Amazing hotel and location. Inside is very cozy. Rooms are big, furniture is new, everything is fresh. Tasty breakfast. Service is perfect, attention to all details. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve had a terrible experience at hotel Westminster which is sad given the location.
The location is 10/10
The rooms were new, I booked the renovated rooms (I’ve had 3 rooms booked) but the rooms were dirty as I checked in. Bed sheets/towels had blood on them, biscuit crumbs all over the floor.
One night @ 2 am, I woke up to 2 people talking in front of my room .. turns out to be staff and a guest .. loudly at 2 am :)
What wins the gold medal is this ( as I checked out I asked for a car to take me to the airport .. the concierge gave me a price after he asked the car company, suddenly I saw 2 or the hotel staff putting my luggage into the car .. 2?
As I was asking the driver about the price again he gave me higher price .. I explained to him that this is not what I agreed on … jumps in the hotel staff saying (no no the higher price is the correct one) he was pushy and impolite, while I was speaking he kept saying ( please tip me please tip me and my colleague) doing the cash hand gesture, excuse me? Is it supposed be a luxury hotel or what? How come staff just asks for tip loudly like that?
It was a terrible experience and the staff were pushy as hell trying to get paid any way possible.
But really why 2 people to help with my luggage? (It was not Abdul, he is the sweetest and helped me when I checked in)
Please train your staff to be polite and professional as this seem to be a reoccurring issue with almost every single guest here and on other platforms.

Good location! Large pretty rooms!
They asked me to pay 900€ deposit for the room. I was a bit confused because this was more than my inital payment for the room. They told me it would take 3/5 days for it to be returned but I still don't have my money back!!!

we had a very lovely stay. the beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice. at night u orten heard sounds from the water systems. sadly our „view“ from the window was a construction site. the food from the room service was good, we got a club chicken sandwich and a fruit bowl, but sadly got a salad instead a fruit bowl. however, we really liked the interior, and of course the location is a 10/10.

I stayed 3 days (25-29 the January 2024) in this hotel. I was not informed upon booking that they go through renovation works in the Hotel and that my room in the 6th floor was not served by the lift! very noisy due to all the work going on. The room was dark, furnished with old furnitures, the hot water pressure was so low that I had difficulty getting a proper shower. the last day I had an issue with the tab in the restroom and I had to fight and shout at the reception in order to get help and solution. The main staff (Mr. Pierre) in the reception during my 3 days stay was extremely unpleasant, impolite, arrogant, not helpful as if He's mission was to ruin the reputation of the Hotel !!!!
Clearly very bad experience overall. Would definitively not recommend this Hotel.

Great cozy hotel. My room was very spacious and neat. It had a separate living room and bedroom and closet. Reception service and breakfast were ok.

Excellent hotel, very close to shopping and dining. We felt very safe in the area. The staff were friending, helpful and very welcoming. My daughter and I are gluten free and they were knowledgeable and had gluten free options for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel in the center of Paris. I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and there was amazing shower set. A lot of good bars and restaurants around. Very nice bar at the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The most dangerous hotel in Paris. It has taken me several months to be able to write this review (as we were in legal proceedings) prior. I had diamonds stolen from my bag in my room here and the hotel negligently left open an adjoining door from my bedroom to another that was being used as a storage facility. It was being accessed by over 40 inside staff and outside workers 24 hours a day. I have multiple videos of men coming in and out of the next room at 4.30 am (the night after the robbery as I was trying to ascertain how it happened).
This hotel has no CCTV on ANY of the bedroom floors or corridors at all which is why I believe it is incredibly dangerous to the public.
Not only did the adjoining door open right next to my head when I was sleeping but it's possible that the thief stole my items whilst I was asleep. The hotel tried to cover up the open door when I was out the following day to try to hide the face that they were so grossly negligent.
I was visiting Paris for work and had to visit the police no less than 6 times in 2 days. One member of their staff was helpful and kind and came with me once to translate to the police. Nevertheless I am still shaken and shocked by the negligence of the establishment and do not recommend it at all to anyone.

This is our second stay at Hôtel Westminster. They have recently renovated most of the rooms and they are a French traditional style. The bathrooms are nicely redone. The make up mirror is a nice touch. There is a breakfast in the morning that is expansive! There are hot selections, such as eggs, bacon, and sausage. There are also pastries, smoked salmon, a selection of meats and cheeses. In our case, breakfast came with the room, but I heard some people saying they were paying €34 each. It may be worth it especially if you like a big breakfast.
