amenities provided to us as we are platinum Accor members. Obviously our second room didn’t, but when I asked for them they told me we can’t have them, and should have taken them from the last room, then got hung up on. Terrible service which doesn’t help the reputation of Parisians. This hotel cannot call itself 4-stars.

Average and overpriced for the size of accommodation, the water dispenser at the reception was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned before. They don't offer housekeeping services if you are staying for less than 8 nights. Which is ridiculous for an apartment costing 290 Euros and night! The size of the Studio apartment is extremely small and a lot of space is not usable due to the funny floor plan The Fitness center and pool are a joke and they shouldn't even mention it on the website. The only saving grace is the location.
