We stayed at this hotel for a day and a half during a layover. It’s cute from the outside but not that cute on the inside. We had to wait for ages to be checked in. The metro line that takes you to Eiffel Tower etc is right in front, the ride is about half an hour. When we came back at night it was safe and quiet.

Very small but convenient hotel
The decor was nice
Good sized room and bathroom
A bit of a smell of sewage sometimes via bathroom tap but independently it was very clean! I recommend . Nice view of the Parisian boulevard and very quiet at night. Not touristic

It’s ok. Very basic hotel but room was clean and good bathroom. Cleaned every day to a high standard. Room is very small but ok for the price for Paris. Staff were friendly. The walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the corridor. There are lots of shops nearby though and a metro station. Overall it’s ok for the price If you don’t need a fancy hotel.

I had to sleep on the floor the beds were so uncomfortable and loud. You can hear everything from every room. I got 3 hours sleep due to having to move to the floor as this was more comfortable than the bed. A lady down stairs made a noise complaint and then we received a phone call at around 11pm from concierge Letting us know a complaint had been made - my mother and I both were trying to sleep with lights of and ear plugs in. Potentially this was the beds loud squeezing every time I moved ? However the phone call was disturbing as the noise complaint was for two women laughing. Again the walls are very bad for sound proofing so maybe this was the beds loud squeaking.
Staff at the front reception were really kind and empathetic towards the situation, but due to management constraints unable to offer a new bed or refund. so ultimately I had to book another place to stay last minute at my own expense, which was extremely stressful and expensive being Easter weekend. As the hotel could not offer any resolution I escalated to Booking.com who have been helpful as a mediator to achieve a resolution.
Positives: the reception staff, the fluffy towels and location, booking.com help

Had a wonderful stay here, would really recommend! We were greeted by a really friendly and helpful woman at reception who was super helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is really well priced, especially considering the location and standard of the rooms! Would definitely return in the future :)

The fall of 2013. The biggest advantage is to leave the Metro Station is super close（3 minutes walk） the surrounding environment is also good, there is a small Park, downstairs is the Carrefour, then go a little dining street. Very quiet. Rooms are small, bathroom is public facilities but also in General. Our room had bed, chairs, wash basin, mirror, and wardrobe, these. Wood floors, Soundproof is not good. But Paris accommodation are very expensive, and therefore choose to live here is also have a psychological preparation, basic and imagine not much worse. Although the facilities in General, but management was good, the entrance day and night shifts little brother every time will take the initiative and we say hi, one day we went to Michel, at 4 and 5 point out, little brother is also very happy and greeted us, It feels very warm.

The hotel is located near the metro station Picpus, to which we can access it from the Nation in a few minutes. No need to walk a lot to arrive to find the hotel with. A storefront with a yellow shining. An entrance on the side, very charming and a very warm welcome from a very kind lady. The recording done very quickly and it is pretty nice not to wait thirty-six hours before access to the rooms. The rooms are spacious for two and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and clean. The view is pleasant to look at when it's nice out. The windows are quite sound-proofed, even if the noise of Paris is still present but this is not disturbing. Access to the hotel is done very well and even late in the night.
This hotel is of good quality price and to see concerts it is impeccable. It's the closed eyes that I tell you see you very soon !

Price quality at the highest level, metro station "Nation" is in 500m you can reach the main attractions without any extra stops, so if you are planning a lot of walking and the hotel is for you "just to sleep" book safely, you can't go wrong.

toilet tiny and shower head to share with all the occupants, cigarette butts on all the windows, smells ecoeurantes kitchen fat unbearable, personal perfectly incorrect (except for the maids who are very good) etc
It wouldn't be anything more than a few roaches/cockroaches to mix in this place ...
Above all, don't get hurt during one of your outings; it will be directly the door at the sight of towels stained with blood. it is better to be injured in their hazardous stairs without a ramp ...
In short, a nice 0 for this to take place, which, moreover, indulged in the pleasant place de Courteline/Picpus.

Very disappointed. greets very well but the room dirty and smelled bad I have to sleep with a scarf on the nose . Very very very disappointed.fortunately, I n is taken that evening otherwise I peter a cable.
