I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful stay. Huge thanks to Komi and his team for arranging side-by-side rooms for my family and even upgrading us to a suite to accommodate our request. They also provided a complimentary room when we arrived early from overseas, and another one before our late flight so we could rest and store our luggage—amazing hospitality!
All the staff were super friendly and greeted us every day. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the location was perfect, and the security made us feel very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I would like to share the delightful experience I had at this truly charming hotel. As someone who regularly stays in luxury establishments, I can confidently say that every one of my expectations was met — and I am a very demanding guest!
The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of Paris. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and exude that unmistakable Parisian elegance. However, what impressed me most was the exceptional quality of the staff.
My heartfelt thanks go to Ms. Binta, who ensured I was assigned the room that best suited my needs, and to Mr. Gianantonio, who showed great attentiveness and care regarding my medical conditions at the beginning of my stay.
A special thank you to Mamadou from the breakfast team, whose warmth and radiant energy were the perfect way to start each day.
Many thanks as well to Walid from the concierge team, always cheerful and incredibly helpful, and to Nicolas also from conciergerie, who was absolutely lovely and took wonderful care of my 4-year-old son.
And last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to Nael, the doorman, who was simply adorable and quickly became my son’s best friend throughout our stay :)

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I paid a €700 cash deposit for two rooms, but they also charged my card and refused to refund the cash. Staff member Daniel was rude and aggressive, and gave me a fake receipt printed hours before my checkout.
This happened twice — once to my sibling (card deposit not refunded), and now to me with cash. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times, but they’ve given no response.
Still no refund to this day. Be careful.

My first stay at Hotel Westminster is what I hope will be just one of many. Remarkable staff, gorgeous hotel, and genuine hospitality. Margarita, Director of Events, went out of her way to accommodate my unplanned need for a private meeting with a client, and did so with sincerity and professionlism. Well done Hotel Westminster!

We have just had the most wonderful three night stay at The Westminster in Paris. My wife and I booked for a city break and to visit family. From the moment we arrived the team at the hotel gave us absolutely amazing service. Nothing was too much and they were all friendly and warm. The room was perfect with great service and the location is amazing. I would definitely recommend the breakfast which has a great selection and the croissants made by a local baker are so good. We will be back and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is excellent. Most of the brands, restaurants, Coffees are nearby. The Opera and Auber Metro stations are nearby. The Reception staff are friendly. The room size is big, Furniture condition is deluxe with comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good.

Location is amazing. Surrounded with popular shops and restaurants. Staff is great. Rooms are good for a city hotel, with an exceptionally good bathroom.

Amazing hotel and location. Inside is very cozy. Rooms are big, furniture is new, everything is fresh. Tasty breakfast. Service is perfect, attention to all details. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve had a terrible experience at hotel Westminster which is sad given the location.
The location is 10/10
The rooms were new, I booked the renovated rooms (I’ve had 3 rooms booked) but the rooms were dirty as I checked in. Bed sheets/towels had blood on them, biscuit crumbs all over the floor.
One night @ 2 am, I woke up to 2 people talking in front of my room .. turns out to be staff and a guest .. loudly at 2 am :)
What wins the gold medal is this ( as I checked out I asked for a car to take me to the airport .. the concierge gave me a price after he asked the car company, suddenly I saw 2 or the hotel staff putting my luggage into the car .. 2?
As I was asking the driver about the price again he gave me higher price .. I explained to him that this is not what I agreed on … jumps in the hotel staff saying (no no the higher price is the correct one) he was pushy and impolite, while I was speaking he kept saying ( please tip me please tip me and my colleague) doing the cash hand gesture, excuse me? Is it supposed be a luxury hotel or what? How come staff just asks for tip loudly like that?
It was a terrible experience and the staff were pushy as hell trying to get paid any way possible.
But really why 2 people to help with my luggage? (It was not Abdul, he is the sweetest and helped me when I checked in)
Please train your staff to be polite and professional as this seem to be a reoccurring issue with almost every single guest here and on other platforms.

Good location! Large pretty rooms!
They asked me to pay 900€ deposit for the room. I was a bit confused because this was more than my inital payment for the room. They told me it would take 3/5 days for it to be returned but I still don't have my money back!!!
