Hotel Britannique

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and a great location due to been able to walk to lots of places or catch the metro. Lots of good places to eat nearby too. Breakfast was great with a good selection of items and was hosted by a lovely lady who was on hand to help with anything we needed and kept it all stocked with fresh items. Room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Could hear people in the rooms nearby but it's how it is in hotels sometimes, didn't bother us too much. Overall very good!

The location is excellent, although they are doing works on the buildings outside which is noisy. It's very noisy at night also if you leave the window open but that's the city. For the price, I think they could have spared a coffee machine and some snacks in the adorable sitting area. The room was tiny, just big enough for the bed and a small desk. Coffee and tea in room were also substandard. We had a room with a balcony and we used it a lot.

The customer service, like many other reviews have indicated, is above average and is why we chose this place. However, for a hotel that's trying to be posh we thought they could have done better with the little things. We did not feel we were basking in luxury.

Beautiful hotel with a nicely decorated lobby and room. The room on the 5th floor had a balcony with a great view of the nearby theater and a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. To our surprise, the top of the Eiffel Tower was also visible from the balcony, even though this wasn't advertised. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was decorated with beautiful flowers. We really enjoyed sitting out there every night. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The cleaning service was great. The breakfast selection was good, but the service could be improved: they didn't refill the main food items, and we had to ask them to bring them as they were missing most of the time. Overall, we liked the hotel a lot and can definitely recommend it. The location is great too.

Excellent location - in the city centre, but in a quiet area, next to the Seine River. Easy access from every district of the city - just upon the Chatelet metro station. The hotel is really beautiful: cozy and elegant, stylish furniture. Everywhere is very clean. Stuff is nice and helpful. I can recommend the hotel for everyone.

Perfectly located in Paris, this hotel is charming, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff, who kindly accommodated with twin beds for one room, due to an additional family member joining us. Beds are firm & comfy. Cruelty-free toiletries are a nice touch! The breakfast has plenty of selection, both French & American/UK, plus excellent coffee & tea. Location is within walking distance of many major sites, close to the Metro and plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and return!

Our stay at Hotel Britannique was the most perfect Parisian experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and the lobby reminded us of Harry Potter (the French way though haha). Very lovely place and will definitely come back :)

Actually one of the best hotels i stayed in. Very attentive receptionists, excellent location (chatelet (1-2min) station is very good to get around), beautiful/comfy room and nice interior design of the hotel (attention to details). Adequate/competitive pricing 👍🏼!

Very personable staff--more like staying the house of a friend than at a hotel. Henry, along with the rest of the staff, went out of their way to be friendly and efficient. They went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Despite the fact that it is in a busy central location it was quiet. Loved it!

Fantastic, friendly staff. You really feel like you are surrounded by family. A great second stay, we will be back for a third, thank you ❤️
