Nightmare. Somebody tried to enter our room at 3.30 am in the morning with an access key. The receptionist claimed it was the linen delivery guy. But we read other reviews where people have lost their belongings. We luckily woke up and confronted the guy trying to enter in the night. Please be careful of this property. We complained to the police and even they asked us to check out of this hotel as previous guests had registered similar complaints. The property is refusing to accept its security and privacy flaws and is under the assumption that this review is being written for a refund. So here’s me clarifying, I don’t want a refund, but the bad customer service needs to be reported. They offered to move us to the 4th floor as compensation which honestly sounded scarier. We stayed the second night cause it was fully paid for and a refund was clearly refused. Instead of apologising the owner replied to a Google review stating “that I was getting aggressive and they asked me to leave from the hotel” which is the worst comeback a business owner can do. Overall a terrifying experience, I have stayed in hotels of 140 countries but nobody has tried to break into our room. It’s funny how several guests on google have actually lost their phones and money from the room. We were alert so we prevented the same. The reception then came up with the mos bizarre justification starting the a guy came to deliver linens at 3.30 in the night. The linen delivery guy touching the handle door story is completely made up. We saw him trying to enter. And it almost now feels like everybody’s involved including their management . We begged them to check the CCTV footage but they gave some bs about privacy laws. There is no privacy law in France that doesn’t allow you to view your own cctv of a possible burglary. We had to block the doors with our luggage to prevent another break in Do not recommend for even 1 night.

The rooms are tiny, and the shower is very musky. We stayed in a triple suite that was basically a third bed in the hallway. Ill add that the neighborhood is very sketchy. I wouldn't go out at night here and for the price you pay, you really deserve better. Two good things I can say are ....it close to the airport and the staff is nice. Come with very low expectations and don't hang around.

The room was small, toilet and sink were not in the same place. The sink wasn't that clean either. It was on the ground floor and I could hear everyone coming and going. Also hearing the train every 5 minutes made this an unpleasant stay. If I ever set foot in Paris again, I won't ever book a reservation here. The staff was nice though and took my luggage because I arrived earlier than the check-in time.

The welcome upon our arrival was adequate. However: no heating in the room (only an auxiliary heater). During the night, there was a power outage, so no electricity when we woke up, no hot water, and no heating. When we reported the problem, we were considered the culprits for this inconvenience: we should have said so before we woke up! For a night at €115, I do not recommend this establishment.

Independent hotel, rather well located, with a metro station nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and not very touristy, there are popular shops right next door: bakery, fruit store, bank and restaurant. Bassin and Parc de la Villette are not far away for nice walks. The rooms as well as the shower are rather spacious and well laid out for Paris. The cleanliness is very good and the bedding quite comfortable. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast staff is particularly attentive. So why a bad rating? Because the metro makes a dull rumble and vibrates the building every 3 to 6 minutes due to the dilapidated line 7 that passes underneath. For people who are sensitive to it like me, it is difficult to recover the night in these conditions.
