The service was great here, however I do think this hotel is overpriced due to its location and Eiffel Tower views. The room and bathroom are extremely small (especially if you’re used to North American sized hotels). Additionally, there’s no water fountains to get free water unless you go to the cafe and ask for your bottle to be refilled.
It was great for accessibility to the main attractions and security, however at the price point it was, we did expect more. The drinks in the fridge not being complementary takes this rating down even further.

I will book again in the future! We had a great experience with the staff and its location. Since this is our first visit to Paris, I was just glad that they granted my request to be in a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Include the breakfast in your reservation, so worth it!

It was my first time in Paris, I will definitely not stay anywhere else than this Hotel such a great location, service and decent size room. Shaheen( the receptionist) was super kind, friendly and helpful, other staff were welcoming as well. Definitely would recommend to stay here

The front desk lady (sorry we forgot to ask your name) is super kind and friendly! It's our first time in Paris and we had very great stays in the hotel with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The location is great, less than 5 mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe and close to a few metro stations. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and families!

Amazing location with an amazing view of Eiffel right outside our window. Walking distance to many attractions and metro stations. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The AC was struggling with the abnormally hot days, and they did everything they could to help, which was appreciated and we were comfortable enough. Rooms are decent size, clean, no bed bugs or signs of past infestations.

The very nice lady that helped us upgraded our stay to a larger room, which my two daughters were very happy about. She also gave us a view of the Eiffel Tower on Bastille Day that we will never forget! Thank you:)

Lovely and friendly hotel for tourists. Off of the main streets but easily accessible to the metro and numerous neighborhood restaurants. With a view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door, it feel exceptionally parisien. The rooms were small but comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful

Great location, straight shot to the Eiffel Tower yet just far enough off the tourist track that the surrounding restaurants are all good and diners are heavily local. We stayed in the family suite on the 2nd floor, which faced the courtyard so was very quiet. 4 stars due to typical old hotel problems - the AC didn’t work in one room so the staff brought in a portable unit; shower temp swung wildly between hot and cold; bed mattresses were hard.

This hotel was perfect and the location was even better. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower not to mention the customer service was amazing and they have a cute terrace. The room was a little small but that’s typical for Paris. Walk-in shower and decent size bathroom. They do have an elevator, and AC. The room had a stocked fridge with beverages and snacks available to purchase. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay, can’t beat it for the price.

Not in the most central location but within walking distance of the train station and to the Eiffel tower! Staff were very helpful and lovely, rooms were small but clean and serviced. We had a gorgeous view from our room. Would stay here again.
