Hotel Yllen Eiffel

I stayed there for 4 nights. Very helpful staff, always clean and very well equipped room (safe, minibar, large flat screen), breakfast included (very generous). Minor minuses: the window does not open fully (hits the bed) and is difficult to close (swollen seal needs repair), but it did not interfere with the stay. And one more note about the morning alarm: the day before I asked to be woken up at 9:45, but it was not done. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

Very good hotel, great view, spacious room with good soundproofing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Always smiling and in a good mood. Hearty breakfast, no complaints. The two nights spent here were wonderful. I recommend +++!

Clean and quiet rooms, although on the rue de Vaugirard.... ideal location to discover Paris, there is a metro station right outside the hotel entrance... we discovered this hotel during a family holiday and I recommend it! Good address... friendly and smiling staff, very friendly. Thank you for your welcome!

Our stay was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond for us! We needed to upgrade to a larger room to allow a friend to stay with us whose travel plans changed. The team seamlessly upgraded us for a minimal charge. They also provided our breakfast, even when we showed up late and they had put the food away. Julie and Sara were kind and very helpful, offering guidance to explore the city and navigate the metro. The gentleman who worked overnight was also kind and made sure we did not miss our early flight home! It was an excellent stay. I highly recommend. Merci beaucoup!

Had a wonderful stay in this cute boutique hotel. Compact, clean and well maintained rooms. Centrally located, Very close to Volontaires metro and a short walk away from Pasteur station too. What really set this place apart is the friendly, courteous and super-helpful owner and front desk staff. They helped us with useful tips about getting around in Paris. On the day of checkout, unfortunately there was a lift malfunction. The front desk staff helped carry our large bags to the reception climbing down 6 floors. Highly recommend Yllen Eiffel.

Beautiful boutique hotel.
Close to the metro where you have access to anywhere in the city.
Rooms are small but clean. Our bathroom was small and I was able to sit on the toilet and put my head on the wall in front(5 feet 5 inches tall). The showers were updated and the bathroom soap was excellent (l'occitane).
The service at the front desk is excellent with the ladies speaking multiple languages. We were from Canada attending the para Olympics.
I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

My partner and I travelled around Europe for a month and I can honestly say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. The wonderful ladies at the reception were always very helpful, considerate, and thoughtful. No request was impossible for them. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience while we stayed at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

This hotel was in a pretty decent location, and the rooms were very clean and nice-just small. However, the service was INCREDIBLE. The two from desk girls were absolutely amazing-Sarah and Julie (sorry if I misspelled their names). They went out of their way several times to help me out, especially with directions because I do not speak any French. I was leaving the hotel to go to Toulouse, and Julie took the time to print me off a guide with pictures, of places that I had to see while I was there. Overall, this was absolutely the best experience I had with hotel staff throughout all of Europe. Thank you both so much!

The Staff were great we stayed over new years and they greeted us on the evening of new year with champagne and little cakes. We had a family Christmas New Year and birthday, so we were constantly asking for little things like can you bring this cake out and light the candles when we come down. The staff couldn't be more helpful and their English and Spanish were great. It's also outside a metro which is super useful. The rooms are nicely appointed but small, if you've stayed in Paris before you'll notice this is quite normal unless you're paying double the price.
