Europe Saint Severin-Paris Notre Dame Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — very central and convenient for exploring Paris. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was truly impressive. A special thanks to Marina and Emma, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back on my next visit to Paris!

Always outstanding. We stay here when we come to Paris. The Latin Quarter is so much fun and this hotel is in the heart of it. You’re greeted every morning by hotel staff. When you exit the hotel multiple restaurants and site seeing are right there for you. RER right around the corner. Easy to travel about the city from this point. Keep in mind for us Americans the rooms are smaller compared to the standard hotel in the states. Which is all good given we only used the room to sleep. Will be back!

Located a few steps from the Notre Dame church, the area is great with many restaurants coffee shops and local stores. room was on the 6th floor, but elevator reached only to the 5th floor, meaning we had to climb on floor by stairs with the luggage.
rooms were very clean and convenient, except from the bathroom, you have no place inside to hang towels, which means you have to come out wet to take them. there is a lot of space and all necessary facilities. service was good apart from our complaint on noise early in the morning that wasn't receive any serious comment, apart from that stuff was polite and nice. the view from the windows of Paris roofs is great

We loved staying at Europe St Severin. It was in a great location. The top floor room was spacious and had a lot of charm. It could have used more lamps or lights in the room at times. The staff were very helpful and kind. It was a bit noisy at times with shops and restaurants close and trash pick up in the morning, but I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was clean. This hotel is centrally located, close to the Metro. We were able to walk to a lot of the sites we wanted to see. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance offering a variety of food options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Location location location. Easy walk to most sites in Paris, or quick cab ride. Great food options within 2 blocks of the hotel.

Ahmed was amazing. Very helpful, and offered to secure a cab to the airport for our last day. The Cab drive was great. Ahmed also helped us with some other logistics and was very friendly.

The ladies handling breakfast did a great job, very friendly and good food.

Emma at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well.

The amenities were scarce like laundry, drying rack, ironing board. Seemed like a few small items here could push the rating to a solid 5 stars, along with the other desk personnel being a bit more proactive and friendly.

Bed and low street noise level made sleeping very easy. Very relaxing place to stay.

People were unite nice at the reception. Room on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard, not the street, was 100% silent. Room was large. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Location ideal. All basic amenities in the room available. As a side note, I am disabled and I appreciated the elevator and walk-in shower, though the shower is dangerously slippy due to no traction in the shower. I’ll definitely return.

Lovely hotel, absolutely corresponds to 3* and even higher. Excellent location two steps from Notre Dame de Paris. Convenient to get to the main attractions of Paris. I want to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for the excellent service and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is nice, but small. As a single person I could have used a smaller bed and would have enjoyed the addition of a comfortable chair.
The bathroom was very nice, looked like a recent upgrade,. However, it could use an additional shelf for toiletries.
Overall: everything was very neat and clean, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Great location, lots of restaurants and close to the Metro.
