Reviews
The lobby is great. The bar staff is amazing and quality drinks being served. Again music was not working as the system got down. The location is great.
When we arrived hotel was closed after midnight which is not a standard for a 5star. We got a terrible room on 1st level, which was gloomy and without basic facilities. Our review would be 2stars if we stayed there. The night desk was not even listening to our requests.
But after complaining next day, we got an upgrade for the rest of the stay which changed the whole experience. Mr. Komi helped us turn around the experience and thanks to him we got the room with right value to money.
The rooms need a lot of refurbishment although they are kept really clean. The HVAC was turning off in the night and we have been getting cold. Minibar could be better although the wines were good.
With proper refurbishment it could be a great hotel.
The nigh reception should be replaced. The day staff, cleaning, bar staff was great!
I would go there again to stay in the upgraded room. But for the price of the Executive.
Just to update this review, to show people how callous, dangerous this hotel is, after they finally started following the law following everything that transpired at the hotel, the acting general manager tried to stop me from warning other travelers by “threatening” with a defamatory lawsuit. Like this image of their broken toilet, police reports for “alleged” theft from a safe o! are lies
That this place is still operable is a failure of consumer protection and corporate greed to the max. Caveat vraiment emptor.
They refused to refund my stay and I had to write multiple times to obtain an invoice of a stay so I can proceed with legal remedies.
Where’s the insurance company?? This hotel specializes in getting a manager Georgioantonio to sell you a defunct faulty product, he knows is faulty, and assure you if there’s any issue they’ll take care of it, only to disappear. Don’t believe his replies to people’s reviews. Believe the reviews and run. They haven’t handled ANYTHING.
All the staff were super friendly and greeted us every day. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the location was perfect, and the security made us feel very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of Paris. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and exude that unmistakable Parisian elegance. However, what impressed me most was the exceptional quality of the staff.
My heartfelt thanks go to Ms. Binta, who ensured I was assigned the room that best suited my needs, and to Mr. Gianantonio, who showed great attentiveness and care regarding my medical conditions at the beginning of my stay.
A special thank you to Mamadou from the breakfast team, whose warmth and radiant energy were the perfect way to start each day.
Many thanks as well to Walid from the concierge team, always cheerful and incredibly helpful, and to Nicolas also from conciergerie, who was absolutely lovely and took wonderful care of my 4-year-old son.
And last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to Nael, the doorman, who was simply adorable and quickly became my son’s best friend throughout our stay :)
Other people were very nice that I really want to thank but unfortunately I can not remember their names.
I will most certainly return, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
This happened twice — once to my sibling (card deposit not refunded), and now to me with cash. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times, but they’ve given no response.
Still no refund to this day. Be careful.
