We highly recommend! Professional, attentive staff, an amazing breakfast, and a spotless, elegant setting made our stay unforgettable. The comfortable beds and peaceful ambiance allowed us to fully rest and recharge—exactly what we needed for our Paris adventure.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—truly some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and full of charm—everything you’d hope for on your first trip to Paris.
The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular and felt like the perfect introduction to Parisian life.

Rude staff and bad service with exception of restaurant staff. Their employee cheickh was aggressive towards us. The safe was broken and was never fixed even after multiple requests. Location is good but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons. The hotel was perfectly distanced to everything and just off the Champs-Élysées making it ideal if you want to pop out. Room serviced breakfast was equally lovely, great quality and delicious.

The hotel is beautiful and the staffing is nice but there was a MAJOR issue. During my stay multiple items of mine magically disappeared. Some makeup, a blouse, and even my retainers! When checking out I heard another woman complaining about items of hers going missing as well. It’s not a coincidence, someone is taking items from guests rooms, and they don’t do anything about the lost items.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. especially Pierre at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. The spa was nice and the breakfast was really delicious with a great selection. The rooms aren’t particularly large, but they are very nicely designed and comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay!!

We arrived at the Hotel Rochester Champs-Elysee and were greeted by our Viking host. The hotel was nicely located by most things we wanted to see for Christmas in Paris. We could walk to amazing restaurants and see the lights of Dior & Chanel Shops then walk to Galerie Lafayette to see the tree. The hotel helped with booking dinner reservations. We hadn't seen such a selection at breakfast, it was so lovely we went there each day.

Rooms are very nice but the size is smaller than whats indicated in room description, decoration is great, clean,, nice windows,, service is very good and staff is very nice,, location is great and close to many attraction sites

Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the overall 2-stars is due to the construction going on. Waking up to loud banging, hammering is NOT fun. They never even mentioned anything about any construction or disruptions. There were no signs to indicate there were any renovations or upgrades being made. Truly disappointing when you’re trying to rest.

The location is excellent, but the housekeeping is poor; despite requests, the room is not properly cleaned, and the bedding are not changed. Additionally, the cleaning lady was yelling at us that she didn't want to change the bedding. I won't suggest that anyone visit this place in order to feel appreciated and at ease. Specially that when I requested to change that cleaning lady they sent her back to clean the room and she was angry.

Staff is very rude.
Taxi has flat rate for transportation to airport which the advised us - and there was a sticker on the taxi window. But at the last minute when we were ready to head out to airport they raised the price to $90. Note: they made the reservation after they put our luggage in storage and told us about the flat rate. Oh and we arrived by taxi from the day before with exactly same amount of luggage. The front staff (lady with dark long hair and bold older gentleman don’t greet you and don’t thank you as you leave). In the morning we came to check out and they just looked at us and kept talking amongst themselves. Very unprofessional. Too bad bc the hotel otherwise was nice.
