Est Hotel in Paris

I spent one day at the property and ut was great. The knly downside of this place is that it doesn’t have any Air Conditioning but other than that everything else is fine.

The hotel room is relatively small, the facilities are relatively old but clean. It is close to the Republic Square, at the junction of the 3rd and 10th districts, and the public security is quite good. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many buses and subways directly to the vicinity of the hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night while waiting for flight the following day. It was walking distance to Gare de l’Est which I saw when I was waiting for my bus the following morning.
Our room consists of 1 main bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 separate room with a twin bed. Both rooms have small balcony. I can see people enjoying this during nice days. The smaller room light switch was not working but lamps did. The washroom was spacious, hand soap and body wash were provided. There is also a table and chair, cabinet to hang your coat. We didn’t know how to change temperature but the heater was hot. I don’t think there is air conditioning, thus fan is provided. There were a lot of boulangerie nearby and that’s what I did in the morning.
CON: No light on the sign outside so very hard to see at night.
Also be aware of the bicycle lane in front of the hotel - these cyclists are crazy and cycle very fast

Room was cleaned when we arrived but too small for 3 people. Very small bathroom can’t move around comfortably. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Very bad situation on Boulevard Magenta closed due to work. Hotel difficult to access by bus/metro for elderly people. No lighting in the evening on the front of the sign.
