Hôtel Le Compostelle

I had a great stay at this small hotel located in the Marais district of Paris. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff at the front desk. WiFi was strong and allowed me to get some work done in my room. The lobby is pretty small, but they offered coffee and water in the lobby. The Marais is my favorite part of the city, so the hotel's location was perfect. I had a room facing the street and once I closed the windows, I didn't hear anything from the busy restaurant across the way. There was also a kettle in the room and a small rotating fan, which was a nice surprise and helped to keep he room a little cooler at night. I stayed here for one night before changing hotels to be closer to the Porte de Versailles for a conference.

I would absolutely return. The rooms are small, but after wandering the streets of Paris for hours, the coziness is exactly what we needed. The staff are so friendly and remember real fast what room you are in. It feels less like a hotel and more like a small community. I didn't feel like a visitor, I felt like I belonged. The area is fantastic!! If you want a worry free, hassle free, safe place to sleep. Stay here!

This is a very cute place and the front desk people were lovely. Check it out! Be forewarned, if you're sound sensitive, the street side of the hotel is going to be noisy.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed, the room is small but it was enough to open two suitcases and the central and convenient location is worth it in our eyes. Located in the heart of the Marais (but there wasn't any noise at night), near many restaurants, shops and bars, right on Rivoli Boulevard and near bus stops and also a few minutes' walk to the Hotel de Ville metro station. The ceilings are a bit low and there is no air conditioning, worth considering if you come in the summer. We would definitely come back.

First Class Rooms, Hospitality, and Location. This is my FAV hotel in Paris! Located in the 4th Arrondissement close to places I like to visit. The management at the hotel are the best! Rooms at Le Compostelle were fully furnished in the same spirit as the rest of the establishment, they offer a decor that is both modern and warm, perfect for relaxation.

A lovely little hotel in a great location,The staff were extremely helpful and friendly will definitely be returning and would recommend.Our only issue we found was the wi-fi kept dropping out.

rooms are small but it’s all you need for a comfortable and clean place to sleep in paris. bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper since the street outside and surrounding neighborhood is busy. great location though. breakfast isn’t much, just croissants, coffee, and yogurt, but I suppose that’s the parisian way
